The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the suspension type headstock of the present invention includes a front wall 201, a rear wall 202, a first side wall 203, a second side wall 204, a top wall 205 and a bottom plate 206, wherein one end of the first side wall 203 is disposed on the rear wall 202, one end of the first side wall 203 away from the rear wall 202 is disposed on the front wall 201, one end of the bottom plate 206 away from the rear wall 202 is disposed on the rear wall 202, one end of the second side wall 204 away from the rear wall 202 is disposed on the front wall 201, one end of the top wall 205 is disposed on the rear wall 202, one end of the top wall 205 away from the rear wall 202 is disposed on the front wall 201, and the first side wall 203, the bottom plate 206, the second side wall 204 and the top wall 205 are sequentially connected in a circumferential direction.

The inner cavity of the suspension type spindle box is of a hollow structure and is provided with reasonable reinforcing ribs, the front end of the inner cavity of the spindle box is provided with a cooling water jacket, and a machine tool is adopted to perform finish machining after casting for the position of a machine tool spindle, so that the surface roughness, the dimensional tolerance and the form and position tolerance are good. A plurality of conical rib plates and transverse ribs are designed at the middle rear end of the inner cavity of the main spindle box, and each rib plate is proper in size and reasonable in position.

Principle of operation

The four connecting support legs on the back wall are designed to be provided with the slide block guide rail and are rigidly connected with the upright post, so that the whole spindle box is supported. And a nut screw rod is arranged on a nut seat at the rear side of the conical top wall, so that the whole spindle box is driven to produce up-and-down linear motion. A balance hydraulic cylinder is arranged on a balance seat beside the nut seat to balance the gravity of the main spindle box part, so that the dynamic response performance of the main spindle box is enhanced, and the service life of the nut screw rod is prolonged. A machine tool spindle is arranged in a cooling water jacket at the front end of a spindle box, circulating cooling oil is filled in the cooling water jacket, and the cooling water jacket aims to cool the machine tool spindle so as to ensure that parts such as bearings rotating at high speed in the machine tool spindle achieve the optimal working environment and maintain the high precision and the long service life of the spindle. Because the main spindle box has a large overhang distance, a plurality of conical rib plates and transverse ribs optimized by FEA are designed at the middle and rear sections of the inner cavity of the main spindle box, so that the main spindle box achieves excellent states in strength, rigidity and stability. The headstock outer wall has the observation window in the design of suitable position, can observe headstock internal state at any time, has also played radiating effect to installation in earlier stage and the maintenance in later stage have also played convenient effect. As for the whole suspension type spindle box, the spindle box has the characteristic of suspension extension, the appearance of the spindle box is close to a closed regular tetrahedron structure, an inner cavity is hollow, and a reasonable reinforcing rib wall is configured, so that the spindle box is completely suitable for the long-stroke shaft extension working condition and has high-quality rigidity, strength and stability.

In the aspect of performance, the main spindle box is provided with a cooling water jacket, so that the cooling effect on the main spindle of the machine tool is good; the main spindle box is provided with a gravity balance device, so that the dynamic performance is excellent; the appearance of the main shaft box is close to a closed regular tetrahedron structure, the inner cavity of the main shaft box is hollow, and a reasonable reinforcing rib wall is configured, so that the main shaft box completely adapts to the long-stroke shaft extension working condition and has high-quality rigidity, strength and stability.

The invention has the characteristic of suspended extension, the appearance of the main spindle box is close to a closed regular tetrahedron structure, the inner cavity is hollow, and a reasonable reinforcing rib wall is configured, so that the main spindle box is completely suitable for the long-stroke shaft extension working condition and has high-quality rigidity, strength and stability.
