1. A mosquito repellent absorption article is characterized by comprising a liquid permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorption layer, a breathable bottom layer, a bottom film layer and a mosquito repellent component which are sequentially attached;

the absorption layer comprises an absorption body and a wrapping layer, and the wrapping layer wraps the outer surface of the absorption body;

wherein the cover cloth is formed by compounding PP punching cloth and wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth;

the mosquito repelling component comprises a natural plant extract, active carbon and non-woven fabric for wrapping the natural plant extract and the active carbon, wherein the natural plant extract is prepared from any one or a mixture of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint.

2. A mosquito repellent absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein said mosquito repellent member satisfies at least one of conditions (a) to (c):

(a) the non-woven fabric in the mosquito repelling component is fixedly connected with a part of the bottom film layer through hot melt adhesive;

(b) the weight ratio of the natural plant extract to the active carbon is 1-5: 1;

(c) the natural plant extract is prepared from Lavender, herba Artemisiae Annuae, herba Pelargonii Graveolentis, Perillae herba, flos Caryophylli and herba Menthae.

3. A mosquito repellent absorbent article according to claim 2, wherein:

the weight ratio of the natural plant extract to the active carbon is 3: 1; and/or

The natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight:

1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of purple perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint.

4. The mosquito repellent absorbent article of claim 1 wherein said cover fabric satisfies at least one of conditions (d) to (e):

(d) the PP punching cloth is compounded with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in an ultrasonic pressing mode;

(e) the PP punching cloth is provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes sequentially comprise large hole sections and small hole sections from top to bottom, the aperture of each large hole section is larger than or equal to 2mm, and the aperture of each small hole section is smaller than or equal to 1 mm.

5. A mosquito repellent absorbent article according to claim 4 wherein the perforations comprise funnel-shaped or stepped perforations.

6. A mosquito repellent absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein:

the liquid permeable surface layer is a non-woven fabric surface layer, and the non-woven fabric surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric; and/or

The number of layers of the non-woven fabric surface layer is single layer or multiple layers.

7. A mosquito repellent absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein at least one of conditions (f) to (i) is satisfied:

(f) the absorber is of a composite core body structure, and the composite core body sequentially comprises dust-free paper or non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin and dust-free paper or non-woven fabric from top to bottom;

(g) the wrapping layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric;

(h) the breathable bottom layer adopts a PE breathable film; and/or the breathable bottom layer is provided with breathable pressure points;

(i) the bottom film layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric or hot-air non-woven fabric.

8. A mosquito repellent absorbent product according to claim 7 wherein the weight of the super absorbent resin is 10 to 400g/m2The particle size is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1 mL/min.

9. A method of manufacturing a mosquito repellent absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

preparing a natural plant extract by taking at least one of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint as a raw material, and mixing the natural plant extract with active carbon to obtain a mixture A;

wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabric to obtain a mosquito repelling component;

compounding the PP punching cloth with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth to obtain the covering cloth;

wrapping the prepared absorber by a wrapping layer to obtain an absorbing layer;

the prepared covering cloth is attached to the surface of one side of the absorption layer, and a liquid permeable surface layer is attached to the surface of the covering cloth;

and a breathable bottom layer and a bottom film layer are attached to the surface of the other side of the absorption layer, and then the prepared mosquito repelling component is attached to at least part of the outer surface of the bottom film layer.

10. The manufacturing method of the mosquito repellent absorbent article according to claim 9, wherein the preparation of the mosquito repellent part specifically comprises:

washing lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint respectively, and then sequentially crushing, sieving and drying to obtain powder; soaking the powder in the solution for 10-20 h, then placing the soaked powder in an ethanol solution, carrying out microwave oscillation, filtering and concentrating to obtain an extracting solution of each raw material;

mixing the obtained extracting solutions according to the weight parts of 1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint to obtain a natural plant extract, and mixing the natural plant extract and active carbon according to the weight ratio of 1-5: 1 to obtain a mixture A; and wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabrics to obtain the mosquito repelling component.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a mosquito-repellent absorbing product and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

