Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The lock device of the accompanying bed is arranged on the accompanying bed, and the containing device of the accompanying bed is provided with a lock ring 8 which mainly comprises a mechanical lock unit and a wireless communication unit. When the accompanying bed moves to the containing device, the lock ring enters the mechanical lock unit and then the lock tongue 1 in the mechanical lock unit locks the lock ring 8. The wireless communication unit contains an anti-theft control circuit that controls the wireless communication unit to start operating to send information to the remote server when the lock device is close to the lock ring 8 and to stop operating when the lock device is far from the lock ring 8.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the mechanical lock unit is mainly composed of a housing 6, a locking unit, an unlocking cam 5 and a motor 3. The latch unit is composed of a lever member 2, a latch bolt 1, a spring 22, a housing 0, and a torsion spring (not shown). The housing 0 is provided with a notch corresponding to the locking ring 8. The spring bolt 1 is rotatably arranged at the notch of the shell 0 through a torsion spring. The bolt 1 is provided with a locking groove 11 and a clamping end 14 for locking the locking ring 8. One end of the lever member 32 is rotatably connected to the housing 0, and the other end is provided with a step 325 for hooking the engaging end 314, and is connected to the housing 0 through a spring 322. When the lock ring 8 enters the notch, the lock tongue 31 is pushed to rotate, and the lock ring 8 falls into the lock groove 311. The lever member 2 resists the bolt from resetting through the step 25 and the clamping end 14 to realize locking with the lock ring. The unlocking cam 35 is driven to rotate by the motor 33.

The lever member 2 is provided with a projection 24 corresponding to the cam surface of the unlocking cam 5. The unlocking cam 5 is driven by the motor 3 to rotate and drives the lever member 2 to rotate through the cam surface abutting protrusion 24, the step 25 abutting against the clamping end 14 is separated from the clamping end 14, and the spring bolt 1 is reset under the action of the torsion spring to realize unlocking.

The lock device is also provided with two point touch switches 13 and 23 corresponding to the bolt 1 and the lever member 2 respectively, and the bolt 1 and the lever member 2 are provided with convex blocks 12 and 21 used for triggering the touch switches respectively. When the bolt 1 enters the locking ring 8 state from the free state, the convex block 12 triggers the point contact switch 13 to acquire the signal of the locking ring 8. When the locking cam is driven by the motor to separate from the protrusion, the spring 22 pushes the lever member 2 to rotate until the step 25 of the lever member 2 abuts against the clamping end 314 of the lock tongue 1, the convex block 21 of the lever member 2 triggers the point contact switch 23, and a signal of locking the lock tongue by the lever member is acquired.

The wireless communication unit of the embodiment mainly comprises an NB communication module, a control chip, a control circuit, a lock execution circuit, and a wake-up execution circuit. The control chip of the present embodiment adopts an STM32F051C8T6 chip, see fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, the NB communication module is formed by connecting an NB communication chip and a SIM card socket. The SIM card seat is connected with the control chip through the NB communication chip in a communication way. The wireless communication unit is located in a corresponding area 34 of the housing 0, next to which area 34 is a battery 37. The NB communication chip used in this embodiment is an NBT23 chip.

In this embodiment, the control circuit is a reed switch 10, and the reed switch 10 is in communication connection with the control chip, as shown in fig. 10. The locking ring 8 is mounted on the receiving means by a mounting plate 7. The mounting plate 71 is provided with a magnet (not shown) at a position corresponding to the reed pipe (corresponding to a boss at the lower portion of the mounting plate 81) when the bed is in the storage state. The middle part of mounting panel 7 is equipped with the location step, and the catch is connected with mounting panel 7 through connecting plate 81. The mounting plate 7 and the connecting plate 81 are provided with corresponding connecting holes, and the connection between the mounting plate and the connecting plate is realized by penetrating and connecting screws in the connecting holes, so that the alignment between the magnet and the reed switch 10 is completed. The reed switch 10 of this embodiment may also be replaced by a hall sensor with higher cost as another alternative implementation, and the function of the control circuit can also be achieved by using an optical sensor, and the technical means mentioned in the above implementation are all implementable by those skilled in the art, and are not described herein again.

Referring to fig. 2, the wake-up performing circuit includes a resistor R5 and a transistor Q3, the wake-up apparatus is connected to the collector of the transistor Q3, and the base of the transistor Q3 is communicatively connected to the control chip through a resistor R5. The function of the awakening execution circuit is to realize 'reset' operation on the awakening device when the lock device is locked.

As shown in the figure 1, the lock execution circuit is in communication connection with the motor, the lock execution circuit is composed of a load resistor R3 and a triode Q1, and the base of the triode Q1 is in communication connection with the control chip through a load resistor R3.

The lock device of this embodiment further includes an unlocking prompt circuit, which is mainly composed of a buzzer and a triode, as shown in fig. 6. The buzzer is connected with the collector of a triode Q2, and the base of the triode Q2 is in communication connection with the control chip through a resistor R4.

As shown in fig. 5, the lock device of this embodiment further includes a transformer circuit, which is formed by connecting an XC6203 chip with capacitors C1, C2, C3, and C4, and implements 3.7v of dc voltage output.

As shown in fig. 9, the lock device of this embodiment further includes a wake-up device, the wake-up device is disposed on the bed frame of the accompanying bed, and the wake-up device mainly includes a touch pad 95, a conductive sponge 94 and a capacitive sensing touch device 92. The touch pad 95 is connected with the capacitance sensing touch device 92 through the conductive sponge 94, and the capacitance sensing touch device is in communication connection with the control chip through the wake-up execution circuit. In this embodiment, the touch pad 165 is an acrylic panel, and the capacitive sensing touch pad 162 is mounted in a fixing member composed of a plastic mounting case 163 and a mounting bracket 161, as shown in fig. 9. The fixing piece is arranged on the bedstead.

The storage cabinet of the accompanying bed in the embodiment is convenient to remotely manage and use by adopting the lock device, and saves human resources in hospitals and sanitary stations.

On the other hand, the wake-up device specially suitable for the storage cabinet of the accompanying bed and the corresponding control circuit are designed, so that the standby time of the storage cabinet of the accompanying bed is greatly prolonged, and the maintenance is facilitated; furthermore, the anti-theft control circuit is additionally arranged to solve the problem of theft of users; and the lock device is changed from being arranged on the containing device to being arranged on the accompanying bed, so that the convenience of the accompanying bed in the renting process is improved.
