According to the invention, through opening a box door on the outer side of a device body 1, an information book to be managed and placed is placed on a strip-shaped plate 28 in a file placing cavity 40, a rotary crank 25 is adjusted according to the thickness of the information book to drive a connecting shaft 24 to rotate, a bidirectional screw 22 is driven to rotate under the connection relationship of a second bevel gear pair 23, a moving block 21 is driven to move under the threaded connection relationship, so that the included angle between connecting rods 20 is changed, a second pressing plate 19 is driven to move, in addition, a lifting rod 12 is pulled to drive a connecting plate 14 to compress a first elastic piece 13, a wedge block 16 is driven to move under the resetting action of a second elastic piece 17 under the matching sliding connection relationship between a driving wheel 15 and the wedge block 16, the information book is convenient to be placed, the lifting rod 12 is loosened, and the elastic force of the first elastic piece 13 is far greater than that of the second elastic piece 17 so as to drive the first pressing plate 18 to extrude and fix the information book, the adjustment and the fixed placement of the information book are realized; when the lifting rod 12 moves up and down, the double-sided rack 3 is moved up and down under the reset action of the elastic reset piece 7, the first transmission piece 4 is driven to rotate under the connection of the gears, so that the first transmission piece 4 drives the second transmission piece 5 to rotate, the transmission roller 8 is driven to rotate under the synchronous driving action of the synchronizing piece 6, the cleaning piece 11 on the cleaning shaft 10 is driven to rotate under the connection of the first bevel gear pair 9, the cleaning piece 11 cleans dust falling into the dust removing cavity 29 at the strip-shaped plate 28, the dust of the information book is cleaned, and the second transmission piece 5 is driven to rotate at a high speed by the first transmission piece 4 no matter the lifting rod 2 moves up or down, so that the high-speed rotation of the cleaning piece 11 on the cleaning shaft 10 is realized, and the dust is cleaned well; the hot air blower 26 is operated to generate hot air which is sprayed out from the spray head 27, so that the information book in the file placing cavity 40 can be dehumidified and dried, the damage to the information book due to overhigh humidity is avoided, in addition, the hot air blower 26 is operated to blow dust to the lower part of the information book, and the exhaust fan 30 is operated to draw the dust cleaned in the dust removing cavity 29 into the collecting box 31 through a pipeline for storage, so that the dust can be treated in time; when the device body 1 needs to be moved to a required position, the air cylinder 32 operates to drive the lifting plate 33 to drive the moving wheel 34 to be connected to the inside of the device body 1 in a sliding manner, so that the moving wheel 34 falls on the ground to be convenient for supporting, and the device body 1 is convenient to move by pushing the moving wheel 34; the bottom of the device body 1 is provided with the first supporting seat 35 and the second supporting seat 36 so as to support the device body 1, and the bearing block 37 compresses the third elastic part 38 respectively to be connected in the first supporting seat 35 and the second supporting seat 36 in a sliding manner, so that good shock absorption to the bottom of the device body 1 is realized, and the shock absorption effect is good.

It should be noted that, in the present application, all the components are general standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, which effectively solve the problem that the existing information management cabinet is inconvenient for adjusting, fixing and placing the information book and cleaning.
