The double-shaft motor 35 works to realize rotation of the threaded rod 36, the threaded rod 36 is in threaded connection with the movable block 37, the movable block 37 moves in the rotating process of the threaded rod 36, the second baffle plate 38 is driven to move through the movable block 37, when the position of the second baffle plate 38 in the hopper 56 can control the speed of discharging materials from the hopper 56, and when rice and rice husks fall, the fan 44 works to blow the rice husks to the husk discharging hole 45 due to light weight of the rice husks, the rice husks directly fall into the rice washing box 52 from the blanking hole 46, when the husked rice falls into the rice washing box 52, cleaning water is filled into the water filling box 47, the fourth hydraulic rod 48 works to realize that the rice washing box 52 is positioned in the water filling box 47, then the motor 50 is turned over to work to realize swinging of the rice washing box 52 in the water filling box 47, and when the rice washing box 52 swings in the water filling box 47, the rice washing box 52 realizes cleaning of the rice in the, then the fourth hydraulic rod 48 works to realize that the rice washing box 52 moves upwards, then the box containing the rice is placed below the rice washing box 52, the overturning motor 50 works to realize the rotation of the rice washing box 52, and the rice in the rice washing box 52 can be poured into the box containing the rice when the rice washing box 52 rotates to the upside-down position.
