At present, the recoverable anchor rod mainly adopts a mechanical type and a hot melting type to realize the pulling recovery of a rib body, but the mechanical type needs manual unlocking, when the length of the rib body is longer, the rib body is extruded by grouting body, so that the recovery is difficult, and the pulling resistance bearing capacity of the anchor rod cannot be improved through high-pressure grouting; the hot melt formula is owing to settle the wire circular telegram in the sleeve pipe together with the muscle body, melts the anchor clamps unblock and realizes retrieving, however, at muscle body tensioning process, because there is the difference in the elastic elongation of muscle body and the elongation of wire, leads to easily in muscle body tensioning process that the wire breaks and can't melt anchor clamps and retrieve.

Detailed Description

The unlocking device 1 comprises an unlocking plate 11, a piston rod 12 and a pressure pipe 15, wherein the piston rod 12 and the pressure pipe 15 form a top plate mechanism for abutting against the unlocking plate 11. The pressure pipe 15 includes a first pressure pipe 13 and a second pressure pipe 14. An anchor releasing hole 111 is annularly arranged on the anchor releasing plate 11, and a connecting rod groove 112 is arranged in the center of the anchor releasing plate 11. The piston rod 12 is composed of a cylindrical end 121 and a T-shaped end 122, the cylindrical end 121 is provided with a groove connecting thread 123, a rubber ring 124 is sleeved outside the T-shaped end 122, the groove connecting thread 123 is matched with the connecting rod groove 112 on the anchorage release plate 11 for use, and the T-shaped end 122 is arranged in the first pressure pipe 13. Preferably, after the rib 7 is pre-tightened by the tapered clamping pieces 31, the outer diameter of the spring 5 is 6-15mm smaller than the inner diameter of the convex ring 37, and the outer diameter of the spring 5 is 6-10mm larger than the outer diameter of the rib 7.

The construction method of the high-pressure-resistant recyclable anchor rod comprises the following steps:

A. disanchoring device installation

Fixing the first pressure pipe 13 on the anchor 2 by screwing the first external thread 131 of the first pressure pipe 13 with the second internal thread 222 of the cavity-through hole 221, and enabling the limiting cap 133 to be on the same side as the anchor cup 21; sleeving the rubber ring 124 on the T-shaped end 122 of the piston rod 12, aligning the cylindrical end 121 of the piston rod 12 with the first pressure tube 13, jacking the cylindrical end 121 into the first pressure tube 13, and extending the cylindrical end 121 out of the limiting cap 133; screwing the link groove 112 of the anchorage release plate 111 on the cylindrical end 121 of the piston rod 12; rotating the anchorage release plate 11 to enable the anchorage release hole 111 of the anchorage release plate 11 to correspond to the reinforcement penetrating hole 212 of the anchorage device 2, and pressing the anchorage release plate 11 to abut against the anchor cup 21; threading the second pressure tube 14 onto the second external threads 132 of the first pressure tube 13;

B. installation of rib body

The rib body 7 is penetrated into the rib penetrating hole 212 of the pressure bearing plate 22 and is penetrated out of the anchor cup 21; a plurality of movable clamping pieces 30 bundled and sleeved by an open elastic steel bar 36 form a conical clamping piece 3, the conical clamping piece 3 is sleeved in the rib body 7 and penetrates through the anchor releasing hole 111 of the anchor releasing plate 11, and the conical wall 33 of the conical clamping piece 3 is pushed into the conical hole 212 of the anchor cup 21; adjusting the length of the rib 7 exposed out of the brim 31 of the cone-shaped clamping piece 3; screwing the sleeve 6 on the first internal thread 213 of the bearing plate 22;

C. sealing boot mounting

Sleeving the spring 5 on the rib 7 exposed out of the brim 31, positioning the spring 5 in the convex ring 37 of the conical clamping piece 3, sleeving the sealing cover 4 on the anchorage device 2, and fixing the sealing cover 4 on the anchorage device 2 by screwing the third internal thread 431 of the sealing cover 4 with the third external thread 223 of the anchorage device 2, and slightly abutting the partition plate 42 of the sealing cover 4 against the spring 5, thereby completing the assembly of the recyclable anchor rod;

D. anchor rod tensioning

Constructing a recoverable anchor rod into a drill hole according to design requirements and completing grouting, wherein when the rib body 7 is tensioned, the rib body 7 pulls the conical clamping piece 3 by virtue of the friction action with the internal insections 34, so that the rib body 7 is fastened in the conical hole 211 by the conical clamping piece 3, and the grouting body in the drill hole is extruded by the anchor device 2 to provide anti-pulling force;

E. anchor rod recovery

After the anchor rod is used, firstly, an external anchor (not shown in the figure) is detached to finish unloading, at the moment, the rib body 7 is in a tension releasing state, high-pressure air or high-pressure water is injected into the second pressure pipe 14 through external equipment, the piston rod 12 in the first pressure pipe 13 is pushed to move upwards, and as the anchor plate 11 is separated from the piston rod 12, the anchor plate 11 is further moved upwards to push the conical clamping piece 3 to move upwards, so that the conical clamping piece 3 is separated from the conical hole 211 and separated from the rib body 7, and then the rib body 7 is pulled out to be completely pulled out from the stratum, namely, the recovery of the rib body 7 is realized.

The invention adopts high-pressure gas or high-pressure water to unlock the anchor rod, and has the characteristics of reliable device and quick construction; in addition, the unlocking device 1 is separated from the rib body 7, so that the unlocking device is not influenced by the construction length of an anchor rod and the stretching, stretching and deformation of the rib body 7; and the anchor releasing device 1 is completely sealed in the sealing cover 4, and can adapt to the environment of high-pressure grouting.
