1. The preparation method of the color-adjustable water-based self-thickening building coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) preparing a protective adhesive: dissolving 4.5 parts of SD-06 glue in 95.5 parts of deionized water by mass, stirring and dispersing for 0.5h until the SD-06 glue is completely dissolved to form a semitransparent solution for later use;

2) preparing a continuous phase emulsion: 30-35% of water, 20-25% of emulsion A, 35-40% of emulsion B and 5-10% of continuous phase auxiliary agent by mass percentage, wherein the viscosity of the continuous phase emulsion is 90-100KU for later use; the emulsion A is one or more of pure acrylic emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion which can react with the protective adhesive; the emulsion B can not react with the protective adhesive and is one or more of silicone-acrylate emulsion and acrylate emulsion;

3) preparing titanium-free paint: 50-55% of water, 25-30% of pure acrylic emulsion, 15-25% of dispersed phase auxiliary agent and 80-100KU of viscosity of the titanium-free paint in percentage by mass for later use;

4) toning of titanium-free paint: adding the prepared titanium-free paint into a paint mixing cylinder, stirring, adding color paste according to requirements, adjusting the titanium-free paint to a preset color, and uniformly mixing for later use;

5) and (3) granulation: mixing 45 parts by mass of the toned titanium-free base paint with 28 parts by mass of the protective glue solution, and granulating to form color dots suspended in the protective glue solution to obtain a granulated mixed solution;

6) preparing a finished paint: mixing 27 parts by mass of continuous phase emulsion with the granulated mixed solution, wherein the total mass ratio of the continuous phase emulsion, the titanium-free base paint and the protective adhesive is 27: 45: 28, stirring the finished paint until the viscosity is between 80 and 100KU, and finishing the preparation.

The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the dispersed phase aid comprises, by mass: 1-3% of bactericide, 1-3% of dispersant, 50-60% of kaolin, 2-4% of cellulose, 2-4% of defoamer, 0.4-0.8% of pH regulator, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of film-forming assistant, 2-4% of wetting agent, 15-20% of GTS glue solution and 0.3-0.5% of thickener.

4. The color-adjustable water-based self-thickening architectural coating is characterized by comprising the following components: titanium-free paint, continuous phase emulsion and protective glue solution;

mixing the titanium-free base paint after color matching with the protective glue solution, and granulating to obtain a granulated mixed solution; mixing the continuous phase emulsion with the granulated mixed solution to obtain a finished product of the water-based self-thickening building coating;

the titanium-free base paint comprises the following components: mixing water, pure acrylic emulsion and disperse phase auxiliary agent; carrying out color matching on the titanium-free base paint by using color paste;

the continuous phase emulsion comprises: mixing water, emulsion A, emulsion B and a continuous phase auxiliary agent; the emulsion A is one or more of pure acrylic emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion which can react with the protective adhesive; the emulsion B can not react with the protective adhesive and is one or more of silicone-acrylate emulsion and acrylate emulsion;

the protective adhesive is as follows: SD-06 glue solution;

the mass ratio of the titanium-free base paint, the continuous phase emulsion and the protective glue solution after color mixing is as follows: 45% of titanium-free paint, 27% of continuous phase emulsion and 28% of protective glue solution.

5. The color-tunable aqueous self-thickening architectural coating according to claim 4, wherein the titanium-free base paint comprises, in mass percent: 50-55% of water, 25-30% of pure acrylic emulsion and 15-20% of dispersed phase auxiliary agent.

the dispersed phase auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of bactericide, 1-3% of dispersant, 50-60% of kaolin, 2-4% of cellulose, 2-4% of defoamer, 0.4-0.8% of pH regulator, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of film-forming assistant, 2-4% of wetting agent, 15-20% of GTS glue solution and 0.3-0.5% of thickener.

The color-tunable aqueous self-thickening architectural coating according to claim 4, wherein the continuous phase emulsion comprises, in mass percent: 30-35% of water, 20-25% of emulsion A, 35-40% of emulsion B and 5-10% of continuous phase auxiliary agent, wherein the viscosity of the continuous phase is 90-100 KU.

