Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present disclosure to at least partially overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a protective garment.

It is also an object of the present disclosure to provide a protective garment with reduced overall use costs.

It is also an object of the present disclosure to provide a protective garment, the comfort of use of which can be improved.

The present disclosure also aims to provide protective clothing having good sealing properties and a high virus and bacteria barrier ability.

The purpose of this disclosure still lies in providing an intelligent medical protective clothing.

a pants portion; and

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals denote like or similar elements. Furthermore, in the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in schematic form in order to simplify the drawing.

According to the general inventive concept of the present disclosure, there is provided a protective garment, including: a pants portion; the protective suit comprises a protective suit main body, wherein the protective suit main body is made of composite materials, each composite material comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a middle layer positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer and the outer layer are made of butyl rubber materials, and the middle layer is made of cotton silk materials.

Figure 1 shows a protective garment according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and figure 2 schematically shows a composite material of a protective garment body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in figure 1, the protective garment comprising: the pants part 1, the jacket part 3 and the hat part 5, and the pants part 1, the jacket part 3 and the hat part 5 constitute an integrated structure, which constitutes a main body part of the protective garment, i.e., a protective garment main body 20. It should be noted that as for the trousers portion 1, the jacket portion 3 and the hat portion 5, they may be made of one piece of protective clothing material, i.e. from the whole piece of protective clothing material from the beginning of their manufacture, or alternatively they may be made separately and then joined together by a combined process, for example the trousers portion 1, the jacket portion 3 and the hat portion 5 may be made separately and then joined together, as long as it is ensured that the joints thereof are sealed.

The jacket part 3 comprises a jacket part main body and two sleeves, the two sleeves are opened at the end parts and used for extending out hands of a person, and the trousers part 1 comprises two trousers legs, the two trousers legs are opened at the end parts and used for extending out feet of the person. The cap part 5 is provided with an open area for exposing a human face, and alternatively, the cap part 5 may not have the open area but be provided with a transparent area through which the human eye can observe the outside. The zipper part 4 is provided on the front surface of the upper garment part 3, and a user puts on or takes off the protective clothing by opening the zipper part 4, and the zipper part 4 is provided on the front surface of the upper garment part in the same direction as the opening area or the transparent area of the cap part 5, which is convenient for the user to perform putting on and taking off operations by one person. The zipper part 4 comprises a U-shaped zipper so as to increase the size of the opening of the protective clothing when the zipper is opened and facilitate putting on and taking off. In an alternative example, the zipper part 4 may comprise two parallel rows of zippers.

The protective suit body 20 is made of a composite material, and the composite material comprises an inner layer 21, an outer layer 23 and an intermediate layer 22 positioned between the inner layer 21 and the outer layer 23, wherein the inner layer 21 and the outer layer 23 are made of butyl rubber materials, and the intermediate layer 22 is made of a cotton silk material. The butyl rubber material has good air tightness, can resist heat, ozone, aging and chemicals, has shock absorption and electrical insulation performance, has good resistance to sunlight and ozone, and can be exposed in animal or vegetable oil or oxidizable chemicals. Therefore, the protective clothing of the embodiment of the disclosure has good sealing performance, strong barrier capability to viruses and bacteria, and difficult surface attachment and breeding of the bacteria and the viruses. The thickness of the butyl material of the inner and outer layers 21, 23 may be the same, for example 0.4 mm.

As a refinement of the invention, the apparel includes a replaceable cuff 6 and a replaceable collar, which are removably connected to the apparel body 20, respectively. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the protective clothing includes a vital sign detection module 7, the vital sign detection module 7 includes a combination of one or more sub-modules among a body surface temperature monitoring sub-module, an electrocardiogram monitoring sub-module, a blood pressure monitoring sub-module, a blood oxygen monitoring sub-module, a speed detection sub-module, an attitude monitoring sub-module, a pressure monitoring sub-module, and a fatigue monitoring sub-module.