In hot summer, mosquitoes propagate diseases, such as epidemic encephalitis B, dengue fever, malaria, Zika fever and yellow fever, besides biting and disturbing normal sleep and rest of people. The infants are particularly easy to attract mosquitoes, and are high in body temperature, tender in skin and easy to be bitten by the mosquitoes; in addition, the sweat is easy to generate in summer, and the odor emitted by the discharged sweat and urine has great attraction to mosquitoes. In order to prevent mosquito bites, mosquito repellent toilet water and other liquids or pastes with mosquito repellent function can be coated on the skin of infants to achieve the mosquito repellent effect. However, because the skin of infants is delicate and tender, the liquid or the ointment with the mosquito repelling function is directly smeared on the skin of infants, and various uncomfortable symptoms such as skin rash and the like caused by anaphylactic reaction are easy to occur, so that the conventional mosquito killing and repelling method is still insufficient for completely protecting the infants at present and needs to be further improved.

The disposable diaper is disposable, is convenient to replace and does not need to be cleaned, and reduces the burden of parents. The conventional paper diaper is generally made of materials such as non-woven fabrics, toilet paper, fluff pulp, high-molecular water-absorbent resin, PE films, rubber bands and the like. There are two kinds of special purpose for children and adults. Although the related art paper diaper satisfies the conventional needs, there are proposed paper diapers having other functions, including a paper diaper having a mosquito repellent function, which covers a child from being bitten by mosquitoes like a protective umbrella. However, the paper diaper with mosquito repelling effect proposed at present has poor mosquito repelling effect and absorption performance, and needs to be further improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, the mosquito repellent absorption article and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention have the characteristics of high infiltration speed, ventilation, high absorption performance and good dryness, have mosquito repellent performance and increase the service performance of the absorption article.

According to one aspect of the application, the mosquito repelling absorption article comprises a liquid permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorption layer, a breathable bottom layer, a bottom film layer and a mosquito repelling component which are sequentially attached;

the absorption layer comprises an absorption body and a wrapping layer, and the wrapping layer wraps the outer surface of the absorption body;

wherein the cover cloth is formed by compounding PP punching cloth and wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth;

the mosquito repelling component comprises a natural plant extract, active carbon and non-woven fabric for wrapping the natural plant extract and the active carbon, wherein the natural plant extract is prepared from any one or a mixture of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint.

In one possible implementation, the mosquito repellent component satisfies at least one of conditions (a) to (c):

(a) the non-woven fabric in the mosquito repelling component is fixedly connected with a part of the bottom film layer through hot melt adhesive;

(b) the weight ratio of the natural plant extract to the active carbon is 1-5: 1;

(c) the natural plant extract is prepared from Lavender, herba Artemisiae Annuae, herba Pelargonii Graveolentis, Perillae herba, flos Caryophylli and herba Menthae.

In one possible implementation, the weight ratio of the natural plant extract to the activated carbon is 3: 1; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight:

1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of purple perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint.

In one possible implementation, the drape satisfies at least one of conditions (d) to (e):

(d) the PP punching cloth is compounded with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in an ultrasonic pressing mode;

(e) the PP punching cloth is provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes sequentially comprise large hole sections and small hole sections from top to bottom, the aperture of each large hole section is larger than or equal to 2mm, and the aperture of each small hole section is smaller than or equal to 1 mm.

In one possible implementation, the hole pattern of the through holes comprises funnel-shaped or stepped through holes.

In one possible realization, the liquid-permeable surface layer is a nonwoven surface layer made of a through-air nonwoven; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the number of layers of the non-woven fabric surface layer is single layer or multiple layers.

In one possible implementation, at least one of the conditions (f) to (i) is satisfied:

(f) the absorber is of a composite core body structure, and the composite core body sequentially comprises dust-free paper or non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin and dust-free paper or non-woven fabric from top to bottom;

(g) the wrapping layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric;

(h) the breathable bottom layer adopts a PE breathable film; and/or the breathable bottom layer is provided with breathable pressure points;

(i) the bottom film layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric or hot-air non-woven fabric.

In one possible implementation mode, the gram weight of the super absorbent resin is 10-400 g/m2The particle size is 30-100 meshes, the water retention capacity is not lower than 25g/g, and the liquid passing capacity is not lower than 0.1 mL/min.

In one possible implementation, the mosquito repellent absorbent article comprises at least one of a paper diaper, a pull-up pant, or a menstrual pant.

In one possible implementation, the diaper comprises an infant diaper.

