Background

In recent years, with the increasing maturity of coating technology, people have increasingly greater demands on targets, and the requirements on the quality of the targets are also more and more demanding, and the demands of ITO targets as essential materials in the display coating process are also increasing.

At present, the preparation process of the ITO target material comprises a cold pressing sintering method, a hot isostatic pressing method, a hot pressing method and an aerobic sintering method. The traditional cold-pressing sintering process cannot obtain the high-density ITO target material and cannot meet the production requirement. The hot isostatic pressing process has the disadvantages of high sheath difficulty, high equipment investment and low production efficiency. When the ITO target material is prepared by a hot pressing method, the requirements on the thermal stress field and the temperature field of hot pressing equipment are high, and thermal stress cracking is easy to occur in the sintering process. Therefore, compared with other methods, the aerobic sintering method is an ideal preparation process, has simple flow and small equipment investment, is suitable for mass production, but has a lot of processes to be improved, the water content of the ITO target blank obtained by slip casting is about 15 percent, the shrinkage rate of the dried blank is about 3 percent, the traditional drying process is to naturally dry the target blank in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment, the drying process has long drying period, often needs about 80 hours for drying, and the target blank can be dry-cracked.

Chinese patent CN108640674A discloses a method for rapidly drying an ITO target blank at constant temperature and humidity, which is characterized in that the target is dried step by step to shorten the drying time, the drying time is shortened in comparison with the traditional drying process, but the drying time is still about two days, the drying time still cannot meet the requirement of large-scale production in factories, and the dried ITO target blank is transferred to another degreasing furnace for degreasing treatment.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an apparatus and a method for drying and degreasing an ITO target blank. The ITO target blank drying and degreasing device provided by the invention can greatly shorten the drying time, improve the yield of dried target blanks, can perform degreasing, integrates the drying and degreasing process, simplifies the process and saves the cost.

The invention provides an ITO target blank drying and degreasing device which comprises a console, oxygen supply equipment, a microwave generator, a connecting waveguide, a microwave heater, infrared heating equipment, a transverse moving guide rail and a base plate,

the connecting waveguide tube, the microwave heater, the infrared heating device, the transverse moving guide rail and the base plate are positioned in a closed container with an opening, and the control console, the oxygen supply device and the microwave generator are positioned outside the closed container with the opening;

the microwave generator is connected with the microwave heater through a connecting waveguide tube;

the base plate is positioned on the surface of the transverse moving guide rail; the base plate is a dry base plate or a degreasing base plate;

the microwave heater and the infrared heating device are arranged above the transverse moving guide rail.

In the present invention, the degreasing pad preferably includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and a pad ball, preferably, rotatably positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate. According to the backing plate, the target blank is supported by the backing ball, so that oxygen can still flow below the blank, the problem of oxygen loss of the target blank is solved, the backing ball can rotate, and the problem of deformation and cracking in the process of shrinkage of the target blank is solved.

In the present invention, the material of the dry pad is preferably gypsum, and the material of the degreased pad is preferably resin, and the specific type of the resin is not particularly limited, and may be any type known to those skilled in the art.

In the present invention, the material of the aforementioned spacer is preferably a high-temperature resistant ceramic, and more preferably a zirconia ceramic.

In the present invention, the infrared heating device preferably includes an infrared heating lamp set and an infrared thermometer.

According to the invention, the ITO target blank formed by grouting is placed on a drying base plate, the drying base plate is placed in the closed container, the microwave generator and the microwave heater are started, the transverse moving guide rail is started at the same time, and microwave drying is carried out, so that the blank dried by microwave is obtained. In the invention, the water content of the ITO target blank subjected to slip casting is preferably 10-20%, and more preferably 15%. In the invention, after the dry backing plate with the ITO target blank subjected to slip casting is filled into the closed container, the opening is preferably closed to prevent microwave leakage from causing harm to workers.

In the invention, the degreasing oxygen flux is preferably 100-140L/min, the heating temperature is preferably 400-500 ℃, and the time is preferably 2-4 h.

In the present invention, the degreasing rate of the degreasing can reach 99.99%, that is, complete degreasing is achieved.
