Background

The circular tube belt conveyor is a special belt conveyor which has good sealing performance, low environmental pollution and large conveying inclination angle and is suitable for complex field terrain arrangement. Pipe belt conveyor adopts built on stilts to lay, generally all adopts and utilizes original road or opens up interim construction way mode in one side along the line, makes things convenient for the transportation and the installation in later stage. However, the pipe belt machine arranged in the mountainous area has the following disadvantages by adopting the existing installation mode:

1. the equipment transportation is difficult. The pipeline machine is in an unmanned mountain area along the line, and has dangerous and severe gullies, and no original road utilization. And (5) planning to construct a mountain winding construction access road for transportation and installation construction. Because the mountains in certain areas are small hilly terrains, the mountains are small in size, large in gradient, deep in gully and large in section, the construction and transportation of the construction access roads are extremely difficult.

2. The terrain is fluctuant, the equipment is installed and overturns over the ridge, and the transportation and hoisting difficulty is high. Temporary roads must be repaired when the transportation and hoisting machinery of the equipment enters, temporary assembly sites need to be repaired when the pipe belt conveyor is assembled, and particularly, the hoisting is very difficult when the equipment and the installation of a plurality of deep trenches and steep slope equipment of the pipe belt conveyor are assembled and installed.

Therefore, in the process of bulk cargo transportation in mountainous areas, the transportation cost is high, the difficulty is high, and the existing transportation method has great limitations.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a folding bridge device for a circular tube conveyor and an installation method thereof.

And (4) completing the installation and debugging of the nth section of basic bridge.

The last section of basic bridge frame of the folding bridge frame connected with the two rockers is unfolded and then hinged with each other, and the basic bridge frame is connected through a pin shaft at the end of the basic bridge frame.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the installation cost is low, the time is short. When the installation is carried out between two disconnected mountains, a winding road is not required to be built, installation tasks can be carried out on two sides of the mountains with the passage way, the construction cost is reduced, the installation time is saved, and the construction progress is improved.

2. Simple structure and convenient installation. Because the whole bridge frame adopts a folding structure, and the bridge frames are connected by the pin shafts, the structure is simple, and the on-site hoisting and dismounting are convenient.

3. And large-scale hoisting equipment is not needed in the installation process. The weight of each component of the folding bridge is light, and an overlong lifting arm is not needed.

4. Beautiful appearance and environmental protection.
