1. A check valve, comprising:

the valve seat bottom plate is arranged at an exhaust port on the back surface of the fixed scroll, at least two bottom plate through holes are formed in the valve seat bottom plate, and the bottom plate through holes are communicated with the exhaust port;

the valve block, set up in between disk seat bottom plate and the disk seat, the valve block includes: the valve plate fixing connecting part is connected with at least two valve plate pins, the number of the valve plate pins is consistent with that of the base plate through holes, and the end part of one valve plate pin covers one base plate through hole;

the valve seat is arranged on the valve plate, and the structure of the valve seat is matched with that of the valve plate;

and the fastener is used for fixing the valve seat bottom plate, the valve plate and the valve seat on the fixed scroll.

2. The check valve of claim 1, wherein the seat bottom plate is disposed within a recess in a back surface of the fixed scroll.

3. The check valve of claim 2, wherein the seat bottom plate is shaped to fit into a recess in the back face of the fixed scroll.

4. The check valve of claim 1, wherein the shape of the end of the valve plate leg conforms to the shape of the bottom plate through hole.

5. The check valve of claim 1, wherein the end of the blade foot is circular in shape.

6. The check valve of claim 1, wherein fixing holes are formed in the base plate, the plate fixing connector and the base fixing connector, and the fastening member passes through the fixing hole of the base fixing connector, the fixing hole of the plate fixing connector and the fixing hole of the base plate in sequence to be fixedly connected with the fixed scroll.

7. The check valve of claim 6, wherein a positioning groove is provided on the seat fixing connection portion, and the fixing hole of the seat fixing connection portion is provided in the positioning groove.

8. The check valve of claim 1, wherein the valve plate leg is perpendicular to the valve plate securing connection.

9. The check valve of any of claims 1-8, wherein the seat bottom plate, the valve plate, and the seat are all of a unitary construction.

10. A scroll compressor characterized in that a check valve according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is installed at a discharge port of the scroll compressor.

Technical Field

The invention particularly relates to a check valve and a scroll compressor comprising the same.

Background

In the conventional scroll compressor, when the compressor is stopped during operation, the pressure at the discharge side is higher than the pressure in the scroll chamber, which may cause the compressor to reverse if the refrigerant is circulated, and generate very loud noise.

Conventional check valve designs, such as the one-piece design shown in fig. 1 and 2, present a greater risk of breakage when used on a particular model, resulting in compressor failure.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a check valve and a scroll compressor comprising the check valve, wherein the check valve has the advantages that the service life is greatly prolonged compared with the traditional check valve, the check valve is suitable for various scroll compressors of different series, and the application range is wider.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a check valve, comprising:

the valve seat bottom plate is arranged at an exhaust port on the back surface of the fixed scroll, at least two bottom plate through holes are formed in the valve seat bottom plate, and the bottom plate through holes are communicated with the exhaust port;

the valve block sets up between disk seat bottom plate and disk seat, and the valve block includes: the valve plate fixing connecting part is connected with the valve plate fixing connecting part, the number of the valve plate pins is consistent with that of the base plate through holes, and the end part of one valve plate pin covers one base plate through hole;

the valve seat is arranged on the valve plate, and the structure of the valve seat is matched with that of the valve plate;

and the fastener is used for fixing the valve seat bottom plate, the valve plate and the valve seat on the fixed scroll.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the following improvements can be made:

preferably, the valve seat bottom plate is disposed in a recess in the back surface of the fixed scroll.

Preferably, the shape of the valve seat bottom plate is matched with the groove on the back surface of the fixed scroll.

Preferably, the shape of the end of the valve plate foot is consistent with the shape of the through hole of the bottom plate.

Preferably, the end of the valve plate foot is circular.

According to the preferable scheme, fixing holes are formed in the valve seat bottom plate, the valve plate fixing connecting portion and the valve seat fixing connecting portion, and the fastener sequentially penetrates through the fixing hole of the valve seat fixing connecting portion, the fixing hole of the valve plate fixing connecting portion and the fixing hole in the valve seat bottom plate to be fixedly connected with the fixed scroll.

firstly, a valve seat bottom plate is tightly connected with the exhaust port of a fixed scroll;

secondly, at least two bottom plate through holes are formed in the bottom plate of the valve seat, and the flow area can be effectively controlled by adopting the design of multiple exhaust through holes, so that the valve seat is suitable for different types of compressors and compressors with different displacement volumes;

