Background
Valves are plumbing accessories used to open and close a pipe, control flow direction, regulate and control parameters of the transport medium (temperature, pressure and flow). According to their function, they can be classified into shut-off valves, check valves, regulating valves, and the like.
The prior valve, such as a valve filter element (application number: 201420561476.8) with an improved structure disclosed in the Chinese patent library, comprises a valve core body and a cylindrical shell with a cavity inside, the inner end of the valve core body is positioned in the shell, the outer end of the valve core body extends out of the top of the shell, the inner side of the bottom of the shell is connected with a pressing cap in a threaded manner, it is characterized in that the shell is internally provided with a base which is abutted against a pressure cap, a water outlet is formed between the base and the pressure cap, the side part of the valve core body is provided with a through opening, a water inlet is formed between the opening and the top of the shell, the inner end of the valve core body is fixedly connected with a first magnet block, a second magnet block which is opposite to the first magnet block is fixedly connected on the base, and the magnetic poles of two adjacent ends of the first magnetic block and the magnetic block are the same, and a guide mechanism for enabling the valve core body to move up and down relative to the base is arranged between the valve core body and the base. The valve core does not have a filtering function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a through valve with an improved structure and a purification function.

The using process is as follows: in an initial state, repulsive force is generated between the upper magnetic block and the lower magnetic block to drive the plate to move upwards and drive the rubber pad to move upwards and tightly press the inner top wall of the cylinder body so as to separate the upper port of the cylinder body from the inner cavity of the cylinder body; when the water pressure type filter is in operation, the plate moves downwards to enable the upper port of the cylinder body to be communicated with the inner cavity of the cylinder body under the action of water pressure and overcomes repulsive force, water flows into a cavity formed by the first filter cylinder and the second filter cylinder through the upper port of the cylinder body, is filtered and discharged into the inner cavity of the cylinder body through the first filter hole or the first filter hole and the second filter hole, and is finally discharged from the lower port of the cylinder body.

In the above through valve with an improved structure, the axial cross section of the first filter cylinder is in an L shape, the first filter cylinder is composed of a cylinder part and a ring part formed on the inner wall of the lower end of the cylinder part, the first filter hole is arranged on the cylinder part, the inner side wall of the ring part is attached to the outer side wall of the lower end of the rubber pad, an annular gap is formed between the cylinder part and the upper end of the rubber pad, and the annular gap and the rubber pad are coaxially arranged, so that water is easier to discharge.
In the through valve with the improved structure, the plurality of first filter holes are divided into a plurality of rows which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the first filter cylinder, the plurality of second filter holes are divided into a plurality of rows which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second filter cylinder, and two positions of the plurality of first filter holes and the plurality of second filter holes are staggered; when the rubber pad offseted with the roof in the barrel, first straining a section of thick bamboo and rubber circle offseted with roof and plate roof in the barrel respectively. The first filter cylinder and the second filter cylinder are used for respectively sealing the second filter hole and the first filter hole, so that the effect of separating the upper port of the cylinder from the inner cavity of the cylinder can be enhanced, and the working stability is improved.
In the above through valve with improved structure, the seat body is screwed with the cylinder body, and the seat body can be taken out from the cylinder body by rotating the seat body, and the seat body is provided with a plurality of water drainage holes which penetrate through the cylinder body along the axial direction. The seat body can be taken out of the cylinder body, and the first filter cylinder and the second filter cylinder are convenient to clean.
In the above through valve with an improved structure, the seat body is integrally formed with a guide pipe, the guide pipe and the cylinder body are coaxial, the bottom wall of the plate is integrally formed with a guide rod, the lower end of the guide rod is inserted into the guide pipe, the side wall of the lower end of the guide rod is integrally formed with a baffle ring, the outer side wall of the baffle ring is attached to the inner side wall of the guide pipe, the side wall of the guide pipe at the upper port is bent inwards to form an annular flange, and the inner diameter of the annular flange is smaller than the outer. After the base body is taken out, the baffle ring can be abutted against the annular flanging to pull down the plate to be taken out, so that the first filter cylinder and the second filter cylinder can be more conveniently cleaned.
In the above through valve with an improved structure, the cylinder body is composed of a cylindrical body with two open ends and a pressing ring screwed in the upper end of the body, and the base body and the second filter cylinder are respectively connected with the body and the pressing ring.
In the through valve with the improved structure, the second filter cylinder is fixedly connected with the press ring in a sealing manner in a welding manner.
In the above through valve with the improved structure, the outer side wall of the pressing ring is provided with the annular groove, the annular groove is internally provided with the 0-shaped ring, and the outer peripheral surface of the 0-shaped ring is abutted to the inner side wall of the body, so that the sealing performance of the connection between the pressing ring and the body is effectively improved.
Compared with the prior art, the through valve with the improved structure has the following advantages:
1. the first filter cylinder and the second filter cylinder are both arranged in the cylinder body, and under the action of the rubber ring, the first filter cylinder is always in sealing connection with the second filter cylinder in the sliding process, so that water is always discharged after being filtered through the first filter hole and the second filter hole, and the filtering effect can be increased on the premise of not increasing the whole volume of the valve.