According to another aspect of the application, a manufacturing method of the mosquito repelling absorbing article is provided, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:

preparing a natural plant extract by taking at least one of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint as a raw material, and mixing the natural plant extract with active carbon to obtain a mixture A;

wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabric to obtain a mosquito repelling component;

compounding the PP punching cloth with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth to obtain the covering cloth;

wrapping the prepared absorber by a wrapping layer to obtain an absorbing layer;

the prepared covering cloth is attached to the surface of one side of the absorption layer, and a liquid permeable surface layer is attached to the surface of the covering cloth;

and a breathable bottom layer and a bottom film layer are attached to the surface of the other side of the absorption layer, and then the prepared mosquito repelling component is attached to at least part of the outer surface of the bottom film layer.

In one possible implementation, the preparing the mosquito repellent part specifically includes:

washing lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint respectively, and then sequentially crushing, sieving and drying to obtain powder; soaking the powder in the solution for 10-20 h, then placing the soaked powder in an ethanol solution, carrying out microwave oscillation, filtering and concentrating to obtain an extracting solution of each raw material;

mixing the obtained extracting solutions according to the weight parts of 1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint to obtain a natural plant extract, and mixing the natural plant extract and active carbon according to the weight ratio of 1-5: 1 to obtain a mixture A; and wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabrics to obtain the mosquito repelling component.

Compared with the prior art, the application has at least the following beneficial effects:

(1) the mosquito repelling absorption article provided by the invention is provided with a mosquito repelling component, wherein the mosquito repelling component comprises a natural plant extract, active carbon and non-woven fabrics for wrapping the natural plant extract and the active carbon. Therefore, the mosquito repelling absorption article has a good mosquito repelling function, can effectively repel mosquitoes through the odor emitted by the mosquito repelling component, endows the absorption article (such as a paper diaper) with a mosquito repelling function, increases the using performance of the absorption article, and can solve the problem that the skin of an infant is easily injured by the mode of smearing liquid or paste with the mosquito repelling function, such as mosquito repelling toilet water, on the skin of the infant.

(2) The natural plant extract disclosed by the invention comprises at least one of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, purple perilla, clove and mint as raw materials, has a mosquito repelling effect, is coated with the non-woven fabric, does not directly contact with the skin, and is safe and free of toxic and side effects. The raw material components of the invention have simple sources and low cost, and the product prepared from various components has good effect, no stimulation to skin, simple preparation process and good application prospect.

(3) The mosquito-repellent absorbing article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorbing layer, a breathable bottom layer, a bottom film layer and a mosquito-repellent component which are sequentially attached, and has the advantages of novel concept, simple structure, good mosquito-repellent effect, high infiltration speed, high absorption performance, good dryness, comfort and the like.

(4) The cover cloth of the mosquito repellent absorbent article is formed by compounding PP perforated cloth and wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth, so that the mosquito repellent absorbent article has certain water absorption and retention capacity, can effectively improve the dryness of the mosquito repellent absorbent article, and effectively reduces the reverse osmosis amount.

In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present application, and it should be apparent that the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative effort based on the technical solutions and the given embodiments provided in the present application belong to the protection scope of the present application. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.

The technical scheme of the embodiment of the application provides the mosquito repelling absorption article with the properties of high liquid infiltration speed, high absorbability, good mosquito repelling effect, leakage prevention, ventilation, softness, good dryness and the like and the manufacturing method thereof, so that the absorption property of the absorption article in the related technology can be improved, and the absorption article is endowed with a good mosquito repelling effect. See below for a description of specific embodiments.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a mosquito repellent absorbent article, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, which includes a liquid permeable surface layer 100, a cover cloth 200, an absorbent layer 300, a breathable bottom layer 400, a bottom film layer 500, and a mosquito repellent component 600, which are sequentially attached to each other; the absorbent layer 300 comprises an absorbent body 310 and a wrapping layer 301, wherein the wrapping layer 301 wraps the outer surface of the absorbent body 310; wherein, the cover cloth 200 is formed by compounding PP punching cloth and wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth; the mosquito repelling component 600 comprises a natural plant extract, active carbon and non-woven fabric for wrapping the natural plant extract and the active carbon, wherein the natural plant extract comprises one or more of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, purple perilla, clove and mint.