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. To achieve the object of the present invention, in some embodiments of a check valve and a scroll compressor including the same, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the check valve includes:

the valve seat bottom plate 3 is arranged at the exhaust port 1 on the back surface of the fixed scroll 2, two bottom plate through holes 31 are formed in the valve seat bottom plate 3, and the bottom plate through holes 31 are communicated with the exhaust port 1;

valve block 4 sets up between disk seat bottom plate 3 and disk seat 5, and valve block 4 includes: the valve plate fixing connecting part 41 and the two valve plate pins 42 connected with the valve plate fixing connecting part 41, the number of the valve plate pins 42 is the same as that of the base plate through holes 31, and the end part 43 of one valve plate pin covers one base plate through hole 31;

the valve seat 5 is arranged on the valve plate 4, and the structure of the valve seat 5 is matched with that of the valve plate 4;

and a fastening member 6 for fixing the valve seat bottom plate 3, the valve plate 4, and the valve seat 5 to the fixed scroll 2.

In other embodiments, the number of the base plate through holes 31 may be three, four, five or more than six, the number of the valve plate pins 42 is the same as the number of the base plate through holes 31, and the number of the valve seat pins 52 is the same as the number of the valve plate pins 42.

The valve seat 5 includes: the valve seat fixing connecting part 51 and two valve seat legs 52 connected with the valve seat fixing connecting part 51, and the shape of the valve seat legs 52 is matched with that of the valve sheet legs 42.

In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the invention, in other embodiments, the rest of the features are the same, except that the valve seat bottom plate 3 is disposed in the groove 21 on the back surface of the fixed scroll 2.

Further, the shape of the valve seat bottom plate 3 is adapted to the recess 21 on the back surface of the fixed scroll 2.

With the above embodiment, the valve seat bottom plate 3 can be well fixed.

In order to further optimize the implementation of the invention, in other embodiments, the remaining features are the same, except that the shape of the end 43 of the valve plate foot is the same as the shape of the through hole 31 of the base plate.

By adopting the embodiment, the appearance is more attractive. And the shape of the end 53 of the valve seat foot also conforms to the shape of the end 43 of the valve plate foot.

Further optimizing the effect of the invention, in other embodiments, the remaining features are the same, except that the end 43 of the valve plate foot is rounded in shape.

Of course, the end 43 of the valve plate foot may have other shapes, such as: triangular, quadrilateral, pentagonal, etc.

In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the present invention, in other embodiments, the rest features are the same, except that fixing holes are provided on the valve seat bottom plate 3, the valve sheet fixing connection portion 41, and the valve seat fixing connection portion 51, and the fastening member 6 passes through the fixing hole 512 of the valve seat fixing connection portion 51, the fixing hole 411 of the valve sheet fixing connection portion 41, and the fixing hole 312 of the valve seat bottom plate 3 in sequence to be fixedly connected with the fixed scroll 2.

By adopting the embodiment, the connection is quicker and the firmness is better.

Further, a positioning groove 511 is provided in the valve seat fixing connection portion 51, and a fixing hole 512 of the valve seat fixing connection portion 51 is provided in the positioning groove 511.

By adopting the embodiment, the positioning and installation can be quickly carried out.

In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the present invention, in other embodiments, the rest features are the same, except that the valve plate foot 42 is perpendicular to the valve plate fixing connection portion 41.

Adopt above-mentioned embodiment, valve block 4 and 5 whole shapes of disk seat are the U font, and valve block 4 and 5 overall structure of disk seat are more stable.

In order to further optimize the implementation effect of the invention, in other embodiments, the rest features are the same, except that the valve seat bottom plate 3, the valve plate 4 and the valve seat 5 are all of an integrated structure.

secondly, at least two bottom plate through holes 31 are formed in the valve seat bottom plate 3, and the flow area can be effectively controlled by adopting the design of multiple exhaust through holes, so that the valve seat bottom plate is suitable for different types of compressors and compressors with different displacement volumes;

thirdly, the design of adopting many rows of gas through-holes can effectively reduce the valve block 4 atress that the pressure differential leads to when shutting down, has reduced the deformation of valve block 4, has improved the life-span of valve body greatly.

Compared with the traditional check valve, the check valve has the advantages that the service life is greatly prolonged, the check valve is suitable for various series of scroll compressors, and the application range is wider.

The various embodiments above may be implemented in cross-parallel.

With respect to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept of the present invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
