Background

The cylindrical closed pressure containers for the tests are all provided with a safety explosion-proof valve cover, and when the pressure in the containers is abnormal and the safety explosion-proof valves fail, the closed bin body is opened for standby use to release the pressure in an emergency, and the bin door on the cylindrical closed pressure container can also be used for overhauling and replacing various equipment instruments in the closed bin; because various testing equipment for tests and power systems thereof are arranged in the cylindrical closed pressure container for the tests, the valve cover can not be opened towards the interior of the bin so as to prevent the equipment in the bin from being damaged; the test needs to be repeated for a plurality of times, sometimes, the valve cover mechanism needs to be opened and installed repeatedly for a plurality of times, so that the valve cover mechanism which can be opened reliably through manual intervention needs to be developed on site, and the repeated installation process of the mechanism needs to be simple and easy.

The invention provides an assembly method of a valve body mechanism with a valve cover capable of automatically popping, and solves the technical problem of how to realize convenient manual intervention and reliable opening of the valve cover in an emergency.

The valve cover is simple and quick to install, can be in place at one time, can effectively control the action of the motor in an emergency, and realizes the reliable opening of the valve cover.
