1. A self-aligning fabric, comprising: the self-adjusting fabric comprises a plurality of repeating units arranged in an array structure; each repeating unit comprises a first structural area and a fourth structural area which are diagonally arranged, a second structural area and a third structural area which are diagonally arranged, and breakpoint cushion wefts arranged in the structural areas; the breakpoint cushion weft comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving and polyester filaments discontinuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving so as to form a first yarn section and a second yarn section which are alternately distributed;

the first structure area and the fourth structure area are double-layer structures formed by surface structures and inner structures to form a double-layer structure area, a first yarn section of a breakpoint cushion weft yarn is correspondingly arranged between the surface structures and the inner structures, and the first yarn section consists of short fiber roving and water-soluble vinylon filaments wrapped outside the short fiber roving; and within the first structural region, the length of the first yarn section is consistent with the width of the first structural region along the weft direction; within the fourth structural zone, the length of the first yarn segment in the weft direction is consistent with the width of the fourth structural zone;

the second structural area and the third structural area are single-layer tissues to form a single-layer structural area; the second yarn section comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving and polyester filaments continuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving; and within the second structural zone, the length of the second yarn section is consistent with the width of the second structural zone along the weft direction; within the third structural zone, the length of the second yarn segment is consistent with the width of the third structural zone along the weft direction;

during the dyeing process, the first yarn sections of the break point pad weft yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area are untwisted and uniformly dispersed and then filled in the double-layer structure area, so that the double-layer structure area is raised; and under the wrapping action of the polyester filament yarns, the second yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the second structure area and the third structure area are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, so that the self-adjusting fabric with the single-layer and double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained.

The self-adjusting fabric of claim 1, wherein: in the weft direction, the widths of the first structural region and the third structural region are equal, and the widths of the second structural region and the fourth structural region are equal; and the width W of the first structure regionAAnd the width W of the second structure regionBSatisfy the relation: wA:WB< 1, so as to form a structure with a convex middle part and a concave periphery.

The self-adjusting fabric of claim 1, wherein: in the double-layer structure area, the first yarn section of the break point pad weft yarn does not participate in interweaving, and only is padded between the surface layer tissue and the inner layer tissue of the double-layer structure area; in the single-layer structure area, the second yarn section of the break point pad weft yarn participates in interweaving.

6. The self-adjusting fabric of claim 1, wherein: the short fiber roving comprises but is not limited to one or more of polyimide fiber, kapok fiber and hemp fiber.

The self-adjusting fabric of claim 6, wherein: the short fiber roving of the break point pad weft yarn is China hemp; the warp and weft yarn raw materials of the double-layer structure area and the single-layer structure area adopt fibers with lower hygroscopicity than hemp, so that a one-way moisture guide structure from surface layer tissue to short fiber roving is formed in the double-layer structure area, and rapid moisture guide is realized through a second yarn section in the adjacent single-layer structure, so that the surface of the fabric is kept dry and comfortable.

8. A method of making a self-aligning fabric as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, including the steps of:

s1, determining the tissue structures of the first structural area, the second structural area, the third structural area and the fourth structural area, and determining the ratio of the latitudinal widths of the first structural area to the second structural area;

s2, selecting warp yarns, weft yarns and break point pad weft yarns of preset raw materials; the breakpoint cushion weft comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving and polyester filaments discontinuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving so as to form a first yarn section without the polyester filaments and a second yarn section with the polyester filaments which are alternately distributed;

s3, weaving after drawing in and denting according to the upper drawing;

in the first structural area and the fourth structural area, the breakpoint pad weft yarn does not participate in interweaving, and only is padded between two layers of tissues of a double-layer tissue structure;

in the second structural zone and the third structural zone, the break point pad weft yarn participates in interweaving;

s4, after weaving, filling the first yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area in the double-layer structure area after untwisting and uniform dispersion during dyeing, so that the double-layer structure area is convex; and under the wrapping action of the polyester filament yarns, the second yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the second structure area and the third structure area are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, so that the self-adjusting fabric with the single-layer and double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of textiles, in particular to a fabric with a fabric structure capable of self-adjusting and a preparation method of the self-adjusting fabric.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages, the present invention aims to provide a self-adjusting fabric and a method for preparing the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a self-adjusting fabric comprising a plurality of repeating units arranged in an array structure; each repeating unit comprises a first structural area and a fourth structural area which are diagonally arranged, a second structural area and a third structural area which are diagonally arranged, and breakpoint cushion wefts arranged in the structural areas; the breakpoint cushion weft comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving and polyester filaments discontinuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving so as to form a first yarn section and a second yarn section which are alternately distributed;