In the embodiment of the invention, the mosquito repellent absorption article can sequentially comprise a liquid permeable surface layer 100, a cover cloth 200, an absorption layer 300, a breathable bottom layer 400, a bottom film layer 500 and a mosquito repellent component 600 from top to bottom (which can be understood from the surface layer on the side close to the skin of a human body to the bottom film layer on the side far from the skin of the human body), and all structural layers in the mosquito repellent absorption article are tightly attached and/or partially attached. The mosquito repelling component comprises a natural plant extract, wherein the raw material of the natural plant extract comprises any one or a mixture of more of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint, namely the natural plant extract can comprise one or a combination of more of lavender extract, sweet wormwood extract, mozzie buster extract, perilla extract, clove extract and mint extract. For example, the natural plant extract may include lavender extract, may include artemisia apiacea extract, may include mozzie buster extract, may include perilla extract, may include clove extract, may include mint extract, may include any two or more of the above extracts, and is not further listed herein. In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the natural plant extract includes a mixture of lavender extract, artemisia apiacea extract, mozzie buster extract, perilla extract, clove extract and mint extract, so as to have a better mosquito repelling effect.

The mosquito repelling absorption article provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the mosquito repelling component, and the odor emitted by the mosquito repelling component can effectively repel mosquitoes away from a user, so that a mosquito repelling effect is achieved. The natural plant extract comprises at least one of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint, and the raw materials have the functions of repelling mosquitoes, inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation or clearing heat, and are mixed to enable the components to play a synergistic effect, supplement each other and not interfere with each other, so that the absorbing product has a good mosquito repelling effect, or can also have auxiliary functions of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like. In addition, the adopted raw material components have simple sources, low cost, mild property, no stimulation to skin, simple preparation process and strong practicability. The mixture of the active carbon and the natural plant extract can utilize the adsorption, oxidation resistance, insect expelling and sterilization functions of the active carbon and match with the medicine fragrance emitted by the natural plant extract to relieve the problems of moisture absorption, mildew or hardening of the extract components and the like, thereby really playing the effect of expelling insects and mosquitoes and increasing the service performance of the absorptive article. And the natural plant extract and the active carbon are wrapped by non-woven fabrics, are not directly contacted with the skin, and are safe and have no toxic or side effect.

The mosquito repellent absorbent article cover cloth provided by the embodiment of the invention is formed by compounding PP perforated cloth and wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth, so that the mosquito repellent absorbent article has certain water absorption and water retention capacity, the dryness of the mosquito repellent absorbent article can be effectively improved, and the reverse osmosis amount is effectively reduced.

Therefore, the mosquito repelling absorption article provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of novel concept and simple structure, has a good mosquito repelling effect, and has the performances of high infiltration speed, high absorption performance, good dryness, comfort and the like.

In some embodiments, the mosquito repellent absorbent article is a diaper. Further, the mosquito repellent absorbent article is an infant paper diaper.

For convenience of description, the mosquito repellent absorbent article and the preparation method thereof are specifically described in the embodiment of the application by taking the mosquito repellent absorbent article as a paper diaper as an example of the mosquito repellent absorbent article. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the principles of the present invention may be implemented in any suitably arranged mosquito repellent absorbent article, not limited to paper diapers, for example the mosquito repellent absorbent article may also be a pull-up diaper, menstrual diaper or similar absorbent article. The size of the absorbent article such as paper diaper, pull-up diaper, menstrual pants and the like is not particularly limited. Moreover, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions of the absorbent article may be omitted for clarity and conciseness.

In some embodiments, the non-woven fabric in the mosquito repelling component is fixedly connected with a part of the bottom film layer through hot melt adhesive. The natural plant extract and the active carbon are mixed and then wrapped by the non-woven fabric, and then fixed on a part of the bottom film layer through the hot melt adhesive. The repellent element is exposed to the exterior surface of the absorbent article. The invention discovers that the reason why the mosquito-repellent absorbing article has the performance of repelling mosquitoes and the like can be that the Chinese herbal medicine components of lavender, sweet wormwood herb, mozzie buster, purple perilla, clove and mint have the functions, for example, the mozzie buster has the functions of repelling mosquitoes, nourishing skin, removing dampness and relieving itching and the like, the lavender has the functions of repelling mosquitoes, relieving itching and inflammation, calming and soothing nerves and the like, the sweet wormwood herb has the functions of repelling mosquitoes, clearing deficiency heat, relieving summer-heat, tonifying qi and relaxing bowels and the like, the mint has the functions of repelling mosquitoes, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, relieving itching, clearing throat and the like, and the natural plant extract and the mosquito-repellent part prepared from the materials have good effects of repelling mosquitoes or inhibiting bacteria and the like.

