a bottom support plate;

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present description relate to the technical field of fire protection systems for engine compartments, and more particularly, to a fire protection system for engine compartments of a support assembly and a large-scale maintenance machine.

Background

CLS (integrated fire detection fire extinguishing system) is a small portable full-automatic fire extinguishing system integrating fire detection and fire extinguishing, and mainly comprises an integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle, a fire detection pipeline, a release pipeline, a nozzle, a high-low pressure switch, a pressure gauge and a plurality of pipe connectors. After the CLS system is started, the detection element detects flame, the fire extinguishing device is automatically started, and the driving gas drives the fire extinguishing agent to be sprayed into a protection area or on a protected object through a pipeline and a nozzle to extinguish fire; meanwhile, the signal is transmitted to an alarm device to alarm.

In the fire protection of engine houses of large road maintenance machines, CLS systems are also gradually introduced. However, the inventor finds that when the conventional CLS system is installed in an engine cabin of a large road maintenance machine, at least the following defects exist:

the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle in the conventional CLS system needs to be detached and installed regularly or irregularly, and the detachment and installation process has the problems of complex operation and inconvenience.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a fire protection system for a supporting assembly and an engine compartment of a large-scale maintenance machine, so as to solve the problem that an integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle is complicated to operate and inconvenient to detach and install.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a support assembly for mounting an integrated fire suppressant bottle, comprising:

a bottom support plate;

the side baffle is fixedly arranged at one end of the bottom supporting plate;

the supporting bracket is fixedly arranged on the bottom supporting plate;

the binding band is bound on the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle along the radial direction, and a bolt is fixedly arranged on the binding band;

the connecting block is fixedly arranged on the bottom supporting plate, and an insertion hole matched with the plug pin is formed in the connecting block;

wherein, support and hold in the palm and support integrated form fire extinguishing agent bottle, the bolt with jack clearance fit.

As can be seen from the above description, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a supporting assembly and a fire protection system for an engine compartment of a large road maintenance machine, in which a supporting bracket is disposed on a bottom supporting plate of the supporting assembly, so that an integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle in a CLS system can be placed, and in which a bolt is in clearance fit with a socket, the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle can be fixed. When the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle needs to be disassembled, the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle can be disassembled by directly upwards drawing, and when the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle needs to be installed, the installation of the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle can be realized by aligning the bolt with the jack, so that the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle is simple and convenient.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a support assembly 400, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, for mounting an integrated fire suppressant bottle 100, comprising:

a bottom support plate 410;

a side baffle 420 fixedly installed at one end of the bottom support plate 410;

a support bracket 430 fixedly mounted on the bottom support plate 410;

a binding band 440 radially bound to the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100, the binding band 440 having a bolt 450 fixedly installed thereon;

the connecting block 460 is fixedly arranged on the bottom supporting plate 410, and the connecting block 460 is provided with a jack matched with the bolt 450;

wherein the support bracket 430 supports the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100, and the latch 450 is in clearance fit with the insertion hole.

In the present invention, the bottom support plate 410 or the side support plate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the engine compartment, the support bracket 430 is provided on the bottom support plate 410, so that the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 in the CLS system can be placed, and the fixing of the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 can be formed by the arrangement of the bolt 450 in clearance fit with the insertion hole. When the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 needs to be disassembled, the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 can be disassembled by directly upwards drawing, and when the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 needs to be installed, the installation of the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 can be realized by aligning the plug 450 with the jack, so that the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle is simple and convenient.

As an alternative embodiment, the support bracket 430 has an arc-shaped support surface. In this manner, a good support for the integrated fire suppressant bottle 100 can be formed.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the connection block 460 is located on a side of the support bracket 430 close to the side barrier 420, and a center line of the insertion hole is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a vertical direction. Thus, under the condition that the electromagnet 480 is electrified, the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 is pushed to move towards the direction away from the side baffle 420, and the operation space is increased, so that the maintenance personnel can detach the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 conveniently.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, an arc-shaped baffle 490 is further included, and the arc-shaped baffle 490 is fixedly installed at a side of the bottom support plate 410 away from the side baffle 420. In the embodiment of the invention, the supporting component 400 is arranged, and the supporting component 400 and the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 are detachably connected, so that the integrated fire extinguishing agent bottle 100 can be conveniently and quickly detached or installed, and the working efficiency is improved.
