compounding tween-80 and SP-80 in n-hexanol to obtain water phase, adding co-emulsifier into the water phase, stirring, adding coconut oil, stirring in warm water to mix thoroughly, and cooling to obtain coconut oil adjuvant.

5. The method of preparing the coconut oil adjuvant according to claim 4, characterized in that the warm water temperature is 30-40 ℃.

6. Use of a coconut oil co-agent according to any one of claims 1-3 for weed control.

7. Use of the coconut oil adjuvant according to claim 6 for weed control, characterized by its synergistic activity against herbicides.

8. The use of the coconut oil adjuvant in the control of weeds according to claim 7, characterized by having synergistic activity against nicosulfuron against weeds in corn fields.

9. The application of the coconut oil auxiliary agent in the aspect of weed control according to claim 8 is characterized in that the coconut oil auxiliary agent with the dosage of 4% nicosulfuron of 75mL and the water quantity of 0.5% is diluted by adding 30kg of water and sprayed according to the mass fraction.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural plants, and particularly relates to a coconut oil auxiliary agent and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The herbicide is widely used for agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry production, environmental and household sanitation, pest and disease control, industrial product mildew and moth prevention and the like. In order to seek the effect, the herbicide is used in a large amount, and the problems of phytotoxicity, drug resistance, herbicide residue and the like occur. In order to control the amount of herbicide used, the department of agriculture proposes a "double reduction" policy.

One of the methods of controlling the amount of herbicide used may be to use an agricultural builder. The development of the agricultural synergistic additive is probably divided into three times: surfactant type auxiliary agents and mineral oil type auxiliary agents, organic silicon auxiliary agents and vegetable oil type auxiliary agents; the development is towards the direction of environmental protection and high efficiency.

The vegetable oil type auxiliary agent is a spraying auxiliary agent which takes natural vegetable oil as a raw material, has good biodegradability and wide application range to the environment, can be used as a formula auxiliary agent to be added into pesticide products, and is a spraying auxiliary agent with the greatest development prospect. Compared with common mineral oil, nonionic surfactant, liquid fertilizer and the like, the vegetable oil type auxiliary agent has good safety, drought resistance, high temperature resistance, more obvious drug effect increase and more environmental protection. The vegetable oil auxiliary agents on the market are fewer in types compared with other auxiliary agents, so that a larger development space is provided for the vegetable oil spraying auxiliary agents. Coconut oil can be used as the main body of the vegetable oil synergistic agent, and the prior coconut oil synergistic agent utilizes xylene as a solvent. Xylene is an organic solvent with a large use amount in the production of herbicides in China at present, belongs to aromatic hydrocarbon substances, has strong toxicity and is a substance with potential risks to human beings and the environment. The dosage of dimethylbenzene is not more than 10% proposed in the list of forbidden herbicides and adjuvants (draft of comments), and the content of dimethylbenzene in the existing adjuvants is far more than 10%. Therefore, a more environmentally friendly solvent is required.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a coconut oil auxiliary agent and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein n-hexanol is used for replacing dimethylbenzene as a solvent of the coconut oil auxiliary agent, so that the coconut oil auxiliary agent is more environment-friendly.

The invention provides a coconut oil auxiliary agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

25-35 parts of coconut oil, namely,

45-50 parts of n-hexanol,

tween-805-15 in certain weight proportion,

SP-801-5 parts of a mixture of (A),

1-15 parts of auxiliary emulsifier.

Preferably, the coemulsifier comprises an antifreeze agent and a defoaming agent.

Preferably, the coconut oil auxiliary agent is missible oil.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the coconut oil auxiliary agent, which comprises the following steps:

compounding tween-80 and SP-80 in n-hexanol to obtain water phase, adding co-emulsifier into the water phase, stirring, adding coconut oil, stirring in warm water to mix thoroughly, and cooling to obtain coconut oil adjuvant.

Preferably, the warm water temperature is 30-40 ℃.

The invention also provides application of the coconut oil auxiliary agent in weed control.

Preferably, the application in the aspect of synergistic activity for preventing and killing weeds of the herbicide.

Preferably, the herbicide has synergistic activity for preventing and killing weeds in corn fields by nicosulfuron.

Preferably, the dosage per mu is 75mL of 4 percent nicosulfuron and coconut oil auxiliary agent accounting for 0.5 percent of water consumption by mass fraction, and 30kg of water is added for dilution and spraying.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the xylene is used in a large amount in pesticides, so that the harm to the environment, people and livestock is caused, and the use amount of the xylene needs to be reduced; n-hexanol is less toxic than xylene and is not a carcinogen; after being compounded with coconut oil, the synergistic effect on the herbicide is superior to that of dimethylbenzene;

(2) the coconut oil auxiliary agent prepared by taking n-hexanol as a solvent can obviously reduce the surface tension of the liquid medicine, so that the wetting and attaching capacities of the liquid medicine on the weed leaves are also improved; the increase of the expanding diameter of the liquid medicine on the target plant leaves can increase the coverage area of the liquid medicine on the surfaces of the weeds and promote the absorption and the penetration of the herbicide. The coconut oil auxiliary agent prepared by taking the n-hexanol as the solvent has stronger spreadability and creates conditions for the absorption and permeation of the nicosulfuron on the leaves.

(3) The coconut oil auxiliary agent prepared by the invention does not contain substances harmful to the environment and crops, so that the coconut oil auxiliary agent is safe to target crops; the control effect of 100mL of 4% nicosulfuron on the number of corn field weeds and the fresh weight control effect of the nicosulfuron on the corn field weeds are 87.5% and 88.56%, respectively, while the control effect of 75mL of 4% nicosulfuron per mu plus 0.5% of coconut oil adjuvant (CN108124858A) on the number of corn field weeds and the fresh weight control effect of 89.25% and 92.03%, respectively (the difference between the experimental data of the invention and the data in CN108124858A is caused by different factors in various aspects such as illumination conditions, climate and operating conditions under different experimental time conditions), and the control effect of 75mL of 4% nicosulfuron per mu plus 0.5% of water consumption on the number of corn field weeds and the fresh weight control effect of the coconut oil adjuvant of the invention are 91.28% and 99.54%, respectively.