The color-tunable aqueous self-thickening architectural coating according to claim 4 or 7, wherein the continuous phase adjuvant comprises, in mass percent: 3-5% of bactericide, 40-45% of film-forming assistant, 40-45% of propylene glycol, 2-4% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of pH regulator and 5-8% of thickening agent.

Through using the thickener, can make things convenient for the efficient to improve the consistency of coating, but the use of a large amount of thickeners, not only contradict with the environmental protection concept, the addition of thickener receives the influence of emulsion type in addition, influences the water-white resistance of initial stage, especially to colorful coating, causes the adhesion of coloured silk easily, makes the coating water resistance reduce, influences the stability of coloured silk simultaneously, and back thickening effect is obvious, is unfavorable for the construction.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to better solve the problem of using a large amount of thickening agents by the water-based multicolor paint and improve the performance of the water-based multicolor paint to the greatest extent, the invention provides the water-based self-thickening building paint with adjustable color and the preparation method thereof, the water resistance and the stability of the water-based self-thickening building paint are excellent, the self-thickening effect generated by the reaction of emulsion and protective adhesive can be used for the paint, the using amount of the thickening agents is greatly reduced, and the dependence on the thickening agents and various problems caused by the self-thickening building paint are avoided. The protective glue has a 'cabin structure', the emulsion has different functional groups, when the 'cabin structure' of the protective glue just can react with the functional groups on the emulsion, the 'cabin structure' of the protective glue collapses and reacts with the emulsion in a crosslinking way, so that the viscosity of the system is increased, and the purpose of controlling the viscosity of the system can be achieved by controlling the type and the adding proportion of the continuous phase emulsion.

A preparation method of a color-adjustable water-based self-thickening building coating comprises the following steps:

1) preparing a protective adhesive: dissolving 4.5 parts of SD-06 glue in 95.5 parts of deionized water by mass, stirring and dispersing for 0.5h until the SD-06 glue is completely dissolved to form a semitransparent solution for later use;

2) preparing a continuous phase emulsion: 30-35% of water, 20-25% of emulsion A, 35-40% of emulsion B and 5-10% of continuous phase auxiliary agent by mass percentage, wherein the viscosity of the continuous phase emulsion is 90-100KU for later use; the emulsion A is one or more of pure acrylic emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion which can react with the protective adhesive; the emulsion B can not react with the protective adhesive and is one or more of silicone-acrylate emulsion and acrylate emulsion;

3) preparing titanium-free paint: 50-55% of water, 25-30% of pure acrylic emulsion, 15-25% of dispersed phase auxiliary agent and 80-100KU of viscosity of the titanium-free paint in percentage by mass for later use;

4) toning of titanium-free paint: adding the prepared titanium-free paint into a paint mixing cylinder, stirring, adding color paste according to requirements, adjusting the titanium-free paint to a preset color, and uniformly mixing for later use;

5) and (3) granulation: mixing 45 parts by mass of the toned titanium-free base paint with 28 parts by mass of the protective glue solution, and granulating to form color dots suspended in the protective glue solution to obtain a granulated mixed solution;

6) preparing a finished paint: mixing 27 parts by mass of continuous phase emulsion with the granulated mixed solution, wherein the total mass ratio of the continuous phase emulsion, the titanium-free base paint and the protective adhesive is 27: 45: 28, stirring the finished paint until the viscosity is between 80 and 100KU, and finishing the preparation.

The continuous phase auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-5% of bactericide, 40-45% of film-forming assistant, 40-45% of propylene glycol, 2-4% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of pH regulator and 5-8% of thickening agent.

The dispersed phase auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of bactericide, 1-3% of dispersant, 50-60% of kaolin, 2-4% of cellulose, 2-4% of defoamer, 0.4-0.8% of pH regulator, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of film-forming assistant, 2-4% of wetting agent, 15-20% of GTS glue solution and 0.3-0.5% of thickener.

