the timing spit-out mechanism 3 consists of a rotating shaft 20, a banknote pressing plate fixing part 21, a front banknote pressing plate 22, a rear banknote pressing plate 23, a flange plate coupler 24, a bearing seat 25, a steering engine 26, a steering wheel coupler 27 and a fixing support 28; the device comprises a rotating shaft 20, a bearing seat 25, a steering engine 26 and a steering wheel coupling 27, wherein the rotating shaft, the bearing seat 25, the steering engine 26 and the steering wheel coupling 27 are fixed at the tail end of the side face of a second-layer arranging container 14 through fasteners, a banknote pressing plate fixing part 21, a front banknote pressing plate 22, a rear banknote pressing plate 23 and a flange plate coupling 24 are fixed on the rotating shaft 20 through fasteners, the bearing seat 25 and the steering engine 26 are fixed on a fixing support 28 through fasteners, and the fixing support 28 is fixed on the second-layer arranging container 14 through fasteners; the steering engine 26 can drive the front banknote pressing plate 22 and the rear banknote pressing plate 23 to rotate;

the collecting mechanism 4 comprises a conveyor belt 29 and a collector 30; the collector 30 comprises four rows of collecting tanks, each row of collecting tanks is in a state that eight oblique U-shaped acrylic plates are sequentially stacked from a side view angle, and the collector is divided into a plurality of continuous collecting tanks; the conveyor motor 31 is disposed at the conveyor head end.

The width of the banknote sorting room is 85mm, which can limit 100 Yuan RMB from transversely lying through the banknote sorting plate.

The stop lines 11 are arranged from bottom to top at the inlet of the banknote sorting room, and the distance between every two stop lines is 100 mm. (slightly larger than 77mm in width of one hundred yuan RMB, and much smaller than 155mm in length of one hundred yuan RMB), so that the arrangement can prevent the paper money from standing and passing through the paper money separating plate 12; the limiting effect of the banknote sorting plate 12 and the blocking line 11 ensures that the banknotes can only pass through the banknote sorting room when lying along the channel; the paper currency which is sorted to be along the channel direction enters the second layer sorting mechanism 2 through the paper currency sorting plate 12, and the paper currency in other directions continuously vibrates and impacts the paper currency sorting plate 12 until the paper currency becomes along the channel direction and can not pass through the paper currency sorting plate 12.

A working method of a batch paper money quick automatic sorting device based on a double-layer four-channel structure comprises the following steps:

s1: arranging the paper money in batches in the same direction: a large batch of paper money is put into the first layer of arrangement mechanism 1, the bottom of the first layer of arrangement container is of a multi-channel structure and linearly reciprocates along the direction of the slide rail; disordered paper money vibrates back and forth in the first-layer sorting container 10, and under the action of gravity and inertia, the paper money collides with the paper money distribution plate 12 and becomes vertical under the restraint of the paper money distribution plate 12 and the channel; at the moment, the paper money which is sorted into the vertical direction can enter the second layer sorting mechanism 2 through the paper money sorting plate 12, and the paper money in other directions can continuously vibrate and impact the paper money sorting plate 12 until the paper money is changed to be along the channel direction and can not pass through the paper money sorting plate 12; the stop line 11 can prevent paper money from floating through the paper money separating plate 12 without being sorted; because the bottom of the channels of the first collation container 10 are contoured; when the paper money enters the first-layer sorting container 10 and falls into the bottom of the container, only the arched position of the bottom of the first-layer sorting container 10 provides support force for the paper money, so that the gravity center of the paper money is unstable, the paper money is easy to move under the action of oscillation and gravity of the container, and the problem of slow sorting speed caused by the fact that a large amount of paper money is stacked in the container is solved; the channels can also restrict the direction of the paper money in vibration, and the sorting of the paper money can be promoted to a certain extent; the process realizes the function that the first layer of arranging mechanism 1 roughly arranges the scattered paper money in the same direction;

