6. A preparation method of fabric washing fragrance additive is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

1) preparing gelatin solution:

a. introducing purified water and glycerol into a glue dissolving tank through a special pipeline, and uniformly stirring;

b. adding gelatin from a material port above the gelatin melting tank, stirring uniformly, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring at 35 rpm for 1-1.5 hr;

c. vacuumizing and defoaming the completely dissolved gelatin solution;

d. putting the gelatin solution into a preheated heat-insulating barrel through a 200-mesh double-layer filter bag for standing for later use;

2) putting a prepared mixture liquid of the essential oil and the nano microcapsules into a hopper, pumping the gelatin liquid into a preheated gelatin box, spreading the gelatin liquid into gelatin skin by using rubber drums on two sides, and putting a gelatin belt into a grinding tool;

3) opening a spray body switch in the middle of the material body, injecting the mixed material liquid into a capsule body formed by gelatin skins through a pump body in a fixed amount, combining the mixed material liquid with the gelatin skins on two sides, rotating the mixed material liquid along with a grinding tool to cut the mixed material liquid into bead-shaped soft capsules, and separating the soft capsules from the grinding tool through a pill dropping device;

Background

The clothing-protecting fragrance-retaining beads sold in the market at present need to be mixed and stirred at a high temperature of 60-70 ℃ in the production process, the essence is partially volatilized greatly when the essence is added, meanwhile, the fragrance of a lot of essence can be damaged (influenced by high temperature), and the carrier of the clothing-protecting fragrance-retaining beads is polyethylene glycol with the molecular weight of 4000-10000, so that the dissolution speed in water is relatively low, and partial clothing-protecting fragrance-retaining beads are not completely dissolved when being wrapped by clothes in washing, and are adhered to the clothes. The phenomenon also exists that the existing clothes-protecting fragrance-retaining bead is influenced by water temperature in the first washing process, only one part is dissolved, and the rest part is discharged together with water when the washing machine drains water for the first time.

A preparation method of a fabric washing fragrance additive comprises the following steps:

1) preparing gelatin solution:

a. introducing qualified and approved materials by QA inspection by producers, weighing the soft capsule glue solution strictly according to the formula and process requirements, introducing purified water and glycerol into a glue dissolving tank through a special pipeline, and uniformly stirring;

b. adding gelatin from a material port above the gelatin melting tank, stirring uniformly, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring at 35 rpm for 1-1.5 hr;

c. vacuumizing and defoaming the completely dissolved gelatin solution;

d. after sampling meets the process requirements, a gelatin releasing person is informed to release gelatin (the viscosity of gelatin solution is about 18000 cps), and the gelatin solution is put into a preheated heat-insulating barrel through a 200-mesh double-layer filter bag and stands for later use;

2) cleaning and disinfecting a produced machine by a production worker, installing a grinding tool to confirm that the machine enters a state to be produced, taking gelatin solution and premixed material liquid by the operator according to requirements, putting the prepared mixture liquid of essential oil and nano microcapsules into a hopper, pumping the gelatin solution into a preheated rubber box (40-50 ℃), spreading the gelatin solution into gelatin skins by two rubber drums, putting the gelatin belts into the grinding tool, setting product parameters by the operator according to process requirements for debugging, and starting trial production after confirming that no errors exist;

3) opening a spray body switch in the middle of the material body, injecting the mixed material liquid into a capsule body formed by gelatin skins through a pump body in a fixed amount, combining the mixed material liquid with the gelatin skins on two sides, turning the mixed material liquid to be cut into bead-shaped soft capsules along with a grinding tool, separating the soft capsules from the grinding tool through a pill dropping device, performing first piece confirmation, performing first piece inspection by an operator and QA, and performing formal production after the soft capsules are confirmed to be correct;

4) the soft capsules enter a rotating cage through a conveying belt, a shaping process is carried out, the soft capsules are preliminarily shaped along with the lost part of water of the rotating cage, and the shaping is finished after the soft capsules are rotated out of the rotating cage (generally, the shaping time is 6-8 hours);

5) and moving the shaped soft capsule to a drying disc, marking, pulling to a drying room for drying, dissipating most of moisture under the low-temperature and low-humidity environment to enable the soft capsule to be firm and shaped and have elasticity, and finishing drying when the soft capsule meets the process requirement (the moisture of the soft capsule shell reaches 8-12%).

The gelatin is used for wrapping the essential oil, the essential oil and the nano microcapsule essence are used for increasing the fragrance, the gelatin is quickly dissolved by virtue of stirring of a washing machine after meeting water, and the wrapped nano microcapsule essence and the essential oil are released, so that the 1: 1 output of essence raw materials is achieved, the persistence of the fragrance is improved, the essence is prevented from being affected by high temperature to change the fragrance or being lost, and the fragrance retaining beads are prevented from being adhered to clothes due to incomplete dissolution.
