A vertical harmless fertilizer treatment system for waste livestock and poultry is characterized by comprising a crushing device, a pressure conveying device, a hydrolysis tank, a storage tank and a grease separator which are sequentially communicated, wherein a feeding base surface is arranged above a feeding hole of the crushing device and used for bearing, collecting and transporting equipment; the pressure conveying device is positioned below the crushing device; the pressure conveying device is communicated with the hydrolysis tank through a lifting pipe, and the hydrolysis tank, the storage tank and the grease separator are sequentially communicated from top to bottom.

The oil discharge port of the oil separator is communicated with the oil tank, and the amino acid stock solution discharge port is communicated with the stock solution tank.

Crushing device

The continuous operation of the crusher and the meat grinder in the crushing device leads the crushing of the livestock and poultry to be more thorough, increases the specific surface area of organic matters and improves the hydrolysis rate.