the first structure area and the fourth structure area are double-layer structures formed by surface structures and inner structures to form a double-layer structure area, a first yarn section of a breakpoint cushion weft yarn is correspondingly arranged between the surface structures and the inner structures, and the first yarn section consists of short fiber roving and water-soluble vinylon filaments wrapped outside the short fiber roving; and within the first structural region, the length of the first yarn section is consistent with the width of the first structural region along the weft direction; within the fourth structural zone, the length of the first yarn segment in the weft direction is consistent with the width of the fourth structural zone;

the second structural area and the third structural area are single-layer tissues to form a single-layer structural area; the second yarn section comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving and polyester filaments continuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving; and within the second structural zone, the length of the second yarn section is consistent with the width of the second structural zone along the weft direction; within the third structural zone, the length of the second yarn segment is consistent with the width of the third structural zone along the weft direction;

during the dyeing process, the first yarn sections of the break point pad weft yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area are untwisted and uniformly dispersed and then filled in the double-layer structure area, so that the double-layer structure area is raised; and under the wrapping action of the polyester filament yarns, the second yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the second structure area and the third structure area are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, so that the self-adjusting fabric with the single-layer and double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained.

As a further improvement of the present invention, in the weft direction, the widths of the first structural region and the third structural region are equal, and the widths of the second structural region and the fourth structural region are equal; and the width W of the first structure regionAAnd the width W of the second structure regionBSatisfy the relation: wA:WB< 1, so as to form a structure with a convex middle part and a concave periphery.

As a further improvement of the invention, in the double-layer structure area, the first yarn section of the break point pad weft yarn does not participate in interweaving, and is only padded between the surface layer tissue and the inner layer tissue of the double-layer structure area; in the single-layer structure area, the second yarn section of the break point pad weft yarn participates in interweaving.

As a further improvement of the invention, the short fiber roving comprises but is not limited to one or more of polyimide fiber, kapok fiber and hemp fiber.

As a further improvement of the invention, the short fiber roving of the break point pad weft is China hemp; the warp and weft yarn raw materials of the double-layer structure area and the single-layer structure area adopt fibers with lower hygroscopicity than hemp, so that a one-way moisture guide structure from surface layer tissue to short fiber roving is formed in the double-layer structure area, and rapid moisture guide is realized through a second yarn section in the adjacent single-layer structure, so that the surface of the fabric is kept dry and comfortable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method for preparing a self-adjusting fabric according to any one of the above technical solutions, comprising the steps of:

s1, determining the tissue structures of the first structural area, the second structural area, the third structural area and the fourth structural area, and determining the ratio of the latitudinal widths of the first structural area to the second structural area;

s2, selecting warp yarns, weft yarns and break point pad weft yarns of preset raw materials; the breakpoint cushion weft comprises short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filaments continuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving and polyester filaments discontinuously wrapped outside the short fiber roving so as to form a first yarn section without the polyester filaments and a second yarn section with the polyester filaments which are alternately distributed;

s3, weaving after drawing in and denting according to the upper drawing;

in the first structural area and the fourth structural area, the breakpoint pad weft yarn does not participate in interweaving, and only is padded between two layers of tissues of a double-layer tissue structure;

in the second structural zone and the third structural zone, the break point pad weft yarn participates in interweaving;

s4, after weaving, filling the first yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area in the double-layer structure area after untwisting and uniform dispersion during dyeing, so that the double-layer structure area is convex; and under the wrapping action of the polyester filament yarns, the second yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the second structure area and the third structure area are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, so that the self-adjusting fabric with the single-layer and double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained.

