Under the condition of vigorous funeral and interment reform of China, how to improve the automation degree of cremation of the remains is the key point of funeral and interment reform and vigorous promotion of cremation. When the cremation machine is used for cremating remains, the remains or the remains placed into the coffin need to be sent into the main combustion chamber of the cremation machine first, and then the cremation work of the remains is carried out, the temperature of the main combustion chamber of the cremation machine is close to 500 ℃, and the generated heat radiation seriously influences the physical and mental health of cremation operators. The former remains delivery wagon adopts the vertical top formula transmission structure of gear screw, often needs to maintain the gear, add solid lubricating oil, especially under this kind of operating mode of cremation, after the operation for several months, the interlock problem can appear because of the reason of dust in the gear, then appear not to locate the interlock in the operation process and skid, the interlock position appears the deviation and has the abnormal sound, finally lead to the gear rotation not in place, the screw rod erects to lift the stroke and can not reach the operation requirement, and equipment functioning speed is slow moreover. The coffin with remains is heavy in weight, more than 4 persons are required to carry the coffin into the cremator, the conveying speed is relatively slow, the cremation cost and the cremation efficiency are seriously increased, and the funeral custom of civilized cremation cannot be embodied.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a remains conveying trolley, and solves the problems that gears of the remains conveying trolley in the prior art are easy to be occluded in place due to dust, the operation speed is low, the cremation efficiency is low, and civilized cremation cannot be embodied.

According to the small remains conveying trolley provided by the invention, the transverse conveying mechanism and the longitudinal conveying mechanism are simultaneously designed in the cuboid-shaped trolley frame, on one hand, the transverse conveying mechanism is used for realizing the transverse movement of the small remains conveying trolley in the horizontal direction, and on the other hand, the longitudinal conveying mechanism is used for realizing the longitudinal movement of the elevator frame in the vertical direction. The key point of the invention is that the transverse conveying mechanism and the longitudinal conveying mechanism fundamentally avoid the use of gear parts, so that the problem that the gears are not engaged in place due to dust is avoided, the improved lifting speed is obtained, and the cremation efficiency is greatly improved.

Compared with the remains conveying trolley in the prior art, the remains conveying trolley provided by the invention has the following advantages:

1) the operation is stable and reliable: because the small remains conveying trolley adopts the lifting shaft mechanism, the situations of no slipping of occlusion at an arrival position, abnormal sound caused by deviation of an occlusion part and the like can be avoided in the operation process;

2) the production cost is reduced: the original remains conveying vehicle adopts a gear screw vertical top type transmission structure, six gears are needed to transmit a lifting mechanism, the mechanism is relatively complex, the machining cost of a gear machine is relatively high, and the production cost is reduced by more than one half by adopting a lifting shaft mechanism for conveying;

3) the cremation cost is reduced: when the remains are delivered, more than four persons are required to lift the remains or the coffin into a combustion chamber and then cremate the remains or the coffin, and the remains or the coffin provided with the remains can be conveyed into a main combustion chamber only by placing the remains or the coffin on the remains conveying trolley for one key to start;

4) the physical and psychological health of the cremation operator is ensured: because the remains conveying trolley moves by adopting the rollers, the remains conveying trolley can directly move to a remains boarding position when receiving remains, and then the remains conveying trolley moves back and forth and conveys the remains to the main combustion chamber, and in the conveying process, a cremation operator cannot directly contact or be influenced by heat radiation generated by the main combustion chamber at the temperature close to 500 ℃;

5) the cremation efficiency is high: because the longitudinal conveying mechanism consisting of the rollers and the lifting shaft is adopted, the conveying speed of the remains is greatly increased, the lifting time is reduced from the original 30 seconds to about 10 seconds, the remains are not required to be contacted in the process of conveying the remains by the longitudinal remains conveying trolley, and the funeral custom of civilized cremation is embodied.

In conclusion, the remains conveying trolley provided by the invention has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, reduction in production cost and cremation cost, and the civilized cremation custom and the cremation efficiency are improved.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that the following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be considered as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a remains transporting trolley according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly includes; a frame 1; and the transverse conveying mechanism and the longitudinal conveying mechanism are arranged in the frame 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the frame 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is constructed by a plurality of angle steels and a plurality of channel steels, and the structure may be any suitable connection means such as welding or bolting.

