The invention aims to provide a shock absorption and noise reduction device of an air inlet pipeline system, which is characterized in that an EGR air inlet connecting pipe bracket is arranged on a pipe section of an EGR air inlet connecting pipe, the EGR air inlet connecting pipe is fixed by an EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp, vibration is reduced by avoiding overlong a cantilever, and the shock absorption and noise reduction functions are further realized by sleeving a shock absorption part, so that the service life of an engine is prolonged.

In a first specific embodiment, the intake pipeline system damping and noise reducing device provided by the invention comprises an EGR intake connecting pipe clamp 1 and an EGR intake connecting pipe bracket 2, wherein the EGR intake connecting pipe bracket 2 can be arranged at any side of an intake connecting pipe 3, and the EGR intake connecting pipe clamp 1 and the EGR intake connecting pipe bracket 2 are used for providing a mounting and fixing effect on the intake connecting pipe 3; in the process of installation and fixation, the EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp 1 is firstly installed and fixed on the EGR air inlet connecting pipe bracket 2, and the EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp 1 is sleeved and fixed with the EGR air inlet connecting pipe 3, so that the EGR air inlet connecting pipe 3 is fixedly installed.

Besides, the inner peripheral side of the EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp 1 is provided with a damping component, so that when the EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp 1 is sleeved and fixed with the EGR air inlet connecting pipe 3, the damping component is positioned on and tightly contacted with the EGR air inlet connecting pipe clamp 1 and the EGR air inlet connecting pipe 3, the effect of weakening and buffering vibration is provided, and the vibration of the EGR air inlet connecting pipe 3 is reduced; the shock absorbing member may be selected from members having an elastic buffering function, such as springs, rubbers, and the like.

In a specific embodiment, the EGR intake connection pipe 3 connects the EGR cooler and the EGR module 5 to introduce exhaust gas, and further includes an EGR module combination bracket 4 for fixing the EGR module 5 to the cylinder block 6, and the EGR module combination bracket 4 is used for fixing the EGR module 5 and its related casting so that the EGR module 5 is fixed to the EGR module combination bracket 4, thereby reducing vibration transmitted during the operation of the engine.

It should be emphasized that, the core improvement point of this embodiment lies in not only the vibration/noise reduction function of the EGR intake connection pipe clamp 1, but also the vibration damping function of the EGR module combined bracket 4, and through arranging the pipe clamp and the bracket reasonably in the intake system, through the fixation of the pipe clamp and the bracket, the vibration damping effect is effectively played when the engine vibrates, the resonance frequency of the engine is avoided, and the system components are effectively protected.

Illustratively, the combined bracket 4 of the EGR module adopts a split design, and specifically includes a first bracket 41 and a second bracket 42 which are fixedly assembled and installed, wherein the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 42 are respectively provided with a first adjustable bracket mounting hole 43 which is fixedly connected after the installation position is adjusted, the first bracket 41 is further provided with a second adjustable bracket mounting hole 44 which is fixedly connected after the installation position is adjusted with the EGR module 5, and the second bracket 42 is further provided with a third adjustable bracket mounting hole 45 which is fixedly connected after the installation position is adjusted with the cylinder 6; the hole axis of the second adjustable bracket mounting hole 44 of the first bracket 41 is designed to be in the vertical direction, the hole axis of the third adjustable bracket mounting hole 45 of the second bracket 42 is designed to be in the left-right direction, the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 42 are fixed through bolts, the rigidity of the combined bracket 4 of the EGR module can be effectively adjusted by controlling the torque of the bolts, the rigidity of the bracket can be indirectly changed to avoid the resonance frequency of an engine, and the assembly tolerance can be effectively controlled.

In the embodiment, the first bracket 41 is fixed on the EGR module 5 through the second adjustable bracket mounting hole 44 in the form of a kidney-shaped hole, and the assembly tolerance of the front and rear positions of the parts mounted on the engine is adjusted through the kidney-shaped hole, so that the mounting difficulty is effectively reduced; the second bracket 42 is fixed on the cylinder body 6 through a third adjustable bracket mounting hole 45 in a kidney-shaped hole form, and the assembly tolerance of the parts relative to the upper position and the lower position of the engine is effectively found through the upper kidney-shaped hole and the lower kidney-shaped hole; similarly, the first bracket 41 and the second bracket 42 are adjustably fixed.

It should be noted that, the adjustable mounting hole in this embodiment is specifically a kidney-shaped hole, and has the characteristic of being convenient to assemble. The vibration generated by the engine is effectively reduced through the unique kidney-shaped hole design, the assembly can be adjusted in the assembly process, and the problems that the traditional assembly is not easy to mount and cannot be assembled due to assembly tolerance are solved.
