1. An insulating insole mainly designed into A type and B type.

The A-type design is composed of an anti-skid layer 4, an insulating layer 3, a sticking coating layer 2 and a protective layer 1 (shown in figure 1) of the sticking coating layer, and is used for sticking the outside of a sole; the B-shaped design is composed of an anti-skid layer 3, an insulating layer 2 and an anti-skid wear-resistant layer 1 (shown in figure 6) and is used for being padded in a shoe.

3. The insulating layer is 5mm thick corresponding to 500v low voltage prevention, and 8mm thick corresponding to 10kV power distribution station prevention.

4. The material of the insulating layer according to claim 1 may be selected primarily from any of the following:

natural Rubber (NR)

② butadiene styrene rubber (SBR)

③ butyl rubber (IIR)

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)

The present invention relates to the field of shape design for electrically assisted safety gear, and more particularly, it relates to industrial shape design for electrically assisted safety gear of a particular material.

Background

The invention relates to an insulating shoe which is an electric auxiliary safety appliance which is worn by people engaged in electric work.

Compared with the prior insulating shoes, the prior insulating shoes have the following defects:

firstly, the material, labor and time are consumed;

② uneconomical and high investment cost;

and thirdly, the replacement, carrying and use are not flexible.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a safe, economical, practical and flexible electric auxiliary safety appliance for electric workers. Moreover, the insulating insole can meet the aesthetic requirements of the user better than an insulating shoe of a fixed shoe type, since the insulating insole can be adapted to many shoe types.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the A-type design (shown in figure 1) consists of an anti-skid layer 4, an insulating layer 3, a sticking coating 2 and a protective layer 1 of the sticking coating, and is used for sticking the outside of a sole; the B-shaped design (as shown in figure 6) consists of an anti-skid layer 3, an insulating layer 2 and a wear-resistant anti-skid layer 1, and is used for being padded in a shoe.

According to actual needs, a proper insulating insole can be selected to match with the shoe at will, and if one insulating effect is not enough, an A-A insulating insole can be adopted to be matched for use; A-B insulating insole, and other application methods.

Also according to the actual requirement, insulating insoles with various sizes can be produced according to the requirement.

And the insulating insoles made of various insulating materials can be produced according to actual requirements.
