Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of climbing frames, in particular to a climbing frame with a monitoring device.

Background

The attached lifting scaffold (climbing frame for short) is a novel scaffold developed in recent years and applied to high-rise and super high-rise building construction, uses a scaffold system which can climb up or descend along a building by using power sources such as hydraulic pressure, electric power and the like, has the advantages of saving a large amount of manpower and materials compared with the traditional steel pipe fastener type scaffold and fixed scaffold, is simple and convenient to operate, is easy to manage, protects the environment and the like, and is widely popularized and applied.

In order to prevent the climbing frame from accidentally falling down in the using process, the industry specification requires that a falling protector is required to be installed on the attachment support. As the falling protector is the most important safety device of the climbing frame, once the falling protector is lost or not correctly installed, high-altitude falling or equipment damage accidents can be caused, and serious potential safety hazards are brought. However, during use of the creeper, the fall arrestor is missing or improperly installed due to inadequate management or carelessness of personnel.

the further improvement lies in that: a connecting plate is arranged on one side, positioned on the anti-falling device, of the attachment support, the press switch is installed on the connecting plate, and the surface of the switch roller is in contact with the arc surface of the anti-falling device; the elastic member is in a compressed state.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) by arranging the switch roller, great friction resistance cannot be increased on the falling protector, and the normal work of the falling protector is not influenced;

(2) the electronic monitoring system can instantly and automatically identify the working state of the falling protector, and the work of manual one-by-one inspection which takes long time is changed into the automatic identification of the electronic monitoring system, so that the labor cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved;

(3) the electronic monitoring system continuously monitors the working state of the falling protector, and the problem of missed detection does not exist, so that the reliability of the climbing frame is improved, the potential safety hazard is greatly reduced, and the improvement of the building construction safety level in China is facilitated.