s2: arranging the bulk homodromous paper money into a stack: the width of each groove of the second layer of the sorting container 14 is only slightly larger than that of the 100 yuan paper money; the paper money passing through the paper money distribution plate 12 enters the corresponding groove of the second-layer sorting container 14 under the action of gravity; the front banknote pressing plate 22 and the rear banknote pressing plate 23 are blocked at the tail end of the second-layer sorting structure 2, the second-layer sorting mechanism 2 makes linear reciprocating motion along the direction of the second slide rail 15, the generated vibration can enable banknotes entering the second-layer sorting mechanism 2 to move along the bottom of the container under the action of gravity, different banknotes are mutually inserted and overlapped along the direction of the channel in the moving process, and a relatively tidy stack can be formed at the tail end of the second-layer sorting mechanism 2 due to the blocking of the front banknote pressing plate 22 of the timing discharge mechanism 3;

s3: discharge of stacked notes: a timing program is arranged on a steering engine 26 of the timing discharge mechanism 3, when the second-layer sorting mechanism 2 works, the steering engine 26 drives the front banknote pressing plate 22 to press on a groove at an outlet of the second-layer sorting container 14, at the moment, the steering engine 26 simultaneously drives the rear banknote pressing plate 23 to lift, so that banknotes can not be prevented from sliding to the outlet along the groove, the sliding of the banknotes can be prevented for a certain time, and a relatively tidy stack of banknotes can be formed at a front outlet in the second-layer sorting container 14; after a period of time, the steering engine 26 drives the rear banknote pressing plate 23 to press the next stack of banknotes sliding from the upper part of the groove, so that the following banknotes are prevented from being ejected; at this time, the front banknote pressing plate 22 is also driven by the steering engine 26 to be lifted, so that the banknotes blocked at the outlet are ejected due to the continuous movement of the second-layer sorting container 14 and the action of self gravity; then the steering engine 26 drives the front banknote pressing plate 22 to press the groove at the outlet of the second-layer sorting container 14 again, and the process is repeated; namely, the front banknote pressing plate 22 and the rear banknote pressing plate 23 are driven to be lifted and pressed down in turn by the forward and reverse rotation of the steering engine 26, and orderly stacked banknotes are continuously ejected to realize banknote arrangement;

s4: and (3) collecting paper money: under the action of gravity, the ejected banknotes will slide down to the collector 26 and be inserted obliquely into the collecting chute; under the restraint of the collecting groove, the paper money is completely sorted into a regular stack and is easy to take; in the process of spitting out the paper money, the conveyor belt 25 drives the collector to move slowly, so that each collecting tank can uniformly collect the paper money, and the requirement of sorting a large batch of paper money is met;

s5: after the batch of paper currency is processed, the next batch of paper currency is prepared for processing.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, paper money is vibrated by a first layer of arranging container to impact a paper money dividing plate, and the paper money is arranged into paper money in the same direction and relatively orderly under the restraint of the paper money dividing plate; secondly, the tail end of the second sorting container is blocked by the front and rear banknote pressing plates to be temporarily closed, so that the banknotes can move along the bottom of the container under the action of vibration and gravity, different banknotes are mutually inserted and overlapped along the channel direction in the moving process, and the tail ends of the second layer of sorting mechanism are mutually overlapped to form a relatively regular stack; finally, the front banknote pressing plate rises, the front banknote stack is discharged, and meanwhile, the rear banknote pressing plate falls to prevent the subsequent banknote stack which is not discharged; after a period of time, the rear banknote pressing plate rises, the front banknote pressing plate falls down, the second sorting container is closed again, and the banknotes are continuously inserted and overlapped; the ejected paper money directly falls into collecting grooves in the collector, and each collecting groove can uniformly collect some paper money along with the movement of the conveying belt; the paper money in the collecting groove can be conveniently taken out.

The double-headed arrows in fig. 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 indicate the cyclic vibration; the one-way arrow in fig. 10 indicates the banknote discharge direction; the single direction arrows in fig. 13 indicate the collector movement direction.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