Advantageous effects

1. The invention provides a fabric with a self-adjusting structure, which is a fabric with a structure which is continuously self-adjusted due to the designed structure in the processing process and finally achieves the designed structure. The invention sets a single repeating unit to comprise a first structural area and a fourth structural area which are diagonally arranged, a second structural area and a third structural area which are diagonally arranged, and breakpoint cushion wefts arranged in the structural areas. The adjacent repeating units are connected to form a pocket-like structure with the center as a fourth structural area, four corners as a first structural area and four edges as a second structural area and a third structural area. The first structure area and the fourth structure area are double-layer structures, and the second structure area and the third structure area are single-layer structures. As shown in fig. 7, since the second and third structural regions are single-layer structures, the number of warp yarns in the second structural region is the same as that of the fourth structural region, and the number of weft yarns is the same as that of the first structural region; the number of warp yarns in the third structural area is the same as that of the warp yarns in the first structural area, and the number of weft yarns is the same as that of the weft yarns in the fourth structural area. The warp and weft yarns of the second and third structural regions have a high tightness with respect to each other, and the warp and weft yarns of the first and fourth structural regions have a low tightness with respect to each other. The warp and weft yarns of the second structure area with high tightness are in a contraction trend due to the buckling action, the warp yarns of the fourth structure area are respectively drawn in the second structure area along the warp direction, and the weft yarns of the first structure area are drawn in the second structure area along the weft direction; due to the buckling effect, the third structural area yarns with high tightness draw the warp yarns of the first structural area into the third structural area along the warp direction and draw the weft yarns of the fourth structural area into the third structural area along the weft direction respectively (the arrows in fig. 7 indicate the directions of the forces). The yarns in the second structure area and the third structure area draft the yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area towards the second structure area and the third structure area, and the first structure area and the fourth structure area perform self-adjustment on the structures of the second structure area and the third structure area connected with the first structure area and the fourth structure area, so that the tightening effect is realized. Because the weft yarn is arranged in the first structure area and the fourth structure area, the two areas have obvious bulges after being tightened.

2. The self-adjusting fabric provided by the invention changes the structure of the filling yarn on the basis of the traditional double-layer filling yarn structure, and adopts the breakpoint filling yarn which is composed of short fiber roving, water-soluble vinylon filament yarns continuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving and polyester filament yarns discontinuously wrapped on the periphery of the short fiber roving. The break point pad weft comprises a first yarn section without polyester filaments and a second yarn section with the polyester filaments which are alternately distributed; by utilizing the water-soluble characteristic of the vinylon filament, after the fabric is subjected to a dyeing process, the continuous water-soluble vinylon filament in the weft of the breakpoint mat is dissolved, the structure of the first yarn section is damaged and disintegrated, and the structure of the second yarn section is not disintegrated due to the dissolution of the water-soluble vinylon filament under the action of the polyester filament. Meanwhile, in the weaving process, the first yarn section of the double-layer structure area is disintegrated, the short fiber roving is untwisted and dispersed in the double-layer structure, so that loose fibers are filled in the first structure area and the fourth structure area, the loose fibers are fluffy and convex, and the self-adjusting function is realized by matching with the fabric structure, so that the fabric presents a locally convex three-dimensional rectangular array arrangement structure, the convex effect can be generated on the surface of the fabric, and the local contact is realized, but not the plane full contact; the single-layer structure can better resist the bulge effect, the adjacent single-layer structure areas can form a functional continuous conduction channel, and the four structure areas have a synergistic effect, so that the functional characteristics of the fabric are better promoted. Meanwhile, the second yarn section of the break point pad weft yarn is protected by the polyester filament yarn, and the second yarn section participates in the forming of the fabric structure of the single-layer structure area in the form of yarn, so that the stability of the fabric structure of the single-layer structure area is improved, and the problem of unstable structure caused by the dissolution of water-soluble vinylon is solved.

3. The area size ratio of the first structural area, the second structural area, the third structural area and the fourth structural area can be adjusted according to needs, the tissue structure is flexible and variable, and the adjustment range is wide. The second structure area and the third structure area which form the single-layer structure area are connected with the first structure area and the fourth structure area which are adjacently arranged, the double-layer structure area and the single-layer structure area are adjacently arranged and diagonally connected, and the single-layer structure area is broken and the weft yarn is used for protecting the structure.

4. The self-adjusting fabric provided by the invention is based on a three-dimensional rectangular array arrangement structure with local protrusions, can meet different functional requirements of the fabric by selecting the filling yarns with different functional characteristics, and has great development prospects in the fields of building wall cloth, outdoor articles, infant articles, washable air-conditioning soft summer sleeping mats, functional insoles and the like.

