The alarm module 17 is electrically connected with the controller 13, and when the controller 13 judges that the body temperature value of the human body is less than the lowest limit value of the body temperature of the human body or judges that the body temperature value of the human body is greater than the highest limit value of the body temperature of the human body, the controller 13 controls the alarm module 17 to send out an alarm signal.
