Technical Field

Background

Generally, electric mixers are used very usefully in households, restaurants, offices, and other places to pulverize main materials such as vegetables and fruits and then provide fruit juice in the form of a mixture of milk, yogurt, and other additives as auxiliary materials.

The electric mixer includes: a mixer body in which a drive motor is built; a stirring cup having a storage part for storing a predetermined fruit or vegetable; and a grinding blade which is provided inside the stirring cup and is driven by a driving motor to grind the contents (fruits and vegetables).

The finish of the juice using such an electric mixer is determined according to whether the user mixes vegetables or fruits, milk or yogurt, and other additives in an appropriate ratio so as to meet the characteristics of the materials and the eating quality of the diners.

Therefore, even if the same electric mixer is used, if the contents differ depending on the user, that is, if the ratio of the fruit and vegetable, milk, and other additives is not constant, the taste of the juice varies.

However, the conventional juice supply method using the electric mixer has a problem that the blending materials are arbitrarily measured according to the experience value of the user or visually, and thus there is a difference in the blending ratio unless a skilled specialist is concerned, and juice having the same taste cannot be supplied.

Disclosure of Invention

An embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent mixer and an information providing system using the same, which can provide optimization to a user by accurately measuring a recipe weight of a mixture for mixing food and calculating calories per unit (gram) based on the measured weight, thereby satisfying the user's taste and improving convenience.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the intelligent mixer comprises: a body part in which a driving motor is provided; a container part detachably coupled to an upper part of the body part and into which food materials are put; a handle portion formed on an outer peripheral surface of the container portion; a covering part detachably coupled to an upper part of the container part; a weight detecting part which is arranged on the upper part of the main body part and is used for detecting the weight of the food material thrown into the container part; an information input/output unit for displaying the detection result of the weight detection unit and receiving the food material information and the number information input by the user; and a control unit for confirming a state of the food material and controlling driving of the mixer according to a detection result of the weight detection unit, wherein the control unit includes a storage unit for storing weight information of the food material, reference recipe information and existing recipe information using the food material, information on a number of people in the reference recipe information and the existing recipe information, calorie information for each information, and the like, and performs control by operating a preset recipe recommendation program, and extracts each information of the food material and recommended recipe information using the information and displays the information through the information input/output unit.

The control part further includes a communication part for transmitting and receiving data to and from an external terminal, and receiving and transmitting weight information of the food material, reference recipe information and existing recipe information using the food material, information on a number of people who uses the reference recipe information and the existing recipe information, calorie information for each information, and recommended recipe information.

Further, an information providing system according to another embodiment of the present invention may include: an intelligent stirrer; and a user terminal connected to the intelligent mixer by operating a preset information providing program, receiving the food material information, the number of people and the weight information related to the food material information from the intelligent mixer, extracting and displaying each information related to the food material and recommended recipe information using the information, or transmitting the information to the intelligent mixer.

According to the intelligent mixer and the information providing system using the same of the embodiment of the present invention, the recipe weight of the mixture is accurately measured with respect to the mixed food, and calories per unit (gram) are calculated based on the measured weight, thereby providing optimization to the user, so that the user's preference can be satisfied and convenience can be improved.

Further, an embodiment of the present invention can simultaneously manage tastes and influence and continuously make a mixture eating according to an inherent recipe by simultaneously calculating and providing inherent recipe tastes and calories.

The terms used in the specification are briefly described to specifically explain the present invention.

Terms used in the present invention are selected from general terms that are widely used at present as much as possible in consideration of functions of the present invention, but are different according to intentions and examples of those skilled in the art, appearance of new technology, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent mixer according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 100, a container 200, a handle 300, a cover 400, an information input/output unit 500, a weight detection unit 600, and a control unit 700 as a device for pulverizing and preparing all edible food including vegetables, fruits, and the like in the intelligent mixer.

The present invention is characterized in that a load cell (load cell) for detecting the weight of the food material is provided at the inner bottom of the main body 100 of the intelligent mixer.

The main body 100 forms a lower portion of the intelligent mixer, and an operation portion including a driving motor is provided therein. The entire structure of the main body 100 is the same as or similar to that of a conventional agitator.

Although not necessarily limited thereto, the weight detecting portion 600 may be composed of a pressure sensor.

The weight detecting unit 600 may be configured by a load cell (load cell) that detects the weight by generating an electric signal in proportion to the deformation of the elastic body according to the load, or a weight-electromagnetic force balancing unit (weight-electromagnetic force balancing unit) that balances the electric detection according to the displacement of the load with the electromagnetic force to detect the weight, and if the weight of the food can be measured, either of them may be used.

The storage unit stores driving speed data of a driving motor mounted on the intelligent mixer and driving time data of the driving motor according to the weight of the food material put into the container unit 200. For example, when the weight of the food material put into the container portion 200 is 1 kg, the driving time is 1 minute, and when the weight is 500 g, the driving time is 30 seconds, etc., the food material is stored in a look-up table (look-up table) form, and the data not stored is calculated by interpolation.