5. The preparation method of the self-adjusting fabric provided by the invention has the advantages of strong controllability, no additional increase of production procedures, reduction of product development cost, wide product functionality adjustable range and strong competitive advantage.

The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments; all other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a method for preparing a self-aligning fabric, including the steps of:

s1, determining the tissue structures of the first structural area, the second structural area, the third structural area and the fourth structural area, and determining the ratio of the latitudinal widths of the first structural area to the second structural area;

s2, selecting warp yarns, weft yarns and break point pad weft yarns of preset raw materials;

s3, weaving after drawing in and denting according to the upper drawing;

in the first structural area and the fourth structural area, the breakpoint pad weft yarn does not participate in interweaving, and only is padded between two layers of tissues of a double-layer tissue structure;

in the second structural zone and the third structural zone, the break point pad weft yarn participates in interweaving;

s4, after weaving, filling the first yarn sections of the break point padding weft yarns in the first structure area and the fourth structure area in the double-layer structure area after untwisting and dispersing so as to enable the double-layer structure area to be convex during dyeing; and the second yarn sections of the breakpoint filling wefts in the second structure area and the third structure area are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, so that the self-adjusting fabric with the single-double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained.

s11, determining the tissue structures of the first structural area A and the fourth structural area D, and forming a double-layer structural area by adopting one of original tissues or changed tissues; determining the tissue structures of the second structural area B and the third structural area C, and forming a single-layer tissue by adopting one of an original tissue or a changed tissue;

Referring to fig. 6, in step S2, the breakpoint mat weft includes a staple roving, a water-soluble vinylon filament 1 continuously wrapped around the staple roving, and a polyester filament 2 discontinuously wrapped around the staple roving to form a first yarn segment a and a second yarn segment b alternately distributed. In the break point pad weft yarns, the water-soluble vinylon filaments 1 are continuous filaments, and the polyester filaments 2 are arranged at intervals. In step S3, the break point pad weft yarns are correspondingly inserted, that is, the first structure area a and the fourth structure area D correspond to the first yarn section a without polyester filament yarn 2 wrapped by the break point pad weft yarns, and the second structure area B and the third structure area C correspond to the second yarn section B wrapped by the polyester filament yarn 2.

In step S4, after the weaving is completed and the fabric is taken off the loom, the fabric is refined at a temperature higher than 85 ℃, and then washed with water to dissolve the water-soluble vinylon 1 of the breakpoint weft insertion yarn. Dyeing after washing, wherein the dyeing is carried out by adopting an overflow jet dyeing machine, the fabric is subjected to the impact action of external force during dyeing, the first yarn section a without polyester filament yarn 2 wrapping is disintegrated under the action of external force, the second yarn section b with the polyester filament yarn 2 still exists in the fabric in the form of yarn because of the protection of the polyester filament yarn 2, and the breaking point pad weft yarns in the first structural area A and the fourth structural area D are untwisted and uniformly dispersed and then are filled in the double-layer structural area A, D, so that the structural area is raised; due to the wrapping effect of the polyester filament yarn 2, the break point pad weft yarns in the second structure area B and the third structure area C are continuously interwoven in the single-layer structure area in a yarn form, and the fabric with the single-layer and double-layer concave-convex structure is obtained. The method does not need to specially increase working procedures, only needs to adjust process conditions, does not increase process flows, and is beneficial to controlling cost.

According to the arrangement, at the position of the double-layer structure, the break point pad weft yarns are padded into the two layers of fabrics in a mode that the water-soluble vinylon filament yarns 1 are wrapped with the staple fiber roving yarns, and compared with the traditional functional yarns, the break point pad weft yarns are exposed on the surfaces of the fabrics in a mode of tissue points, the requirements on spinnability and weavability of the pad weft yarns are effectively reduced, the application range is wide, fibers which cannot be used in the traditional process and have poor spinnability can be used, and the regeneration of waste raw materials is realized; the defects that the appearance, the hand feeling, the wearing comfort and the like of the fabric are influenced by filling weft yarns in the traditional process are avoided, the abrasion of functional yarns is effectively reduced, and the service life of the fabric is prolonged; in addition, the filling weft yarn is filled between the double-layer tissues, so that the water washing resistance of the fabric is improved.
