1. An FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device is characterized by comprising a guide installation component and a movable connection component;

the guiding installation assembly comprises a tubular structure (5), the tubular structure (5) being adapted to be secured to the side of the vessel adjacent the single point mooring system, one end of the tubular structure (5) extending above the deck of the vessel and the other end of the tubular structure (5) extending below the bottom of the vessel;

the movable connection assembly comprises a plurality of connecting pieces (2), the connecting pieces (2) are detachably connected with each other, the movable connection assembly passes through the pipeline of the tubular structural piece (5) and is communicated to the bottom of the ship, and the movable connection assembly is used for fixing an underwater acoustic monitoring array (1) to be installed.

6. An underwater acoustic monitoring matrix mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting members (2) are detachably connected with each other through a flange structure.

7. An underwater acoustic monitoring matrix mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the underwater acoustic monitoring matrix is detachably connected to the connecting member (2).

8. A method of installation of an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array, wherein the underwater acoustic monitoring array (1) is installed below the bottom of a ship by means of an underwater acoustic monitoring array installation apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.

9. Installation method according to claim 8, characterised in that the movable connection assembly comprises a first connection (2) intended to be located below the bottom of the vessel, a second connection (2) intended to be located above the deck, and several intermediate connections (2);

the installation method comprises the following steps:

securing the pilot mount assembly to a side of a vessel adjacent a single point mooring system;

after the underwater sound monitoring array (1) is fixed on the first connecting piece (2), the first connecting piece (2) is inserted into the tubular structural part (5);

connecting the intermediate connecting pieces (2) with the first connecting pieces (2) and sequentially connecting a plurality of intermediate connecting pieces (2) until the underwater sound monitoring array (1) reaches a preset position;

connecting the second connecting part (2) to the intermediate connecting part (2) and fixing the second connecting part (2) to a deck or a guide installation component.

10. The method of installation according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:

connecting the second connector (2) with a fixed assembly (6) suspending the movable connection assembly on the guide mounting assembly.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore oil and gas production application, and particularly relates to an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device and an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation method.

Background

During typhoon, the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units) fluctuates violently on the sea surface, and the anchor chain of the single point mooring system generates huge pulling force and even has a fracture risk. In order to improve the integrity management capability of an FPSO mooring system, a single-point mooring system monitoring device is arranged on the FPSO, and generally consists of an underwater sound monitoring array arranged at the bottom of a ship and an inclinometer arranged on an anchor chain.

Traditionally, the underwater acoustic monitoring array is adsorbed on the bottom of an FPSO ship by adopting a magnetic material, and the installation method needs underwater operation, and is high in working difficulty and high in cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device and an installation method, aiming at the technical problems that an underwater acoustic detection array is adsorbed at the bottom of an FPSO ship by adopting a magnetic material, underwater installation operation is required, the working difficulty is high, and the cost is high.

The invention provides an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device which comprises a guide installation component and a movable connection component, wherein the guide installation component is arranged on the guide installation component;

the pilot mounting assembly comprises a tubular structure for securing to the side of the vessel adjacent the single point mooring system, one end of the tubular structure extending above the deck of the vessel and the other end of the tubular structure extending below the bottom of the vessel;

the movable connection assembly comprises a plurality of connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are detachably connected with each other, the movable connection assembly passes through the pipeline of the tubular structural piece to the position below the bottom of the ship, and the movable connection assembly is used for fixing an underwater sound monitoring array to be installed.

In one embodiment, the underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device further comprises a support assembly, wherein the support assembly comprises a plurality of support pieces, and the support pieces are sleeved on the connecting pieces.

In one embodiment, the support member is an annular rubber ring.

connecting the second connector to the intermediate connector and securing the second connector to the deck or the pilot mount assembly.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an underwater acoustic monitoring array installation apparatus provided by the present invention includes a guiding installation component and a movable connection component.

The pilot mounting assembly comprises a tubular structure 5, the tubular structure 5 being adapted to be secured to the side of the vessel adjacent the single point mooring system. The tubular structure 5 is perpendicular to the sea level with one end extending above the deck of the vessel and the other end of the tubular structure 5 extending below the bottom of the vessel.

