1. A lead-free protective garment is made of a base material and a protective material, wherein the protective material comprises the following components:

Background

With the social development and technological progress, the working environment of people is continuously improved, but some people are still in the dangerous environment of pollution and injury of toxic and harmful organisms, chemical substances and the like. The research and development in the field of protective clothing in China are relatively late compared with those in developed countries in Europe and America, at present, the commonly used protective clothing is lead protective clothing which is toxic, thick and heavy, and the wearing comfort is not good. Accordingly, there is a need in the art to provide a more flexible and lightweight protective garment.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects of heavy weight and toxicity of the existing lead protective clothing, the invention provides the lead-free protective clothing which has good shielding effect, improves the defect of the toxic heavy weight of the existing protective clothing and has better use prospect.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lead-free protective garment made from a base material and a protective material, the protective material comprising the following components:

a) w and Co;

b) one or more of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Si, Bi, Sb, Cu, Cr, Ti, Fe and Ni.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the matrix material is rubber or polyvinyl chloride.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the protective material is present in an amount of 10% to 30%, preferably 15% to 25%, by weight of the total protective garment.

The protective clothing provided by the invention adopts a lead-free material, the protective performance of the material is adjusted by adding W, Co and other elements, and the protective clothing has a good shielding effect through the matching of the added protective elements.
