s2: adding 4-5 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.15-0.2 part of carbon black, 6-10 parts of precipitated barium sulfate, 4-6 parts of zinc phosphate and 1-1.5 parts of synthetic anti-rust pigment into the first mixed material in sequence, stirring while adding, and grinding to obtain a second mixed material, wherein the grinding fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m;

s3: 50-60 parts of acrylic resin; 5-6 parts of a compound film-forming assistant; 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.7-0.9 part of flash rust prevention auxiliary agent; stirring the residual defoaming agent while adding to obtain a third mixed material;

Technical Field

Background

The antirust paint is a coating capable of protecting metal surface from chemical or electrochemical corrosion of atmosphere, seawater and the like. Currently used rust inhibitive paints are generally oil-based and water-based. The oily anti-rust paint is convenient to use and low in price, but contains toxic substances such as nitrite and chromate, is harmful to operators, and is difficult to remove from the surface of the material, so that the oily anti-rust paint is rarely used. The water-based antirust paint has no pollution, no three wastes, no combustion and no explosion, ensures the physical health of workers and has excellent safety; can be directly used, saves time and labor, is simple, convenient and quick, and has low coating cost by taking water as a diluent. The problems of the water-based antirust paint in the current market are as follows: poor salt spray resistance, insufficient corrosion and rust prevention capability, insufficient paint film hardness, weak adhesive force and the like.

S3: 50-60 parts of acrylic resin; 5-6 parts of a compound film-forming assistant; 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent; 0.7-0.9 part of flash rust prevention auxiliary agent; and adding and stirring the residual defoaming agent to obtain a third mixed material.

S4: and mixing the second mixed material and the third mixed material, and adding 0.5-0.6 of a thickening agent to obtain the salt spray resistant water-based antirust paint.

Further, the stirring speed in the step S1 is 500-600r/min, and the stirring time is 10-15 min.

Further, in the step S2, the stirring speed is 600r/min, the stirring time is 5-10min, the grinding speed is 3000r/min, and the grinding time is 2-2.5 h.

Further, the stirring speed in the step S3 is 500-600r/min, and the stirring time is 10-15 min.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the synthetic anti-rust pigment in the anti-rust paint disclosed by the invention is high-temperature resistant and light-resistant at 4-5 levels, and can be used for coloring;

2. the antirust paint disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent salt spray resistance, antirust capability, adhesive force, higher hardness, simple process, convenience in operation, greenness, environmental friendliness, safety and reliability.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The titanium dioxide is R-996 type, has stable chemical performance, good whiteness, brightness and glossiness, strong covering power and decoloring power, easy dispersion and excellent weather resistance and chalking resistance.

The carbon black is C311 type, small in particle size, deep in blackness, strong in covering power and tinting strength, heat-resistant, stable to chemicals, soft in quality, easy to grind and easy to disperse.

The precipitated barium sulfate is 1250 meshes, and can improve the light resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the product.

The zinc phosphate is 1250 meshes and is a white nontoxic antirust pigment. The zinc phosphate group has good activity, can react with a plurality of metal ions to generate a complex, and has good antirust effect.

The synthetic anti-rust pigment is an indispensable anti-rust pigment for salt spray resistance performance test in the preparation of the water-based anti-rust paint. The combined action of the synthetic anti-rust pigment and other anti-rust pigments improves the time of salt spray resistance test and improves the anti-corrosion and anti-rust capacity of the water-based anti-rust paint.

The synthetic anti-rust pigment is prepared by weighing part of the nitric acid A solid, adding deionized water, and slowly adding concentrated nitric acid under stirring. After boiling for several minutes, it was filtered. Adding a small amount of concentrated sulfuric acid into the filtrate, boiling, and removing the precipitate. The acrylic resin is an anionic acrylic emulsion for metal corrosion prevention, and has good adhesion capability to carbon steel, tinplate, aluminum and other metal substrates. High hardness, good flexibility and excellent corrosion resistance.

The dispersant is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution with pigment affinity group, is a wetting and dispersing assistant for water paint and water pigment concentrated slurry, prevents pigment flocculation, stabilizes the hue and tinting strength of the paint and the pigment slurry, reduces flooding and floating in the pigment mixture, increases the storage stability of the system, improves the wetting and luster of the pigment, and reduces the viscosity of the grinding material. Does not contain any organic solvent, and does not need to grind the resin during grinding.

The defoaming agent in the grinding stage is a defoaming agent suitable for water-based paint, and the chemical components of the defoaming agent are polyether polysiloxane copolymer emulsion containing gas-phase silicon dioxide, so that the defoaming agent is particularly suitable for a water-based system; the defoamer in the paint preparation stage is a mixture of foam breaking polysiloxane and hydrophobic particles in polyethylene glycol, is a standard defoamer for an aqueous emulsion system, and is easy to add.

The pH regulator is diethylethanolamine, and is a high-efficiency amine neutralizer.

The film forming effect of the antirust paint is the combined action of the two film forming additives. Typical film-forming aids that can be selected are: dpnb (dipropylene glycol butyl ether), DPM (dipropylene glycol methyl ether), BCS (ethylene glycol butyl ether), ethylene glycol, alcohol esters, and the like.

The wetting agent is a high-efficiency base material wetting agent, has high performance, excellent anti-shrinkage effect and good recoatability, and additionally promotes the flowing effect.

The main component of the flash rust preventing additive is organic zinc chelate, which can be used as a corrosion inhibitor of water-soluble paint to prevent the formation of 'flash corrosion' and can also be used as a corrosion inhibitor of a can. Is characterized in that: exhibits a strong affinity for ferrous substrates to prevent the occurrence of flash erosion; water-soluble, but can change to water-insoluble or soluble zinc chelates during drying; a decrease in water sensitivity; forming a passivation layer which plays a role of corrosion prevention after the paint film is dried; can be used as corrosion inhibitor in cans; the weather resistance is improved.

The thickening agent is polyether polyurethane associated type, and has high-efficiency thickening performance in a medium-low shear rate range. Low addition amount, high efficiency, excellent anti-sagging and anti-sinking properties and no influence of pH on the action effect. Usually in admixture with small amounts of co-solvent and water.

Anionic acrylic resin is used as a main film forming substance, and the anionic acrylic resin, the titanium dioxide, the precipitated barium sulfate and the carbon black act together to improve the covering power and the weather resistance of a paint film; and the zinc phosphate, the synthetic antirust pigment and the flash rust prevention auxiliary agent are acted together, so that the salt spray resistance and the antirust performance of the paint film are improved. In addition, the components act together to improve the hardness, the adhesive force and the salt spray resistance of the paint film.
