At present, in the industries of chemical industry, petroleum, printing and dyeing, medicine, food, electroplating and the like, the pneumatic diaphragm pump is widely applied to conveying liquids such as petroleum, chemical and the like, and various characteristics of the media require the pneumatic diaphragm pump to be resistant to corrosion, abrasion and leakage; the pneumatic diaphragm pump is mainly used for conveying toxic and harmful media, strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, flammability and explosiveness, high viscosity and particle-containing media in the production flow of enterprises such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmacy, printing and dyeing, electroplating, food, environmental protection and the like.

The traditional diaphragm pump has high requirements on the machining and assembling precision of each part due to a plurality of parts, and has large air leakage and can consume more gas to cause energy waste when an air source is matched.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an air operated diaphragm pump comprises a pump housing having a pump inlet 8 and a pump outlet 1 disposed on opposite sides of the pump housing. The pump is internally provided with a square-shaped channel 2 and a square-shaped channel 7, the channel 2 and the channel 7 are respectively communicated with the pump outlet and the pump inlet, the channel is internally provided with two ball valves 4 distributed on two sides of the pump inlet, and the channel is internally provided with two ball valves 3 distributed on two sides of the pump outlet. A cavity is arranged in the pump shell and communicated with the channel shaped like a Chinese character 'hui'. And pump covers corresponding to the cavities are arranged on two sides of the pump shell. The pump shell, the inlet and outlet of the pump, the ball valve and the pump cover are all in the prior art, so that the working principle and the connection relation belong to the prior art and are not described in detail.

A pump body 10 is fixedly arranged in the cavity, two symmetrical valve core seats 12 are fixedly arranged in the pump body 10, and a valve core 13 and an air inlet distributing body 9 are fixedly arranged between the two valve core seats 12. The centers of the pump body, the valve core seat and the valve core are penetrated and slidably provided with a connecting rod 6, and an adjusting sleeve 11 is sleeved on the connecting rod 6. The two ends of the connecting rod 6 are respectively fixedly connected with the centers of the two diaphragms 5, and the peripheries of the diaphragms 5 are hermetically fixed on the pump cover.

As shown in fig. 4, the valve core seat is provided with an air passage a and an air passage D, and the valve core is provided with an air passage B and an air passage E which are horizontal, and an air passage C and an air passage F which are vertical. The middle part of the adjusting sleeve 11 is provided with a first groove 111, and two first bosses 110 are symmetrically arranged on the adjusting sleeve at two sides of the first groove 111. The adjusting sleeves on the outer sides of the two first bosses 110 are provided with the same second bosses 112, and the adjusting sleeves on the outer sides of the two second bosses 112 are provided with the same third bosses 113. The height is reduced in sequence according to the first boss, the second boss and the third boss; the gas circuit C and the gas circuit F correspond to the first boss, and the gas circuit B and the gas circuit E correspond to the second boss. The air path A, the air path B, the air path C, the air path D, the air path E and the air path F are respectively independent and mutually connected, and the air inlet distribution body 9 is communicated with the air paths.

High-pressure gas enters the gas distributing body, when gas enters the gas path E, the valve core 13 moves leftwards, when the valve core moves to a proper position, gas enters the gas path A, the diaphragm on the left side inflates and expands to drive the connecting rod to move leftwards, and when the diaphragm moves to a proper position, the adjusting sleeve is driven to move leftwards. When the connecting rod moves to a proper position next to the inner part, the air path in the F air path direction is opened for exhausting, the air path in the E air path direction is closed, the air path B is opened for air intake, the air path C is closed, the air path A is opened for exhausting, the air intake in the D air path direction is opened for air intake, the diaphragm 5 on the right side is inflated, and the expansion drives the connecting rod to move rightwards. So far, first stroke round is accomplished, and pneumatic diaphragm pump accomplishes first imbibition and flowing back action, then repeats in cycles for the continuous imbibition flowing back of pneumatic diaphragm pump.

The specific seal design is as follows: the air inlet distributing body is arranged between the two valve core seats and sealed by an O-shaped sealing ring. The valve core is positioned between the air inlet distributing body and the valve core seat, and the air seal is sealed by adopting a Y-shaped sealing ring and a thin polytetrafluoroethylene sleeve. The connecting rod penetrates through the adjusting sleeve, and the connecting rod and the adjusting sleeve are sealed through an O-shaped sealing ring.