In some embodiments, the raw materials of the natural plant extract include lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint, that is, the natural plant extract mainly consists of lavender extract, sweet wormwood extract, mozzie buster, perilla extract, clove extract and mint extract. Typically, but not by way of limitation, the natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts, 2.2 parts, 2.5 parts, 2.8 parts, 3 parts and the like of lavender, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part, 1.0 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 part, 1.5 parts and the like of sweet wormwood, 5 parts, 6 parts, 6.5 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 9.5 parts, 10 parts and the like of mozzie, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.8 part, 1 part, 1.5 part, 1.8 part, 2 parts, 2.5 parts and the like of perilla, 1 part, 1.1.1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.3 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.5 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts and the like of mint, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.8 part, 1.8 part, 1.2 parts, 1.5 parts, 2 parts, 2.5 parts, 2 parts and the like of mint.

The invention discovers that the traditional Chinese medicine components of lavender, sweet wormwood herb, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint have the effects, when the lavender, sweet wormwood herb, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint are mixed according to the proper weight parts, the formed mosquito repellent part has the optimal mosquito repellent function and can repel mosquitoes more effectively without influencing the comprehensive performances such as the liquid absorption performance, the dryness performance and the like of the absorbing article, and the absorbing article with the optimal mosquito repellent effect can be obtained if any one of the components is absent.

Herein, percentages, ratios or parts referred to are by weight unless otherwise indicated. The term "part by weight" as used herein means the basic unit of measurement in the relationship of the weight ratios of the components, and 1 part may represent an arbitrary unit weight, and 1 part may represent 1g, 1.68g, 5g, 8g, or the like, for example.

In some embodiments, the PP (polypropylene) perforated cloth is combined with the wood pulp spunlace nonwoven fabric by ultrasonic lamination. The PP perforated cloth refers to a PP (polypropylene) material with a plurality of through holes distributed therein, for example, the PP perforated cloth is perforated during the formation of the PP non-woven fabric.

In some embodiments, the breathable bottom layer employs a PE breathable film; and/or the breathable bottom layer is provided with breathable pressure points, namely the breathable bottom layer can be a pressure point breathable bottom layer. Through setting up ventilative pressure point at ventilative bottom, can strengthen the gas permeability, fully guarantee the gas permeability of absorption articles for use, prevent stifling, reduce breeding of bacterium, it is more healthy to use. According to the embodiment of the application, the bottom layer adopts a structure form of compounding the breathable bottom layer and the bottom film layer, the bottom film layer can be a bottom film non-woven fabric layer, namely, the bottom layer can be formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and breathable materials such as PE films (polyethylene films). The breathable bottom layer and the bottom film layer can be compounded in an adhesive mode. For example, the breathable bottom layer is a polyethylene film, the bottom film layer is a hot-air non-woven fabric, and the polyethylene film, particularly the polyethylene film with pressure points, is compounded with the hot-air non-woven fabric. Therefore, the breathable fabric has a better breathable effect, ensures the breathability of the absorbent article, prevents stuffiness, and can increase the comfort and the softness of the absorbent article.

In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a mosquito repellent absorbent article, including the following steps:

preparing a natural plant extract by taking at least one of lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint as a raw material, and mixing the natural plant extract with active carbon to obtain a mixture A;

wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabric to obtain a mosquito repelling component;

compounding the PP punching cloth with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven cloth to obtain the covering cloth;

wrapping the prepared absorber by a wrapping layer to obtain an absorbing layer;

the prepared covering cloth is attached to the surface of one side of the absorption layer, and a liquid permeable surface layer is attached to the surface of the covering cloth;

and a breathable bottom layer and a bottom film layer are attached to the surface of the other side of the absorption layer, and then the prepared mosquito repelling component is attached to at least part of the outer surface of the bottom film layer.

The preparation process of the mosquito-repellent absorbing article is simple, easy to control, high in feasibility and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial mass production. The mosquito-repellent absorbing article prepared by the preparation method not only has the characteristics of high infiltration speed, air permeability, high absorption performance and good dryness, but also has the mosquito-repellent performance, and the service performance of the absorbing article is increased.

