After the facial operation or the facial trauma (excluding large-area burns, explosion wounds, chemical wounds, radiation wounds, gunshot wounds and the condition of large-scale open or infected wounds) debridement and suture, physical cooling and detumescence treatment are needed. At present, the means of physics cooling is comparatively simple, adopts the mode of ice compress to go on, but because can produce the cold stabbing pain sense when ice-cube and skin contact, the experience of disease is relatively poor when leading to the physics cooling.

The invention aims to provide a wearable cooling mask assembly for postoperative physical cooling analgesia, which is convenient to wear.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the wearable cooling mask assembly for postoperative physical cooling analgesia comprises a mask main body made of silica gel, wherein the mask main body is sequentially connected with an upper binding band, a middle binding band and a lower binding band from top to bottom, the upper binding band, the middle binding band and the lower binding band are all set as elastic bands and are sleeved on the head of a human body so that the mask main body is attached to the face, and the upper binding band and the lower binding band are respectively positioned above and below ears when being worn;

the mask body is internally provided with a cooling water channel extending in a winding and bending way, the cooling water channel is provided with a plurality of cooling water channels, the water inlet end of each cooling water channel is positioned at one side of the mask body and communicated with the water outlet end of the cooling water supply device, and the water outlet end of each cooling water channel is positioned at the other side of the mask body and communicated with the water return end of the cooling water supply device;

Furthermore, a plurality of lap joint positioning holes are formed in the lower side of the upper mask portion, a plurality of lap joint positioning protrusions are formed in the upper side of the lower mask portion, and the lap joint positioning protrusions are inserted into and fixed in the lap joint positioning holes in an interference fit mode one by one.

Further, the position of the junction of the lower side of the upper mask portion and the upper side of the lower mask portion is close to the position of the central strap.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the mask main body is convenient to position when being worn, and two ears can be sleeved in two ear sleeve holes of the middle binding band due to the ear sleeve parts;

2. after being worn, the mask main body can be firmly bound on the head of a human body, and the mask main body is attached to the face through the comprehensive action of the upper binding band, the middle binding band and the lower binding band;

3. the mask main body is divided into an upper mask part and a lower mask part, the upper mask part or the lower mask part can be independently used according to the specific position of the surgical wound (if the surgical wound is close to the upper mask part, the upper mask part is used, and the lower mask part can be detached), so that the use flexibility is enhanced; when the upper mask part and the lower mask part are used simultaneously, the middle binding band can be connected with the upper mask part and the lower mask part simultaneously, so that the whole mask assembly is connected into a whole, and the structure is more stable;

The upper parts of the two connecting ends of the middle bandage 4 are connected with the mask main body, the lower part of the middle bandage is integrally provided with a front lap joint part 402 made of silica gel, and the front lap joint part 402 is bent, attached and fixed on the front surface of the mask main body.

The mask body is internally provided with a cooling water channel 6 extending in a winding and bending way, the cooling water channel 6 is provided with a plurality of channels, cooling water can be introduced so as to carry out physical cooling on the face, the water inlet end of the cooling water channel 6 is positioned at one side of the mask body and is communicated with the water outlet end of the cooling water supply device, and the water outlet end of the cooling water channel 6 is positioned at the other side of the mask body and is communicated with the water return end of the cooling water supply device.

The mask main body is also provided with four abdicating holes 7 for abdicating the left eye, the right eye, the nose and the lips, so that the left eye, the right eye, the nose and the lips can penetrate through the abdicating holes 7 and be exposed outside.

Each front lap joint part 402 is provided with a front positioning hole 402a, the mask body is integrally connected with two front positioning protrusions 202 made of silica gel, the two front positioning protrusions 202 are respectively opposite to and inserted into the front positioning holes 402a of the two front lap joint parts 402, and the front positioning protrusions 202 are inserted into the front positioning holes 402a in an interference fit mode. Since the front positioning protrusion 202 is made of silicone, it has a certain friction force, and can lock the position of the front overlapping part 402 after being inserted into the front positioning hole 402 a.

The mask main body comprises an upper mask part 1 and a lower mask part 2, the lower side of the upper mask part 1 is spliced with the upper side of the lower mask part 2, the protrusion of the front positioning protrusion 202 is arranged on the front surface of the lower mask part 2, two sides of the upper mask part 1 are respectively connected with two connecting ends of the middle bandage 4, and the upper mask part 1 and the lower mask part 2 are respectively provided with a plurality of cooling water channels 6.

The water inlet end of each cooling water passage 6 of the upper mask portion 1 is provided with an upper water inlet joint 101 to be connected to the water outlet end of the cooling water supply means, and the water outlet end thereof is provided with an upper water outlet joint 102 to be connected to the water return end of the cooling water supply means, thereby forming a water cooling cycle.

The inlet end of each cooling water passage 6 of the lower mask portion 2 is provided with a lower inlet pipe joint 203 to connect to the outlet end of the cooling water supply means, and the outlet end thereof is provided with a lower outlet pipe joint 204 to connect to the return end of the cooling water supply means, thereby forming a water cooling cycle.

The lower side of the upper mask part 1 is attached and connected with the upper side of the lower mask part 2; the lower side of the upper mask part 1 is provided with a plurality of lap joint positioning holes 103, the upper side of the lower mask part 2 is provided with a plurality of lap joint positioning bulges 201, and the lap joint positioning bulges 201 are inserted into and fixed in the lap joint positioning holes 103 one by one in an interference fit manner, so that the connection stability of the upper mask part 1 and the lower mask part 2 is further enhanced, and the positioning is convenient; the junction of the underside of the upper mask portion 1 and the upper side of the lower mask portion 2 is located adjacent to the central strap 4.
