Background
Rime is a very rare natural landscape. Rimes are white or opalescent opaque deposits of granular structures frozen on objects such as tree branches. The conditions for forming rime are severe, and both low air temperature and air humidity and sufficient water vapor are required. However, although the frequency of the occurrence of low temperature is high, the frequency of the low temperature is very low, and the air humidity is high enough to meet the condition of rime formation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device for making rime manually to enrich winter.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide rime making equipment for manually making rime, which is characterized in that a spray auxiliary air supply system sprays generated supercooled mist drops onto a target object (branch) to form rime at low temperature; and the structure is compact, the installation and the operation are convenient, and the device can be connected to a vehicle to move.
In order to achieve the purpose, the rime making equipment provided by the invention comprises a fixed bracket, an auxiliary spray air supply system, a water and air supply system and a controller, the gas and water supply system comprises a water supply device, a gas supply device, a heating and pressurizing module, a conveying pipeline and a spray head, the spray auxiliary air supply system comprises a spray air supply cylinder, a spray head, a fan and air supply power connected with the fan, the spraying air supply barrel is arranged on the fixed support which is used for connecting with a traction vehicle, a first end barrel mouth of the spraying air supply barrel forms an air inlet, a second end barrel mouth forms an air supply mouth, and a barrel cavity forms an air flow passage, the fan is positioned in the gas flow passage, the spray heads are provided with a plurality of spray heads which are distributed along the circumferential direction of the air supply port, each spray head is connected with the air supply port of the spraying air supply barrel through a spray head bracket, and each spray head is communicated with the water supply device and the air supply device through the conveying pipeline; the controller is electrically connected with the power of the water supply device, the power of the air supply device and the power of the temperature and pressure increasing module.
Preferably, the air supply power is a variable frequency motor, and the variable frequency motor is electrically connected with the controller.
Preferably, the spray air supply barrel comprises an equal straight section, a contraction section and a spray section along the direction from the air inlet to the air outlet, the inner diameters of the equal straight section are consistent, the inner diameter of the contraction section is gradually reduced, and the inner diameters of the spray section are consistent.

The whole equipment has high automation degree and convenient and fast operation; the rime making process is smooth and simple; the whole equipment can be connected to vehicles such as a trailer for moving operation, and is convenient to use; can realize the artificial preparation of the rime in the natural environment where the rime cannot be formed in winter.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The purpose of the present embodiment is to provide a rime making apparatus for manually making rime, which uses a spray auxiliary air supply system to spray the generated supercooled mist droplets onto a target object (branch) to form rime at a low temperature; and the structure is compact, the installation and the operation are convenient, and the device can be connected to a vehicle to move.
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention recited in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the rime making apparatus provided in this embodiment includes an auxiliary air supply system for spraying, an air supply system for supplying water, a controller, and a fixing bracket 8. The air supply and water supply system comprises a water supply device connected with a water source, an air supply device communicated with an air source, a temperature and pressure increasing module, a conveying pipeline and a spray head 17. The spray head 17 can be a two-fluid spray head, namely an air atomization nozzle, the spray head 17 is communicated with an air supply device and a water sharing device through a conveying pipeline, water and air are mixed and sprayed out through the spray head 17, and fog drops are sprayed out from the spray head 17. The controller is electrically connected with the power of the water supply device, the power of the air supply device and the power of the temperature and pressure increasing module. The water may be purified water subjected to purification treatment. The controller and the temperature and pressure increasing module can automatically heat water and gas to prevent the water and the gas from freezing, and can also increase the gas pressure and increase the water supply flow pressure to enable the water and the gas to be mixed and sprayed out through the spray head 17. The auxiliary air supply system for spraying comprises a spraying air supply cylinder 2, a fan 3 and air supply power connected with the fan 3, wherein an air inlet is formed at a first end cylinder opening of the spraying air supply cylinder 2, an air supply opening is formed at a second end cylinder opening of the spraying air supply cylinder, a cylinder cavity forms an air flow channel for auxiliary airflow to pass through, the fan 3 is positioned in the air flow channel, and air is sucked into the air flow channel and then blown out through the air supply opening under the driving of the air supply power. The whole manufacturing process is quick and simple, and the whole equipment has a simple structure; the spraying auxiliary air supply system, the air supply and water supply system and the controller are all connected to the fixed support 8 in a unified manner, and can be connected with traction power or vehicles such as a trailer and a truck through the fixed support 8 to move, so that the movable soft rime making equipment is convenient to use, soft rime making is carried out in places meeting temperature conditions everywhere, and soft rime making can be carried out artificially in natural environment where soft rime cannot be formed in winter; and the fixed bracket 8 can be installed and detached with the vehicle through a fastener, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
