1. A circulating air disinfection and sterilization device comprises an air circulating system, and is characterized in that an air inlet of the air circulating system is sequentially connected with an irradiation sterilization mechanism and a blower; wherein:

the irradiation sterilization mechanism comprises a sterilization bin, an air inlet of the sterilization bin is connected with an air supply outlet of the air feeder through a first pipeline, and an air outlet of the sterilization bin is connected with an air inlet of the air circulation system through a second pipeline; and an irradiation sterilization device is arranged at the top of the sterilization bin.

2. The circulating air sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein the radiation sterilization device is an electron accelerator disposed at the top of the sterilization chamber, and an output end of the electron accelerator extends into the sterilization chamber.

3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the electron accelerator has a power of 14 Kw.

4. The circulating air sterilization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the air inlet and the air outlet of the sterilization chamber are each provided with a check valve.

5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilizing chamber is externally covered with a radiation-proof lead plate.

6. A method of sterilizing circulated air using the apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:

the blower sends indoor air into the sterilization bin at a stable flow rate through the first pipeline;

starting an irradiation sterilization device, and performing sterilization treatment on the air in the sterilization bin to obtain clean air;

the clean air enters the air circulation system through the second pipeline and is conveyed to the designated room by the air circulation system.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the radiation sterilizing apparatus irradiates the air with a dose ranging from 10kGy to 15kGy for a period of 3 to 5 seconds.

Background

At present, an air circulation system is adopted in many occasions, such as a central air conditioner used in closed public buildings or equipment of markets, hotels, office buildings, airplanes, trains, ships and the like, a plurality of areas, cabins or rooms share one air circulation system, and the closed public buildings or equipment have the problem of cross use of multiple areas and multiple persons, and particularly have health safety hidden dangers for infection modes such as viruses and the like transmitted through air; and the air circulation system is a closed circulation system, and is a place where microorganisms and harmful germs multiply. The traditional method for sterilizing and disinfecting the circulating air is generally to spray disinfectant, but the method has dead angles when spraying, can not continuously sterilize and disinfect the indoor air, has residual chemical harmful substances and is not beneficial to the health of personnel.

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for sterilizing and disinfecting circulating air, so as to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

on one hand, the invention provides a circulating air disinfection and sterilization device, which comprises an air circulating system, wherein an air inlet of the air circulating system is sequentially connected with an irradiation sterilization mechanism and a blower; wherein:

the irradiation sterilization mechanism comprises a sterilization bin, an air inlet of the sterilization bin is connected with an air supply outlet of the air feeder through a first pipeline, and an air outlet of the sterilization bin is connected with an air inlet of the air circulation system through a second pipeline; and an irradiation sterilization device is arranged at the top of the sterilization bin.

Furthermore, the irradiation sterilization device is an electron accelerator arranged at the top of the sterilization bin, and the output end of the electron accelerator extends into the sterilization bin.

Further, the electron accelerator is an electron accelerator with a power of 14 Kw.

Furthermore, the air inlet and the air outlet of the sterilization bin are respectively provided with a check valve.

Furthermore, the outside of the sterilization bin is wrapped with an anti-radiation lead plate.

In another aspect, the present invention further provides a method for sterilizing circulated air using the apparatus for sterilizing circulated air, the method comprising:

the blower sends indoor air into the sterilization bin at a stable flow rate through the first pipeline;

the clean air enters the air circulation system through the second pipeline and is conveyed to the designated room by the air circulation system.

Furthermore, the irradiation metering range of the irradiation sterilization device is 10kGy-15kGy, and the irradiation time is 3-5 seconds.

It should be noted that the air circulation system in the embodiment of the present invention may be a home central air conditioning system, a mall central air conditioning system, an office building central air conditioning system, an airplane central air conditioning system, a ship central air conditioning system, or a train central air conditioning system, which is not limited herein.

In a specific implementation process, the radiation sterilization device 24 mainly includes a cobalt-60 gamma source and an electron accelerator, which is preferably disposed at the top of the sterilization chamber 21 in the embodiment of the present invention, and the output end of the electron accelerator extends into the sterilization chamber 21. The high-energy electron beam irradiation produced by the electron accelerator can make some substances produce physical, chemical and biological effects, and can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria, viruses and pests. The method has the advantages of normal temperature, no damage, no residual toxicity, environmental protection, low energy consumption, simple and convenient operation, high automation degree, suitability for large-scale industrial production and the like.

Further, there are various types of electron accelerators, and the electron accelerator 7 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically uses an electron accelerator with a power of 14 Kw.

In a specific implementation process, in order to ensure that air can smoothly enter the blower 1, the sterilization chamber 21 and the air circulation system 3 in sequence and avoid the situation that the air in the air circulation system 3 flows back to the sterilization chamber 21 and the air in the sterilization chamber 21 flows back to the blower, in a further embodiment, the air inlet and the air outlet of the sterilization chamber 21 are respectively provided with a check valve 25 and a check valve 26.

In order to avoid exposure to radiation of personnel working in the vicinity of the apparatus in a particular embodiment, in a further embodiment, the sterilization chamber 21 is surrounded by a radiation protection plumbing panel 27 in embodiments of the present invention which protect personnel working in the vicinity of the apparatus from radiation.

Based on the above circulating air sterilization device, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a circulating air sterilization method using the above circulating air sterilization device, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:

step S1: the blower sends indoor air into the sterilization bin at a stable flow rate through the first pipeline;

step S2: starting an irradiation sterilization device, and performing sterilization treatment on the air in the sterilization bin to obtain clean air;

step S3: the clean air enters the air circulation system through the second pipeline and is conveyed to the designated room by the air circulation system.

It should be noted that, since the air circulation system is shared by a plurality of areas, cabins or rooms, and each area, cabin or room is provided with a control switch, the designated room in the embodiment of the present invention refers to an area, cabin or room in which the air circulation system is turned on.

In a specific implementation process, in order to ensure the sterilization effect, the irradiation metering range of the irradiation sterilization device in step S2 of the embodiment of the present invention is 10kGy to 15kGy, and the irradiation time is 3 to 5 seconds.

The device and the method for sterilizing the circulating air realize the omnibearing sterilization treatment of the indoor air at normal temperature, do not cause chemical substance residues such as disinfectants and the like in the indoor air and air circulating system, have no secondary pollution, have ideal sterilization and disinfection effects, short time consumption in the sterilization and disinfection process and high efficiency.
