The main production process of the polyester monofilament mainly comprises a one-step production process and a two-step production process. The technology of high-speed spinning and high-speed drawing and twisting is a typical two-step process route, and the most process routes are adopted for producing the polyester monofilaments. At high winding speed, the fiber generates certain orientation degree, and the structure is relatively stable. The stretching and twisting are indispensable procedures in the production of polyester monofilaments and are called secondary forming. The stretching leads the structural units of the fiber to obtain stable and steady orientation, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the physical and mechanical properties of the finished fiber. The profiled fiber is made by a spinneret with non-circular holes in the spinning forming process and has various cross-sectional shapes. At present, at least dozens of types of profiled fibers exist, and about half of polyester fibers, polyamide fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers sold in the market are profiled fibers. The existing impregnation equipment is inconvenient for dip-dyeing the special-shaped polyester yarns for the textile fabrics in the flame-retardant dye liquor, and the dip-dyeing treatment efficiency of the special-shaped polyester yarns for the textile fabrics is low.
