6. A method for preparing a rice seed dressing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

dissolving the bactericide in a solvent to obtain a bactericide solution;

mixing the bactericide solution with attapulgite, and drying to obtain a primary seed dressing agent;

and mixing the primary seed dressing agent with dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine, and drying to obtain the rice seed dressing agent.

The method of claim 6, wherein the primary seed dressing agent is mixed with dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine in the following manner: and sequentially adding dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine into the primary seed dressing agent, and drying to obtain the rice seed dressing agent.

8. The rice seed dressing agent as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5 or the rice seed dressing agent obtained by the preparation method as set forth in any one of claims 6 to 7 is applied to disease prevention, stress resistance and growth promotion of rice.

9. The use as claimed in claim 8, wherein, in the rice sowing period, the seed dressing agent is mixed with water and dressed on rice seeds, and the seeds are sowed in the shade; the mass ratio of the seed dressing agent to the water to the rice seeds is 1: 6-10: 200.

Background

Rice is one of three major food crops in China. Along with the continuous change of the climate environment, the frequent outbreak of extreme weather in the world, and the natural disasters such as high temperature, drought, low temperature, waterlogging, salt and alkali are more and more, so that the germination rate of rice is low, the growth of seedlings is slow, the root system is dysplasia, leaves are stiff but not grown, the disease resistance is reduced, the disease is easy to be infected by germs to cause diseases, and the rice production is seriously influenced.

At present, some seed dressing agents are researched and applied on crops to solve the problems, but the seed dressing agents still belong to an initial stage, most of research related to seed dressing of the seed dressing agents focuses on insect prevention and disease prevention, or research on the influence of the seed dressing agents on the yield and the quality of rice seedlings, and research on the influence of the seed dressing agents on the frost resistance of the rice seedlings, the activity of the root systems of the rice seedlings and antioxidant protective enzymes is few.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a rice seed dressing agent and a preparation method and application thereof.

The invention provides a preparation method of the rice seed dressing agent in the scheme, which comprises the following steps:

dissolving the bactericide in a solvent to obtain a bactericide solution;

mixing the bactericide solution with attapulgite, and drying to obtain a primary seed dressing agent;

and mixing the primary seed dressing agent with dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine, and drying to obtain the rice seed dressing agent.

The results of the embodiment show that the seed dressing agent provided by the invention obviously increases the activity of rice antioxidant enzyme, so that the POD is increased by 7.98-11.11%, the SOD is increased by 12.98-14.74%, the CAT is increased by 12.34-14.27%, and the MDA content is reduced by 16.01-21.06%, thereby further reducing the damage of adverse environmental stress on plant cells, especially the damage of low-temperature and low-seedling; moreover, the seed dressing agent provided by the invention obviously improves the activity of the root system of the seedling, and improves the activity of the root system by 3.28-11.08%.

Furthermore, the seed dressing agent of the invention combines the thidiazuron, the dimethyl sulfoxide, the zinc sulfate, the betaine and the bactericide for use, thereby not only obviously improving the germination potential and the emergence rate, having obvious synergy on the growth and development of seedlings and the root growth promotion, but also improving the disease resistance and prevention effects on the bakanae disease of rice.

The invention provides a rice seed dressing agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-4 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 1-4 parts of zinc sulfate, 0.01-0.04 part of thidiazuron, 5-8 parts of betaine, 0.5-2 parts of a bactericide and 31.96-42.49 parts of attapulgite. In the present invention, the total mass of each component is preferably 50 parts.

Unless otherwise specified, the present invention does not require any particular source for each component of the rice seed dressing agent, and any commercially available product known to those skilled in the art may be used.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 1-4 parts by mass of dimethyl sulfoxide, more preferably 1-2 parts by mass, and most preferably 1 part by mass. The dimethyl sulfoxide provided by the invention not only activates the activity of active substances and enzymes in rice seeds, but also improves the root activity of seedlings, thereby promoting the growth and development of the seedlings.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 1-4 parts of zinc sulfate, preferably 1-2 parts of zinc sulfate, and most preferably 1 part of dimethyl sulfoxide. The zinc sulfate of the invention has promotion effect on the vitality and the enzyme activity of seedling roots, so that the activation characteristic of the dimethyl sulfoxide is exerted efficiently.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 0.01-0.4 part of thidiazuron by mass parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, preferably 0.01-0.02 part of thidiazuron by mass parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, and most preferably 0.01 part of thidiazuron by mass parts of dimethyl sulfoxide. The thidiazuron and the dimethyl sulfoxide have synergistic effect, so that the activity of active substances and enzymes in rice seeds is activated, the frost resistance of seedlings is enhanced, and the root activity of the seedlings is improved.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 5-8 parts of betaine, preferably 5-7 parts of betaine, and most preferably 5 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide. The betaine and the thidiazuron have synergistic effect, so that the activity of active substances and enzymes in rice seeds is activated, the frost resistance of seedlings is enhanced, and the root activity of the seedlings is improved.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 32-42 parts of attapulgite, more preferably 31.96-42.49 parts, and most preferably 42 parts by mass of the dimethyl sulfoxide. The attapulgite can adsorb other components to achieve better and uniform mixing effect, can slowly release the other components on the surface of seeds to prolong the action time of the other components, and further better plays the anti-adversity and growth promoting effect of the rice seed dressing agent.