A color tunable aqueous self-thickening architectural coating comprising the following components: titanium-free paint, continuous phase emulsion and protective glue solution;

mixing the titanium-free base paint after color matching with the protective glue solution, and granulating to obtain a granulated mixed solution; mixing the continuous phase emulsion with the granulated mixed solution to obtain a finished product of the water-based self-thickening building coating;

the titanium-free base paint comprises the following components: mixing water, pure acrylic emulsion and disperse phase auxiliary agent; carrying out color matching on the titanium-free base paint by using color paste;

the continuous phase emulsion comprises: mixing water, emulsion A, emulsion B and a continuous phase auxiliary agent; the emulsion A is one or more of pure acrylic emulsion and silicone acrylic emulsion which can react with the protective adhesive; the emulsion B can not react with the protective adhesive and is one or more of silicone-acrylate emulsion and acrylate emulsion;

the protective adhesive is as follows: SD-06 glue solution;

the mass ratio of the titanium-free base paint, the continuous phase emulsion and the protective glue solution after color mixing is as follows: 45% of titanium-free paint, 27% of continuous phase emulsion and 28% of protective glue solution.

The titanium-free base paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-55% of water, 25-30% of pure acrylic emulsion and 15-20% of dispersed phase auxiliary agent.

The dispersed phase auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-3% of bactericide, 1-3% of dispersant, 50-60% of kaolin, 2-4% of cellulose, 2-4% of defoamer, 0.4-0.8% of pH regulator, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 4-6% of film-forming assistant, 2-4% of wetting agent, 15-20% of GTS glue solution and 0.3-0.5% of thickener.

The continuous phase emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-35% of water, 20-25% of emulsion A, 35-40% of emulsion B and 5-10% of continuous phase auxiliary agent, wherein the viscosity of the continuous phase is 90-100 KU;

the continuous phase auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-5% of bactericide, 40-45% of film-forming assistant, 40-45% of propylene glycol, 2-4% of defoaming agent, 3-5% of pH regulator and 5-8% of thickening agent.

The bactericide is one or two of MIC bactericide and G20 bactericide.

The dispersant is one or two of sodium polyacrylate and ammonium polyacrylate.

The cellulose is hydroxyethyl cellulose.

The defoaming agent is polymer composite mineral oil.

The pH regulator is AMP-95.

The film-forming additive is 2,2, 4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate.

The wetting agent is YZ-350.

The GTS glue solution adopts magnesium lithium silicate.

The thickening agent is an acrylic acid alkali-soluble emulsion thickening agent.

The SD-06 glue solution adopts lithium magnesium silicate.

The application method of the water-based multicolor architectural coating is spraying.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, the viscosity of the paint is increased through the self-thickening effect generated by the reaction of the continuous phase emulsion and the protective glue solution, the use of the thickening agent is greatly reduced, compared with the traditional similar paint, the water-white resistance and the stability of a paint film are greatly improved, the post-thickening effect is reduced, and the subsequent construction is facilitated.

2. The paint produced by the invention has high storage stability: the paint has high storage stability within 5-50 deg.c, basically unchanged viscosity, excellent spraying performance, no sagging during spraying and no color difference after drying.

3. The paint produced by the invention has rich colors and strong decoration. The color of the artificial marble can imitate granite, marble and the like, and can also be changed abundantly according to the requirements. Meanwhile, the wall-mounting effect can be adjusted according to the requirement, and the effects of stone imitation, smooth wallpaper and the like can be achieved.

4. The paint produced by the invention is very light and thin: compared with the traditional exterior wall decorative materials such as granite and glass curtain walls, the water-based colorful building coating is thin in coating and light in weight, and cannot influence the bearing of the wall body.

5. The water-based colorful building coating produced by the invention has obviously improved water-white resistance when being applied to a wall, and the performance of the coating is not influenced even if the humidity of air is higher after the surface is dried; the paint is exposed to rain weather after construction, the paint film can not be damaged even if the paint is foamed, and the integrity and the attractiveness of the paint film can not be damaged after the paint is naturally dried.

6. The water-based multicolor architectural coating is composed of green and environment-friendly components, and the toxic and harmful components are greatly reduced (such as the VOC content is less than or equal to 12 g/L, and the technical standard requirement is less than or equal to 150 g/L).
