In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mattress type multi-parameter recording system includes a control box 1, a piezoresistive film sensor 3, a piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4, a mattress body 2, and a cloth cover; the piezoresistive film sensor 3 and the piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4 are both arranged on the mattress body 2 and are connected with the control box 1 through signal lines, the control box 1 is arranged at the corner of the bed head of the mattress body 2, and the cloth cover is used for packaging the mattress body 2, the piezoresistive film sensor 3, the piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4 and the control box 1 into a whole.

Wherein, the mattress body 2 is provided with sewing threads for isolating each sensor; a signal line channel is arranged in the mattress body 2; the corner of the mattress body 2 is provided with a mounting groove of the control box 1.

An STM32 single chip microcomputer 1, an STM32 single chip microcomputer 2, an A/D conversion circuit and a USR-C322 WIFI module are integrated in the control box 1; the A/D conversion circuit is connected with the STM32 singlechip 1 and the piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4 and is used for finishing the collection and processing of the electrical signals of the piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4. After the sensor signal enters the circuit, firstly, filtering and signal amplification processing are carried out through an operational amplifier, then, an AD7190 analog-to-digital converter is utilized to convert a voltage signal processed by the sensor into a digital signal, and finally, the digital signal converted by the ADC is transmitted to a single chip microcomputer to be processed; and the STM32 single chip microcomputer 2 is respectively connected with the STM32 single chip microcomputer 1 and the USR-C322 WIFI module.

The STM32 single chip microcomputer 1 is mainly used for calculating and processing digital signals obtained by ADC to obtain heart rate and respiration rate results and calculating pressure marks of the piezoresistive film sensors 3, and transmitting the heart rate, the respiration rate and the pressure marks obtained by calculation to the single chip microcomputer 2 through serial ports for further processing.

The STM32 single chip microcomputer 2 is mainly used for caching the heart rate and respiration rate calculation results sent by the single chip microcomputer 1, calculating a state mark of a human body on a bed by matching with a pressure mark, and sending the calculated state mark, the heart rate and the respiration rate to the communication module through a serial port; STM32 singlechip 2 still is used for the distribution network operation of WIFI module and handles the data that come from server transmission individual singlechip 2.

The USR-C322 WIFI module is connected with the Internet, and is used for forwarding the state mark, the heart rate data and the respiratory rate data which are obtained by calculating the single chip microcomputer 2 to the server and receiving the data which are sent by the server and sent by the single chip microcomputer 2.

The system mainly utilizes the characteristic that when the piezoelectric piezoresistive composite film sensor 4 is stretched or bent, an electric signal is generated between the surfaces of an upper electrode and a lower electrode to detect the vibration signal of a human body, then the sensor generates the electric signal and obtains a digital signal through an A/D conversion unit, the digital signal obtains the calculation results of heart rate and respiratory rate through a series of algorithms in a single chip microcomputer, and simultaneously the piezoresistive film sensor 3 is combined to acquire the pressure distribution condition of the human body on a bed to analyze the sleeping posture of the human body on the bed; in addition, the whole system can be connected with the Internet through the WIFI module to exchange data with the server.

The invention combines the advantages and the disadvantages of the piezoelectric film sensor and the piezoresistive film sensor to form a brand new measuring system, thereby not only solving the problem of data misjudgment caused by only using the piezoelectric film sensor to collect the vibration signal, but also avoiding the problem of analysis error caused by only using the piezoresistive film sensor to judge the pressure bearing and being incapable of distinguishing whether the pressure bearing is a living object; the accuracy and the reliability of data acquisition are improved by a mode of arranging a film sensor with a special shape and a film sensor in a scientific layout in the whole mattress.