The rice seed dressing agent provided by the invention comprises 0.5-2 parts of bactericide, more preferably 0.5-1 part, and most preferably 0.5 part by mass based on the mass parts of dimethyl sulfoxide. The fungicide of the present invention preferably comprises azoxystrobin and/or hymexazol. The bactericide of the invention can improve the disease resistance and prevention effect on rice bakanae disease under the action of thidiazuron and betaine.

In the invention, the bactericide is preferably provided in a solution form, and the bactericide provided in the invention in the solution form can be better adsorbed on the attapulgite, so that the bactericide can be slowly released on the surface of the seed by utilizing the characteristics of the attapulgite, and the action time of the medicine is prolonged.

In the present invention, the kind of the solvent is preferably determined depending on the kind of the bactericide;

when the bactericide is azoxystrobin or a mixture of azoxystrobin and hymexazol, the solvent is preferably an organic solvent; the organic solvent preferably comprises methanol and/or ethyl acetate.

When the bactericide is hymexazol, the solvent is preferably water.

In the present invention, the volume of the solvent to the mass ratio of the bactericide is preferably determined depending on the kind of the bactericide;

when the bactericide is azoxystrobin or a mixture of azoxystrobin and hymexazol, the mass ratio of the volume of the solvent to the bactericide is preferably 1g: 10-30 ml, more preferably 1g: 15-25 ml, and most preferably 1g:20 ml;

when the bactericide is hymexazol, the mass ratio of the volume of the solvent to the bactericide is preferably 1g: 40-60 ml, more preferably 1g: 45-55 ml, and most preferably 1g:50 ml.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the rice seed dressing agent in the scheme, which comprises the following steps:

dissolving the bactericide in a solvent to obtain a bactericide solution;

mixing the bactericide solution with attapulgite, and drying to obtain a primary seed dressing agent;

and mixing the primary seed dressing agent with dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine, and drying to obtain the rice seed dressing agent.

The bactericide is dissolved in a solvent to obtain a bactericide solution. The invention has no special requirements on the dissolving mode, and the method is known by the technical personnel in the field; in the embodiment of the present invention, the method is specifically a stirring dissolution method.

After the bactericide solution is obtained, the bactericide solution is mixed with the attapulgite and dried to obtain the primary seed dressing agent. In the present invention, the drying mode is preferably drying, and the drying temperature is preferably 35 ℃. The invention firstly dissolves the bactericide in the solution and mixes the bactericide with the attapulgite, and utilizes the characteristic that the bactericide is not easy to be adsorbed on the attapulgite, but the bactericide solution is easy to be adsorbed on the attapulgite; according to the characteristics that the adsorbing behaviors of the bactericide solution, dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine are different on the attapulgite, the bactericide is mixed with the attapulgite firstly, and then the rice seed dressing agent with the bactericide solution uniformly adsorbed on the attapulgite is obtained.

In the invention, the mixing mode of the primary seed dressing agent, dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine is preferably as follows: and sequentially adding dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine into the primary seed dressing agent, and drying to obtain the rice seed dressing agent.

According to the characteristics that dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc sulfate, thidiazuron and betaine are different in adsorption behaviors on attapulgite, the dimethyl sulfoxide, the zinc sulfate, the thidiazuron and the betaine are sequentially added into the first mixture and fully stirred each time, and then the rice seed dressing agent with the effective components uniformly mixed and adsorbed on the attapulgite is obtained.

The invention also provides the application of the seed dressing agent in the scheme or the rice seed dressing agent obtained by the preparation method in disease prevention, stress resistance and growth promotion of rice.

In the invention, preferably, in the rice seeding period, the seed dressing agent is mixed with water to be dressed on rice seeds, and the seeds are sowed in the shade; the mass ratio of the seed dressing agent to the water to the rice seeds is preferably 1: 6-10: 200, and more preferably 1:8: 200.
