The installation location strip 17 and the annular location ring 18 can achieve the purposes of pre-installation and location, the connecting plug 19 integrates all connecting wires, and the connecting plug can be directly connected with a connecting socket without connecting all the connecting wires one by one, so that the problem of connection error caused by numerous connecting wires is avoided, the connection operation is simplified, and the purpose of quickly installing an instrument panel is achieved. Furthermore, the installation and connection process is safer as no contact with the connecting wires is required.

The installation method of the instrument panel comprises the following steps:

(1) gluing:

before installation, alcohol is sprayed at the installation position, wiping is carried out, and glue is applied after the alcohol is completely evaporated; and laying common glass cement in the mounting positioning hole and the annular positioning hole, wherein the glass cement is uniformly laid, and the gluing thickness is controlled to be 1-2 mm.

(2) Pre-installation:

the invention has sucking disc 31 and presses the integrative sucking disc rifle 3 structure of rifle 32, including left sucking disc 31, right sucking disc 33 and pressing the rifle 32, left sucking disc 31 and right sucking disc 33 are connected through the tie rod 34, the upper end of the tie rod 34 connects and presses the rifle 32, press the rifle 32 to include upper rod 322 and pressure cover 321, the upper rod 322 connects the tie rod 34, the surface of the upper rod 322 has external screw thread 3221, press the interior through hole that is equipped with of cover 321, the through hole matches with upper rod 322, the inner wall of through hole has internal screw thread, the internal screw thread matches with external screw thread 3221, make the pressure cover 321 set up on the upper rod 322 in the way of screw thread; and the upper end of the pressing sleeve 321 is provided with a cross handle 323, the lower end thereof is provided with a pressing plate 324, and the outer diameter of the pressing plate 324 is larger than that of the pressing sleeve 321. The sucking disc 3 structure of sucking disc rifle adsorbs and snatchs whole panel board, and convenient removal and installation location need not handheld panel board and installs, can not take place accidents such as electric shock, hand scotch, and the installation is more safe convenient. The pressure gun 32 structure can press the instrument panel to the mounting position, so that the overall mounting firmness is improved, and the loosening condition is avoided.

The left side part and the right side part of the instrument panel are respectively sucked by the left sucker 31 and the right sucker 33, the instrument panel is moved by holding the connecting rod 34, and the instrument panel is placed at the installation position, so that the installation positioning strip 17 is placed in the installation positioning hole, and the annular positioning ring 18 is placed in the annular positioning hole;

(3) pressing:

the instrument panel is completely pressed in by the pressing gun 32, the cross handle 323 is rotated, the pressure plate 324 presses the sucker through the connecting rod 34 to enable the connecting plug 19 to be inserted into the connecting socket, after the pressing is completed, the suction force of the sucker is firstly released, and then the whole sucker gun 3 structure is removed.

(4) Fixing:

the upper end of the rotating part 151 of the mounting edge 16 is provided with a cross hole 1511, the rotating part 151 is jacked by a screwdriver or other cross-shaped instruments, and the rotating part 151 is driven to rotate after rotating, so that the ejecting part 152 extends out and is inserted into the ejecting hole; screws are screwed into the screw holes 141 of the fixing plate 14 to fix the instrument panel;

(5) and installing a shell for fixing the instrument panel.

The above is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, but the technical features of the present invention are not limited thereto. Any simple changes, equivalent substitutions or modifications made on the basis of the present invention to solve the same technical problems and achieve the same technical effects are all covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
