A double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line is characterized by comprising a power line connecting plate (2) and two-end connecting pieces, wherein a semicircular through groove is formed in one side of the power line connecting plate (2) along the length direction of the power line connecting plate, and the inner diameter of the middle part of the semicircular through groove is larger than that of the other parts of the semicircular through groove; two ends of the power line connecting plate (2) are respectively fixedly connected with the power line (1) with the insulating sheath by a group of connecting pieces at two ends.

The double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line according to claim 1, wherein the two-end connecting piece comprises a U-shaped clamp (3), a nut (4) and a cushion block (7), two ends of the U-shaped clamp (3) are provided with screw rods, the screw rods penetrate through holes arranged at two sides of a semicircular through groove at the end part of the power line connecting plate (2) and are provided with the nut (4); a cushion block (7) is arranged between the U-shaped card (3) and the power line (1).

The double-tightened branch joint for an insulated power line according to claim 1, wherein said both-end connection member comprises a bolt, a nut and a both-end cap plate, one side of the both-end cap plate is provided with a groove corresponding to the semicircular through groove of the power line connection plate (2), both sides of the both-end cap plate and the semicircular through groove of the end portion of the power line connection plate (2) are provided with through holes, a screw end of the bolt passes through the through holes, and the nut is fitted.

The double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line according to claim 1, wherein said power line connecting plate (2) is provided with an expanded edge (21) at both sides of the middle portion thereof, and the expanded edge (21) is provided with a screw hole or a through hole (22); the opposite side of the middle part of the power line connecting plate (2) is provided with a middle cover plate (10), the inner side of the middle cover plate (10) is provided with a groove (12) corresponding to the semicircular through groove of the power line connecting plate (2), two sides of the middle cover plate (10) are provided with connecting edges corresponding to the expanding edges (21), the connecting edges are provided with mounting holes (11) corresponding to the screw holes or the through holes (22), bolts penetrate through the mounting holes (11) to connect the middle cover plate (10) to the power line connecting plate (2), and arc-shaped grooves (13) used for penetrating through branch lines (8) are arranged on the lower expanding edges (21) and the corresponding connecting edges of the middle cover plate (10).

The double-tightened branch joint for insulated power lines according to claim 1, characterized in that a transversal semicircular groove (20) for connecting the branch line (8) is provided at the lower side of said power line connection plate (2); a branch wire cover plate (5) is arranged on the opposite side of the transverse semicircular groove (20), and the branch wire cover plate (5) is connected with the middle part of the power line connecting plate (2) through a fastening bolt (6); the inner side of the branch line cover plate (5) is provided with a groove corresponding to the transverse semicircular groove (20).

6. The double-grip branch joint of an insulated electric power line according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a safety cover (9), the safety cover (9) enclosing said double-grip branch joint.

The double-fastened branch connector of an insulated electric power line according to claim 6, wherein said safety cover (9) is formed by two half-cases which are fastened together at their top ends by a bendable n-shaped connecting portion (92), and a buckle (93) is provided between the bottom ends of the two half-cases; two ends of the safety cover (9) are symmetrically provided with necking mouths (91) for coating the power line (1); an outlet for passing through the branch line (8) is arranged at the lower end of the safety cover (9).

The double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line according to claim 7, wherein the buckle (93) comprises a U-shaped clamp plate (931) and a buckle which are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the two half-box bodies, the top end of the U-shaped clamp plate (931) is provided with a bayonet opening (934), and the bottom of the bayonet opening (934) is provided with a slot (935) for increasing elasticity; the buckle comprises a cylindrical clamp column (932) and a limiting block (933) arranged at the top end of the clamp column; the oral area of this bayonet socket (934) is horn mouth shape, and the middle part is the throat, and the bottom is the round hole, the diameter of this round hole and the external diameter tight fit of card post (932).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line, which is used for connecting a branch line on the insulated power line.

Background

The power transmission line sometimes needs to be connected with a branch line on a main line to meet the requirements of multiple users. The current method of connecting branch lines is to connect the branch lines at the support of the line (e.g. at the pole or the insulator of the transformer) with a line connection device. The disadvantages of this connection are: the branch lines can be connected only at specific positions, and the branch lines cannot be connected at any positions according to actual needs, so that the actual requirements cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line, which solves the problem that the branch line can not be connected at any position according to actual requirements in the prior art.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a double-tight branch joint of an insulated power line is characterized by comprising a power line connecting plate and two end connecting pieces, wherein a semicircular through groove is formed in one side of the power line connecting plate along the length direction of the power line connecting plate, and the inner diameter of the middle part of the semicircular through groove is larger than that of the other parts of the semicircular through groove; the two ends of the power line connecting plate are fixedly connected with the power line with the insulating sheath by a group of connecting pieces at the two ends respectively.

The invention has the advantages that: the branch line can be connected at any position on the main line, and the power supply requirements of users at different positions are met.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of a double-tight branch joint for an insulated power line according to the present invention includes a power line connection plate 2, two-end connectors, and a semicircular through groove formed in one side of the power line connection plate 2 along a length direction thereof, wherein an inner diameter of a middle portion of the semicircular through groove is larger than an inner diameter of the other portion of the semicircular through groove. The two ends of the power line connecting plate 2 are fixedly connected with the power line 1 (the power line 1 is the power line of the main road) with an insulating sheath by a group of connecting pieces at two ends respectively.

