1. A horizontal well with prefabricated filter material, comprising:

the prefabricated filter material sieve tube system (1) comprises a central tube (4), an inner sieve tube and an outer sieve tube which are sequentially sleeved, wherein sieve holes are formed in the central tube (4), and the inner sieve tube is wrapped on the central tube (4);

a filter material (10) is filled between the inner-layer sieve tube and the outer-layer sieve tube;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of polluted site restoration equipment, in particular to a horizontal well with a prefabricated filter material.

Background

With the upgrade, industrial shift and transformation of domestic economy, industrial sites such as steel and chemical industry, solid waste stacking sites, military bases and the like are moved from urban centers to other areas or suburbs, a large number of sites containing halogenated substances, total petroleum hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other organic pollutants are left, polluted soil is difficult to recover, and harm is caused to agricultural products and human health.

In-situ chemical oxidation and vapor extraction techniques, as a mature technique, have been successfully applied to soil remediation projects at home and abroad. At present, in-situ chemical oxidation injection wells and vapor extraction wells are mostly vertical wells, and horizontal wells are less in use; compared with a vertical well, the horizontal well has a larger influence range and can be applied to a building area or other advantages in a construction process and the like.

The in-situ chemical oxidation injection well and the gas phase extraction well need to be provided with a certain volume of filter material around the well wall to prevent the soil from blocking the well wall, and for the vertical well, the filter material can be directly poured around the well wall to complete the filling around the well wall under the action of gravity; and for the horizontal well, the filter material can not complete the filling of the well wall under the action of gravity. In the installation process of the horizontal well, a certain thickness of filter material is paved at the bottom of the drilled horizontal hole, the horizontal well is installed in the horizontal hole, and finally the filter material is filled, so that the operation process is complex, and meanwhile, the paving uniformity of the filter material around the horizontal well cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the filter material is not convenient to add in the installation process of a horizontal well in an in-situ chemical oxidation injection well and a gas phase extraction well in the prior art, thereby providing the horizontal well with the prefabricated filter material.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a horizontal well with a prefabricated filter material, which comprises:

the prefabricated filter material sieve tube system comprises a central tube, an inner sieve tube and an outer sieve tube which are sequentially sleeved, wherein sieve holes are formed in the central tube, and the inner sieve tube is wrapped on the central tube;

a filter material is filled between the inner-layer sieve tube and the outer-layer sieve tube;

and baffle plate joints are arranged at two ends of the outer-layer sieve tube.

Optionally, the outer circumferential surface of the outer screen pipe is provided with a planer wire-shaped screen hole.

Optionally, the screen holes on the base pipe are located on one side of the base pipe.

Optionally, circular baffles extending out along the radial direction of the central pipe are installed at two ends of the central pipe, and the diameter of each circular baffle is larger than that of the outer-layer sieve pipe.

Optionally, the prefabricated filter material sieve tube system is provided with a plurality of prefabricated filter material sieve tube systems, and every two prefabricated filter material sieve tube systems are movably connected with each other.

According to the horizontal well with the prefabricated filter materials, the prefabricated filter material sieve tube systems are multiple and are arranged independently, independent injection of drugs can be achieved, and whether the prefabricated filter material sieve tube system is subjected to drug injection or vapor extraction or not can be considered according to the size of a pollution area; meanwhile, the number of the prefabricated filter material sieve tube systems can be adjusted according to the size of the polluted area, so that the overall length of the horizontal well is adjusted, and the pollution area is treated more flexibly.

As shown in fig. 3, the central tube 4 is a pipe with single-side sieve holes, and the sieve holes are only arranged on one side of the central tube 4, so that the medicine can flow to a specific polluted area, the medicine is prevented from directly diffusing around the central tube 4, and the utilization rate of the medicine is improved.

As shown in figures 2 and 4, circular baffles 2 are arranged at two ends of a prefabricated filter material sieve tube system 1, the circular baffles 2 are installed on a blocking device 3, and the circular baffles 2 can prevent drugs from diffusing to two ends of a central tube 4, so that the drugs can be radially diffused along the central tube 4 as much as possible, and the drug release accuracy is improved.

As shown in fig. 5, the blocking device 3 is provided with a plurality of passages 7 inside, and the passages 7 are independent of each other, and the port of the passage 7 can be provided with the blocking bolt 6, the connecting pair wire 11, or nothing. When the port of the channel 7 is provided with the plugging bolt 6, the channel 7 is plugged, and gas and medicine can not pass through; when the channel 7 is provided with the connecting counter wires 11, as shown in fig. 8, the connecting pipelines 5 can be connected through the connecting counter wires 11, and the central pipes 4 which are the same as the connecting pipelines 5 can be communicated to the outside; channel 7 ports when nothing is installed, channel 7 communicates with its adjacent center tube 4.
