Further, the adjusting operation in the primary setting boundary surface includes:

if any one of the duration setting information and the intensity setting information contained in the initial prompting interface is not matched with the user requirement, entering a primary setting boundary surface, and adjusting the gears of the duration setting information or the intensity setting information one by the terminal according to the user instruction;

and if the adjustment of the gears of the duration setting information or the intensity setting information one by one is not matched with the requirement of the user, the terminal jumps according to the instruction of the user to adjust the gears of the duration setting information or the intensity setting information.

Further, the adjusting operation in the secondary setting boundary surface includes:
