Technical Field

Background

Referring to fig. 1, the prior baby diaper is shown in the figure, which comprises a contact surface layer 1, an absorption core layer 2, a leakage-proof bottom layer 3 and leakage-proof side edges 4, wherein the contact surface layer 1, the absorption core layer 2 and the leakage-proof bottom layer 3 are sequentially compounded together from top to bottom, and the leakage-proof side edges 4 are arranged on two sides and are bonded with the leakage-proof bottom layer 3 and the like. Most of the leakage-proof bottom layers in the existing baby diapers are made of thin film materials which have very good leakage-proof performance, but the thin film materials are non-breathable or slightly breathable materials, so that the local environment is easily in a high-temperature state and a high-humidity state for a long time due to the comprehensive effect of temperature and humidity in the using process, a user feels obvious in stuffy and humid feeling, and meanwhile, the bacterial breeding of the local environment can be stimulated and accelerated, the comprehensive immunity of private skin is reduced, and finally the private health problem is caused. Therefore, researchers have also improved the air permeability of the diaper by improving the air permeability of the material of the leakage-proof layer, so as to improve the ' wet' problem of the baby diaper.

However, in order to ensure high air permeability and leakage prevention, a new leakage-prevention layer is generally made of a special material and a composite structure, so that the material cost is very high. Therefore, high permeability products have little industrialization despite some research results.

Referring to fig. 2, a standard structure of a conventional highly breathable diaper is shown, which includes a surface-contacting layer 1a, an absorbent core layer 2a, a bottom layer 3a, leakproof side edges 4a and a breathable leakproof layer 5a, wherein the breathable leakproof layer 5a is a highly breathable water barrier layer, which is generally made of leakproof treated special material and is formed by multi-layer compounding, and is disposed below the absorbent core layer 2a, and both sides of the breathable water barrier layer are bonded to the bottom layer 3a (which is generally made of non-woven fabric) and the leakproof side edges 4 a. However, such a structure brings about the following problems: firstly, the air-permeable anti-leakage layer 5a needs larger width and has very high cost; secondly, the structure at the position A (side edge) in the figure 2 is more complex, and the leakage probability at the position is higher; thirdly, the structure at a (side) in fig. 2 is very "stiff" due to the thicker composite material, and is located at the inner side of the thighs of the user (infant), which is likely to cause skin damage of the user (infant).

The applicant has therefore made an advantageous search and attempt to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the context of which the technical solutions to be described below have been created.