It should be understood that the manufacturing method of the mosquito repellent absorbent article is based on the same inventive concept as the above mosquito repellent absorbent article, and regarding the specific structure, material or components of the mosquito repellent absorbent article, the description of the above mosquito repellent absorbent article can be referred to, and the details are not repeated herein.

In some embodiments, preparing the mosquito repellent component specifically comprises:

washing lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint respectively, and then sequentially crushing, sieving and drying to obtain powder; soaking the powder in the solution for 10-20 h, then placing the soaked powder in an ethanol solution, carrying out microwave oscillation, filtering and concentrating to obtain an extracting solution of each raw material;

mixing the obtained extracting solutions according to the weight parts of 1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint to obtain a natural plant extract, and mixing the natural plant extract and active carbon according to the weight ratio of 1-5: 1 to obtain a mixture A; and wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabrics to obtain the mosquito repelling component.

In some specific embodiments, the method for manufacturing the mosquito repellent absorbent article comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning and drying lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint respectively, then crushing by a crusher, sieving and drying to obtain powder of each raw material; respectively weighing powder of each raw material, and soaking in a solution (such as a glycerol mixed solution) for 10-20 h; then, placing the soaked powder in an ethanol solution, performing microwave oscillation, filtering to obtain a filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain an extracting solution of each raw material.

(2) Mixing the obtained extracting solutions according to the weight parts of 1.5-3 parts of lavender, 0.5-1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 5-10 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5-2.5 parts of perilla, 1-2 parts of clove and 0.5-3 parts of mint to obtain a natural plant extract, and mixing the natural plant extract and active carbon according to the weight ratio of 1-5: 1 (preferably 3: 1) to obtain a mixture A; and wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabrics to obtain the mosquito repelling component.

(3) Flatly paving the fluffy non-woven fabric on the lower layer, uniformly scattering the lower layer of super absorbent resin, arranging lower layer of dust-free paper (or non-woven fabric) below the lower layer of super absorbent resin, and compounding the lower layer of dust-free paper, the fluffy non-woven fabric and the lower layer of super absorbent resin through hot melt adhesive; then, uniformly scattering an upper layer of high water-absorbent resin on the fluffy non-woven fabric, covering an upper layer of dust-free paper on the upper layer of high water-absorbent resin, and compounding the upper layer of dust-free paper, the fluffy non-woven fabric and the upper layer of high water-absorbent resin through hot melt adhesive to obtain the absorber.

(4) And wrapping the prepared absorbent with a wrapping layer spun-bonded non-woven fabric to obtain the absorbent.

(5) And compounding the PP punched cloth with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in an ultrasonic pressing mode to obtain the covering cloth.

(6) The prepared covering cloth is arranged on the upper surface of the absorption layer in a fitting manner, and a liquid permeable surface layer is arranged above the covering cloth in a fitting manner;

the lower surface of the absorption layer is provided with the breathable bottom layer and the bottom film layer in a fitting mode, and then the prepared mosquito repelling component is pasted on the abdominal area of the bottom film layer to obtain the mosquito repelling absorption article.

In order to fully explain the relevant performance of the mosquito repellent absorbent article provided by the application and facilitate understanding of the mosquito repellent absorbent article, multiple groups of experimental verification are carried out in the application. The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples and comparative examples. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that only some of the examples described herein are within the scope of the present application and that any other suitable specific examples are within the scope of the present application.

Example 1

1. A mosquito repellent absorbent article (paper diaper) comprises a liquid permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorbing layer, a breathable bottom layer, a bottom film layer and a mosquito repellent component from top to bottom. Wherein the liquid permeable surface layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric, and can be single-layer or double-layer hot air non-woven fabric surface layer. 2. Method for manufacturing mosquito-repellent absorbing article

(1) Cleaning and drying lavender, sweet wormwood, mozzie buster, perilla, clove and mint respectively, then crushing by a crusher, sieving and drying to obtain powder of each raw material; respectively weighing the powder of each raw material, and soaking in the glycerol mixed solution for 15 h; then, placing the soaked powder in an ethanol solution, performing microwave oscillation, filtering to obtain a filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain an extracting solution of each raw material.

