With the increasingly advanced performance of products, the operation requirement in the manufacturing engineering is increasingly high, and the mechanical program operation is urgently required to be adopted in the manufacturing engineering, so that the manual operation is reduced or avoided, and the consistency in the manufacturing process is ensured.

7 before the special roasting material box is placed into the oven, reading ID information of the material box and an induction sensor in the oven, moving a manipulator to an induction area, determining whether the special roasting material box exists at the current position by a sensor at the front end of the manipulator, placing the material box into the oven, starting roasting, uploading roasting information to a local main control system, and simultaneously uploading the roasting information to a material system, so that the roasting information can be checked in real time;

8, after baking is finished, opening a baking oven door, moving a central manipulator to a special baking magazine taking-out position, confirming a sensing magazine by a manipulator front end sensor, taking out the sensing magazine, reading a magazine ID, informing a local system that the current magazine ID is baked and taken out of the baking oven, and finally putting the magazine into a temporary storage area or a discharge hole;

9, firstly reading the ID information of the material box of the baked special material box, then placing the material box into a discharging position for positioning, starting to rewind, binding the ID of the current special material box for baking and the ID of the product material box, and informing a factory of an intelligent logistics system to fetch the material after rewinding is finished;

10 get the product magazine that the product has toasted under the intelligent logistics system of mill, take away the back, whether the magazine has taken away has been confirmed to the last feed inlet of equipment inductive sensor, takes away the back and sends product toast position, toast information and magazine ID in the product magazine to the material system together, waits for material system feedback magazine to take away, has received the product and toasts information.