As shown in fig. 2, the lateral transfer mechanism includes: the automatic transmission comprises a mobile motor 13, a first driving chain wheel 14, a first chain, a first driven chain wheel 15, a mobile shaft 16 and rolling wheels 12, wherein the number of the rolling wheels 12 is four, the rolling wheels are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the frame 1, the mobile motor 13 is connected with the first driving chain wheel 14 through a motor bearing, the first driving chain wheel 14 is connected with the first driven chain wheel 15 through the first chain, the first driven chain wheel 15 is connected with the mobile shaft 16, and the two ends of the mobile shaft 16 are connected with the rolling wheels 12. Under the action of the moving motor 13, the first driving sprocket 14, the first driven sprocket 15 and the moving shaft 16 are sequentially driven, so as to drive the rolling wheels 12 to rotate, and the transverse conveying of the frame 1 on the ground is realized.

As shown in fig. 1, the longitudinal conveyance mechanism includes: the device comprises a traction motor 6, a second driving chain wheel 8, a second chain, a second driven chain wheel 7, a transmission screw rod 9, a screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2, a lifting frame 3, a triangular inclined plate 17, a transmission guide rail 4 and a fixed riding wheel mechanism 5. The traction motor 6 is connected with a second driving chain wheel 8 through a motor bearing, the second driving chain wheel 8 is connected with a second driven chain wheel 7 through a second chain, the second driven chain wheel 7 is connected with a transmission screw rod 9, the transmission screw rod 9 is connected with a screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2, the screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2 is formed by connecting a transverse connecting plate and a vertical connecting plate through bolts, one end of the screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2 is connected with the transmission screw rod 9, and the other end of the screw rod transmission traction mechanism is connected with the lifting frame 3.

Referring to fig. 1, the number of the lifting frames 3 is two, and the two lifting frames are arranged on the frame 1 in parallel and used for supporting an outer coffin for placing remains. The bottom of one of the lifting frames 3 is provided with a lifting driving wheel 10, the bottom of the other lifting frame 3 is provided with a lifting driven wheel 11, the lifting frame 3 is respectively connected with the inclined plane of the triangular sloping plate 17 through the lifting driving wheel 10 and the lifting driven wheel 11, as shown in fig. 1, the inclined plane of the triangular sloping plate 17 is arranged upwards. The transmission guide rail 4 is arranged below the triangular sloping plate 17, and the fixed riding wheel mechanism 5 is arranged below the transmission guide rail 4. The fixed riding wheel mechanism 5 is constructed by two vertical plates and a transverse plate positioned below the vertical plates.

It should be understood that the number of the elevator frames 3 is not limited to two, but may be three.

According to the preferred embodiment, the triangular sloping plates 17 are arranged in parallel with the length direction of the frame 1, and each lift frame 3 is respectively connected with two triangular sloping plates 17, namely, the two triangular sloping plates 17 are respectively arranged at two ends of the lift frame 3.

Under the action of the traction motor 6, the second driving chain wheel 8, the second driven chain wheel 7, the transmission screw rod 9 and the screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2 are sequentially driven, and then the lifting frame 3 is driven to move along the inclined plane of the triangular inclined plate, so that the longitudinal conveying of the lifting frame on the frame 1 can be realized.

According to the preferred embodiment, the remains transporting trolley is provided, which has a transporting height of about 85mm in the longitudinal direction. It should be understood, however, that the conveying height of the longitudinal conveying mechanism in the longitudinal direction is determined by the maximum height dimension of the triangular sloping plate, and the dimension can be adjusted correspondingly according to the height of the shelving platform in the hearth.

The remains conveying trolley provided according to the preferred embodiment has the following use method:

starting a moving motor 13, sequentially driving a first driving chain wheel 14, a first driven chain wheel 15 and a moving shaft 16 under the action of the moving motor 13, further driving rolling wheels 12 to rotate, and realizing the forward and backward movement of the frame 1 on the ground to reach the side of the remains to be cremated;

placing the remains to be cremated in the coffin, then placing the coffin on the lifting frame 3, starting the moving motor 13 again, and conveying the remains into a hearth of the cremation machine;

the traction motor 6 is started, the second driving chain wheel 8, the second driven chain wheel 7, the transmission screw rod 9 and the screw rod transmission traction mechanism 2 are sequentially driven under the action of the traction motor 6, the lifting rack 3 is further driven to move along the inclined plane of the triangular inclined plate 17, and due to the gradient of the inclined plane, the longitudinal conveying of the lifting rack 3 on the frame 1 is realized, so that the coffin for placing the remains reaches the shelving table with a certain height in the hearth.