(2) Mixing the obtained extracting solutions according to the weight parts of 2 parts of lavender, 1 part of sweet wormwood, 8 parts of mozzie buster, 1.5 parts of perilla, 1.5 parts of clove and 2 parts of mint to obtain a natural plant extract, wherein the natural plant extract and the active carbon are mixed according to the weight ratio of 3: 1 to obtain a mixture A; and wrapping the mixture A with non-woven fabrics to obtain the mosquito repelling component.

(3) Flatly paving the fluffy non-woven fabric on the lower layer, uniformly scattering the lower layer of super absorbent resin, arranging lower layer of dust-free paper below the lower layer of super absorbent resin, and compounding the lower layer of dust-free paper, the fluffy non-woven fabric and the lower layer of super absorbent resin through hot melt adhesive; then, uniformly scattering an upper layer of high water-absorbent resin on the fluffy non-woven fabric, covering an upper layer of dust-free paper on the upper layer of high water-absorbent resin, and compounding the upper layer of dust-free paper, the fluffy non-woven fabric and the upper layer of high water-absorbent resin through hot melt adhesive to obtain the absorber.

(4) And wrapping the prepared absorbent with a wrapping layer spun-bonded non-woven fabric to obtain the absorbent.

(5) And compounding the PP punched cloth with the wood pulp spunlace non-woven fabric in an ultrasonic pressing mode to obtain the covering cloth.

Example 2

A mosquito repellent absorbent article was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except for the composition of the mosquito repellent part in the mosquito repellent absorbent article.

In example 2, the natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of lavender, 0.5 part of sweet wormwood, 5 parts of mozzie buster, 0.5 part of purple perilla, 1 part of clove and 0.5 part of mint.

Example 3

A mosquito repellent absorbent article was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except for the composition of the mosquito repellent part in the mosquito repellent absorbent article.

In example 3, the natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of lavender, 1.5 parts of sweet wormwood, 10 parts of mozzie buster, 2.5 parts of purple perilla, 2 parts of clove and 3 parts of mint.

The rest is the same as in example 1.

Example 4

A mosquito repellent absorbent article was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except for the composition of the mosquito repellent part in the mosquito repellent absorbent article.

In example 4, the natural plant extract comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of lavender, 1 part of sweet wormwood, 8 parts of mozzie buster, 1.5 parts of clove and 2 parts of mint.

The rest is the same as in example 1.

Example 5

A mosquito repellent absorbent article was prepared in the same manner as in example 1 except for the composition of the mosquito repellent part in the mosquito repellent absorbent article.

In example 5, the weight ratio of the natural plant extract to the activated carbon was 2: 1.

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that the absorbent article in comparative example 1 is not provided with a mosquito repellent part.

In comparative example 1, the mosquito repellent absorbent article (diaper) comprises a liquid permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorbent layer, a breathable bottom layer and a bottom film layer in sequence from top to bottom. The rest is the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 2

Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that the drape in the mosquito repellent absorbent article in comparative example 2 is different.

In comparative example 2, the mosquito repellent absorbent article (diaper) sequentially comprises a liquid permeable surface layer, a cover cloth, an absorbent layer, a breathable bottom layer, a bottom film layer and a mosquito repellent component from top to bottom, wherein the cover cloth is common spunbonded non-woven fabric. The rest is the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 3

In comparative example 2, the mosquito repellent absorbent article (diaper) comprises a liquid permeable surface layer, an absorbent layer and a breathable bottom layer in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the absorbent layer is a mixture of a thin layer of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin wrapped by non-woven fabric. The rest is the same as in example 1.

Performance testing

1. Dryness test

The test method comprises the following steps: using a T-shaped liquid adding plate, respectively pressing 2 weights of 0.6kg on two sides of the T-shaped liquid adding plate, adding 0.9% physiological saline for 2 times, each time being 80mL, respectively adding liquid in 0min and 5min, weighing 20g of qualitative filter paper, pressurizing for 10 min, 3.5kg, measuring reverse osmosis at 25 ℃ with 3.5kg weights for 3 min.

2. Testing of mosquito repelling Effect

The test method comprises the following steps: and randomly finding 30 babies to wear the absorbent article, testing the mosquito repellent effect, and counting data results.

As can be seen from the data in table 1, compared with comparative examples 1 to 3, the mosquito repellent absorbent articles provided in examples 1 to 5 of the present application have faster absorption speed, better dryness and better mosquito repellent effect.
