1. An FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device is characterized by comprising a guide installation component and a movable connection component;

7. An underwater acoustic monitoring matrix mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the underwater acoustic monitoring matrix is detachably connected to the connecting member (2).
8. A method of installation of an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array, wherein the underwater acoustic monitoring array (1) is installed below the bottom of a ship by means of an underwater acoustic monitoring array installation apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Installation method according to claim 8, characterised in that the movable connection assembly comprises a first connection (2) intended to be located below the bottom of the vessel, a second connection (2) intended to be located above the deck, and several intermediate connections (2);
the installation method comprises the following steps:
securing the pilot mount assembly to a side of a vessel adjacent a single point mooring system;
after the underwater sound monitoring array (1) is fixed on the first connecting piece (2), the first connecting piece (2) is inserted into the tubular structural part (5);
connecting the intermediate connecting pieces (2) with the first connecting pieces (2) and sequentially connecting a plurality of intermediate connecting pieces (2) until the underwater sound monitoring array (1) reaches a preset position;
connecting the second connecting part (2) to the intermediate connecting part (2) and fixing the second connecting part (2) to a deck or a guide installation component.
10. The method of installation according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
connecting the second connector (2) with a fixed assembly (6) suspending the movable connection assembly on the guide mounting assembly.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore oil and gas production application, and particularly relates to an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device and an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation method.
Background
During typhoon, the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units) fluctuates violently on the sea surface, and the anchor chain of the single point mooring system generates huge pulling force and even has a fracture risk. In order to improve the integrity management capability of an FPSO mooring system, a single-point mooring system monitoring device is arranged on the FPSO, and generally consists of an underwater sound monitoring array arranged at the bottom of a ship and an inclinometer arranged on an anchor chain.
Traditionally, the underwater acoustic monitoring array is adsorbed on the bottom of an FPSO ship by adopting a magnetic material, and the installation method needs underwater operation, and is high in working difficulty and high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device and an installation method, aiming at the technical problems that an underwater acoustic detection array is adsorbed at the bottom of an FPSO ship by adopting a magnetic material, underwater installation operation is required, the working difficulty is high, and the cost is high.
The invention provides an FPSO underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device which comprises a guide installation component and a movable connection component, wherein the guide installation component is arranged on the guide installation component;
the pilot mounting assembly comprises a tubular structure for securing to the side of the vessel adjacent the single point mooring system, one end of the tubular structure extending above the deck of the vessel and the other end of the tubular structure extending below the bottom of the vessel;
the movable connection assembly comprises a plurality of connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are detachably connected with each other, the movable connection assembly passes through the pipeline of the tubular structural piece to the position below the bottom of the ship, and the movable connection assembly is used for fixing an underwater sound monitoring array to be installed.
In one embodiment, the underwater acoustic monitoring array installation device further comprises a support assembly, wherein the support assembly comprises a plurality of support pieces, and the support pieces are sleeved on the connecting pieces.
