Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of ship manufacturing, in particular to a grounding device of ship electrical equipment.

Background

The large electric floor cabinet is independently grounded in a mode of adding a grounding column on an equipment base, and the electric floor cabinet is connected with the ship body through a grounding wire to be grounded so as to protect the equipment. In marine project ship construction engineering, special dangerous areas such as high-voltage distribution boards, low-voltage distribution boards, centralized control rooms, driving control rooms and electrical equipment rooms cannot eliminate electromagnetic coupling interference only in a grounding column grounding mode, so that the equipment cannot be protected.

How to solve the problem that the effective protection of the electrical equipment in the special dangerous area needs to be solved urgently in the marine project ship construction process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defect that the interference of electromagnetic coupling cannot be eliminated only by adopting the grounding mode of a grounding column in an ocean special dangerous area in the prior art, and provides a grounding device of ship electrical equipment.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:

Preferably, one end of the PE cable block ground bar is connected to a low-voltage line in the electrical equipment floor cabinet by a bolt, and the other end of the PE cable block ground bar is electrically connected to the IE cable block ground bar or to the ISE cable block ground bar.

Preferably, one end of the IE cable block ground bar is connected to a signal line in the electrical equipment floor cabinet by a bolt, and the other end of the IE cable block ground bar is electrically connected to the ISE cable block ground bar or to the PE cable block ground bar.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the grounding device for a ship electrical apparatus of the present embodiment includes: the electric equipment floor cabinet comprises an electric equipment floor cabinet 1 and a grounding bar 2 connected with the electric equipment floor cabinet 1. The ground bar 2 comprises a PE cable block ground bar 2-1, an IE cable block ground bar 2-2 and an ISE cable block ground bar 2-3.

The PE cable block grounding bar 2-1 is connected with a low-voltage wire in the electrical equipment floor cabinet;

the IE cable block grounding bar 2-2 is connected with a signal wire in the electric equipment floor cabinet;

and the ISE cable block grounding bar 2-3is connected with a safety line in the electrical equipment floor cabinet.

Preferably, one end of the grounding bar 2-1 of the PE cable block is connected with a low-voltage wire in the floor cabinet of the electrical equipment through a bolt 5-1, and the other end of the grounding bar is electrically connected with the grounding bar 2-2 of the IE cable block or electrically connected with the grounding bar 2-3 of the ISE cable block.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, as can be seen from the schematic top view structure of the PE cable block grounding bar of the grounding device of the ship electrical equipment, the grounding bar in the schematic top view structure of the PE cable block grounding bar 2-1 is a rectangular structure, and it can be understood that the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and may be set to a square structure, an oval structure or a diamond structure according to specific practical situations, and will not be described herein again.

Preferably, one end of the IE cable block ground bar 2-2 is connected with a signal line in the floor cabinet of the electrical equipment through a bolt 5-2, and the other end of the IE cable block ground bar is electrically connected with the ISE cable block ground bar 2-3 or electrically connected with the PE cable block ground bar 2-1.

The IE cable block ground bar 2-2 and the ISE cable block ground bar 2-3 are both signal cable ground bars, and the PE cable ground bar 2-1 is a low-voltage cable ground bar. IEC industry standards specify that the ground bar of a signal cable and the ground bar of a low voltage cable are spaced apart by at least 1 meter. In this embodiment, after one end of the IE cable block ground bar is connected to the signal line in the electrical equipment floor cabinet by a bolt, an insulator housing 6 is provided outside the bolt 5-2. The insulator housing 6 here ensures 3 m outer insulation of the ground bar of the signal cable and finally is connected to the ground with the ground bar 2-1 of the PE cable.

The grounding device of the electrical equipment of the ship body has the advantages of low cost, simple manufacture and convenient installation, and can effectively prevent electromagnetic coupling interference; meanwhile, the electrical equipment and the instrument can run more reliably; finally, the safety of equipment and personnel can be more effectively ensured.
