The KN95 reusable mask disclosed by the invention can be washed by water, and firstly, a layer of stable gas film can be formed through arranging the pure cotton outer layer to prepare the amphiphobic interface fabric which can be waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling; secondly, the pure cotton filter layer can not only allow air to penetrate through and has breathability, but also can block wind and filter fine particles, has barrier property to aerosol and has good filtering effect; thirdly, the setting of supporting layer realizes supporting to whole gauze mask body, guarantees to breathe unobstructed, and at last, the close skin layer of pure cotton increases the travelling comfort to still can guarantee 95% filtration rate after washing for a few times.

Preferably, the pure cotton outer layer, the pure cotton filter layer, the support layer and the pure cotton skin-friendly layer are all made of 120-180 pieces of pure cotton cloth, and the density of the pure cotton cloth is gradually increased from the outside to the inside.

The beneficial effect of adopting above-mentioned technical scheme is that, adopting pure cotton cloth both made things convenient for the washing, and wear comfortable again.

Preferably, the outer layer of pure cotton adopts 120 pure cotton cloth, the filter cloth layer adopts 130 pure cotton cloth, the supporting layer adopts the carbide fiber dust holding cloth, the pure cotton skin-friendly layer adopts 140 pure cotton skin-friendly cloth.

By adopting the technical scheme, the high count yarns with different compactness are adopted, so that a good filtering effect can be ensured, and meanwhile, lower production cost is ensured.

Preferably, a nose clip is fixed at the top end of the outer side of the mask body, and a sponge strip is fixed at the top end of the inner side of the mask body.