Optionally, the tubular structural member 5 may be a steel pipe, the length of the steel pipe is similar to the height from the bottom of the ship to the deck, after installation, the upper end of the steel pipe is flush with the deck or slightly higher than the deck, and the lower end of the steel pipe is flush with the bottom of the ship or slightly lower than the bottom of the ship; in other embodiments, the tubular structure 5 may be a tubular structure 5 made of other materials and having suitable corrosion resistance and strength.

The movable connection assembly comprises a plurality of connecting pieces 2, the connecting pieces 2 are detachably connected with each other, the movable connection assembly is communicated to the position below the bottom of the ship through a pipeline of the tubular structural piece 5, and the movable connection assembly is used for fixing the underwater sound monitoring array 1 to be installed. The rubber ring with the structural characteristics can be directly sleeved on the connecting piece 2, and the purpose of avoiding the contact or collision between the movable connecting component and the installation guide component can be realized. Optionally, the annular rubber ring may be sleeved on the connection, or may be sleeved on a connection portion of the connection member 2, for example, on a connection flange of the connection member 2. Optionally, when the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1 is installed, the annular rubber ring is sleeved at the top of the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1, then the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1 is connected with the second connecting piece 2 through the bolt 4, and then the combination is inserted into the tubular structural member 5 of the installation guide assembly from top to bottom. Then, the annular rubber ring is sleeved on the underwater acoustic monitoring array, then the intermediate connecting piece 2 is connected, and then the intermediate connecting piece 2 is sequentially connected until the lower end of the tubular structure, extending out of the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1, of the installation guide assembly reaches a preset position.

As an alternative embodiment, the underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device further comprises a fixed assembly 6, wherein the fixed assembly 6 is connected with the uppermost connecting piece 2 of the movable connecting assembly, that is, the fixed assembly 6 is connected with the first connecting piece 2 of the movable connecting assembly at the deck.

The fixing component 6 can be fixedly connected with the first connecting piece 2 or movably connected with the first connecting piece 2 through a bolt 4 and other structures. Preferably, the fixing assembly 6 is structurally connected with the connecting flange of the first connecting piece 2 through the bolts 4, so that the first connecting piece 2, the middle connecting piece 2 and the second connecting piece 2 of the movable connecting assembly have the same structure.

As an alternative embodiment, the fixed component 6 is a plate-shaped structure, and after the fixed component 6 is connected with the first connecting member 2, the movable connecting component can be suspended in the installation guiding component as a whole, that is, the movable connecting component can be used for suspending the movable connecting component and the underwater acoustic detection monitoring array installed on the movable connecting component.

As an alternative embodiment, the connecting pieces 2 are detachably connected through a connecting flange structure; further optionally, the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1 is detachably connected with the connecting piece 2.

Preferably, all the connecting pieces 2 can be structured as shown in fig. 4, the connecting pieces 2 are titanium alloy metal pipes provided with connecting flanges at the upper end and the lower end, and the connecting pieces 2 are connected through bolts 4 on the connecting flange surface to realize detachable connection of the connecting pieces 2. All connecting pieces 2 of the movable connecting assembly are identical in structure, and the structure of the first connecting piece 2, the structure of the middle connecting piece 2 and the structure of the second connecting piece 2 do not need to be distinguished when the movable connecting assembly is manufactured, installed and stored, so that the movable connecting assembly is convenient to install and manufacture and store the connecting pieces 2. Optionally, the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1 may also be detachably connected to the connecting flange structure at one end of the connecting member 2.

The invention also provides an installation method of the FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array, and the underwater acoustic monitoring array 1 is installed below the bottom of the ship through the underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device.

As an optional implementation manner, the method for installing the underwater acoustic monitoring array includes the following steps:

securing a pilot mount assembly to a side of the vessel adjacent the single point mooring system;

after the underwater sound monitoring array 1 is fixed on the first connecting piece 2, the first connecting piece 2 is inserted into the tubular structural piece 5;

connecting the middle connecting pieces 2 with the first connecting pieces 2 and sequentially connecting a plurality of middle connecting pieces 2 until the underwater sound monitoring array 1 reaches a preset position;

the second connector 2 is connected to the intermediate connector 2 and the second connector 2 is fixed to the deck or the guide installation assembly.

Further optionally, the method for installing the underwater acoustic monitoring array further includes the following steps:

the second connector 2 is connected to a fixed assembly 6 which suspends the movable connection assembly from the guide mounting assembly.