One embodiment of the two-end connecting piece is a structure shown in the figure and comprises a U-shaped clamp 3, a nut 4 and a cushion block 7, wherein two ends of the U-shaped clamp 3 are provided with screw rods, the screw rods penetrate through holes arranged at two sides of a semicircular through groove at the end part of the power line connecting plate 2, and the nut 4 is installed; a spacer 7 is provided between the U-shaped card 3 and the power line 1. The inside of cushion 7 is equipped with the arc recess with power line 1 complex, is equipped with the recess for U-shaped card 3 location in the outside of cushion 7.

The two ends of the power line connecting plate 2 are respectively connected with the power line 1 with the insulating sheath in a fastening way by adopting a group of connecting pieces at the two ends, so that double-fastening connection is realized, the connection is very firm, and each group of connecting pieces at the two ends can adopt 1-2U-shaped cards 3.

The installation method of the embodiment is as follows: removing an insulating sheath of the power line 1, of which the position of the branch line needs to be known, wherein the length of the removed insulating sheath corresponds to the middle part of the power line connecting plate 2; then winding the end of the branch line 8 on the power line 1 with the insulation sheath removed, and leading out the lower end of the branch line 8; a semicircular through groove of the power line connecting plate 2 is penetrated through the power line 1, and the middle part of the semicircular through groove is used for accommodating the winding part of the branch line 8 wound on the main power line 1; then, the two ends of the power line connecting plate 2 are respectively clamped and fastened by a group of connecting pieces at the two ends, wherein the power line 1 is provided with an insulating sheath.

The two-end connecting piece can also adopt other structures, the other two-end connecting piece (not shown) comprises a bolt, a nut and two-end cover plates, one side of each two-end cover plate is provided with a groove corresponding to the semicircular through groove of the power line connecting plate 2, through holes are respectively arranged on the two sides of the semicircular through grooves of the two-end cover plates and the end part of the power line connecting plate 2, and the screw end of the bolt penetrates through the through holes and is provided with the nut. That is, the power line 1 is sandwiched between the both end cover plates and the power line connection plate 2 by using bolts and both end cover plates instead of the above-described spacer 7 and U-shaped clip 3, respectively.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in this embodiment, on the basis of the previous embodiment, expanded edges 21 are provided at two sides of the middle portion of the power line connecting plate 2, and screw holes or through holes 22 are provided on the expanded edges 21 (see fig. 5); a middle cover plate 10 (see fig. 6) is arranged opposite to the middle of the power line connecting plate 2, a groove 12 corresponding to the semicircular through groove (middle) of the power line connecting plate 2 is arranged on the inner side of the middle cover plate 10, connecting edges corresponding to the expanding edges 21 are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the middle cover plate 10, mounting holes 11 corresponding to the screw holes or through holes 22 are arranged on the connecting edges, and the middle cover plate 10 is connected to the power line connecting plate 2 by bolts penetrating through the mounting holes 11; the lower expansion edge 21 and the corresponding connecting edge of the central cover plate 10 are provided with arc-shaped grooves 13 for passing through the branch lines 8. In the embodiment, the middle cover plate 10 is added to cover the exposed winding part of the branch line 8 in the previous embodiment, so that the connection of the branch line 8 is firmer.

Referring to fig. 7 to 10, in a third embodiment of the present invention, a transverse semicircular groove 20 for connecting a branch line 8 is provided at the lower side of the power line connecting plate 2; branch line cover plates 5 are arranged on the opposite sides of the transverse semicircular grooves 20, and the branch line cover plates 5 are connected with the middle parts of the power line connecting plates 2 through fastening bolts 6; a groove corresponding to the lateral semicircular groove 20 is provided on the inner side of the branch line cover 5. In this embodiment, the branch line cover plate 5 is used to clamp the top end (vertically bent end) of the branch line 8 in the transverse semicircular groove 20 of the power line connecting plate 2, so as to connect the branch line 8 with the main path power line 1.

Referring to fig. 11-14, the present invention may also be provided with a safety cover 9, which safety cover 9 encloses the double tight branch fitting described above.

The safety cover 9 is formed by buckling two half box bodies, the top ends of the two half box bodies are mutually connected by a bendable n-shaped connecting part 92, and a buckle 93 is arranged between the bottom ends of the two half box bodies; two ends of the safety cover 9 are symmetrically provided with necking 91 for coating the power line 1; an outlet for passing through the branch line 8 is provided at the lower end of the safety cover 9.

Referring to fig. 15, the buckle 93 includes a U-shaped clip 931 and a buckle connected to the bottom ends of the two half-cases respectively, a bayonet 934 is provided at the top end of the U-shaped clip 931, and a slit 935 for increasing elasticity is provided at the bottom of the bayonet 934; the buckle comprises a cylindrical clamp column 932 and a limit block 933 arranged at the top end of the clamp column 932; the mouth of this bayonet 934 is horn mouth shape, and the middle part is the throat, and the bottom is the round hole, the diameter of this round hole and the external diameter tight fit of card post 932.

The installation method of the safety cover 9 of the invention is as follows: the two half-boxes of the safety cover 9 are opened and sleeved outside the above parts, the bottom ends of the two half-boxes of the safety cover 9 are buckled with each other, and finally, two buckles 93 are buckled.
