Haptic sensations can provide a human body with environmental information that is not available from other sensory channels. The current brain science tactile mechanism research urgently needs to find the minimum number of basic representation dimensions to describe tactile texture, and in the process, a tactile stimulation device which can well present the tactile sensation is needed firstly.

Liu Ying et al in China have studied a novel tactile sensor array based on conductive rubber and information acquisition and analysis processing system thereof, have designed and developed the novel tactile sensor array that has characteristics such as area array area is big, sensitivity is high, the pliability is better, it is not fragile when being strikeed, stand wear and tear, resolution ratio is adjustable to and simple structure, with low costs, information acquisition and processing system that the flexibility is high, be expected to provide new solution for the development of sense of touch signal automatic acquisition device. The system for acquiring, analyzing and processing the information of the touch sensor array comprises the touch sensor array, a PCI-6259 data acquisition card, an SCB-68 board card connector, a scanning circuit, a signal acquisition circuit, a signal processing circuit, a shielding cable, a PC (personal computer) and the like. When the touch sensor array is acted by external force, the resistance of the conductive rubber forming the sensitive element is reduced, the switch circuit is switched on, and the change of the output signal of the circuit can reflect the condition of external action. The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1, the controllable pressure tactile stimulation presenting device comprises a stage 1, a fixable mitt 3, a replaceable sample belt 2, an air cushion guide rail 4, a slide rail 9, a current coil 5, a spring 8 and a distance detection and adjustment module; the current coil 5 is used for generating a magnetic field, and the object stage 1 is suspended above the rack through the magnetic field; the replaceable sample belts 2 are fixed on the objective table and distributed in parallel; the fixable mitt 3 is arranged above the objective table 1 in a hanging manner, and the fixable mitt 3 respectively corresponds to the replaceable sample belts 2; one end of the slide rail 9 is connected with one end of the objective table 1, the slide rail 9 is connected with the moving pair of the air cushion guide rail 4, and the other end of the slide rail 9 is connected with the rack through a spring 8; a sensor is used for detecting the suspension distance of the object stage 1, and a current coil 5 is controlled by a distance detection and adjustment module and is used for stabilizing the position of the object stage 1; the other sensor is used to detect the force to which the spring 8 is subjected. The working process is as follows:

the pressure-controllable tactile stimulation presenting device provided by the invention has the following working process: firstly, the current coil 5 is electrified to enable the objective table 1 to be fixed at a certain suspension point and connected with the slide rail 9, the hand of a subject is inserted into the fixable mitt 3 during a test, the hand position is adjusted to be positioned right above the replaceable sample belt 2, when the position of the objective table 1 is changed due to the fact that the subject presses the objective table 1 in the experimental process, the photoelectric sensor 7 below the hand feeds back a detection result to the distance detection and adjustment module, and the distance detection and adjustment module controls the magnetic field generated by the current coil 5, so that the distance between the objective table 1 and a frame is ensured to be unchanged; if the subject makes the objective table level unbalance because of other behaviors, the photoelectric sensor 6 below will detect the distance, and the experiment is carried out again when the error is large. The sample belt on the finger touch objective table with the fixable mitt is worn to generate friction to drive the sliding rail to move, and the spring deformation is used for measuring the friction force to present the touch signal in the form of the friction force. And the touch stimulation signal is finally completely presented by placing different numbers of weights on the finger to apply different degrees of pressure for multiple measurements.

The weight is added above the fingertip of the tested person, the pressure sensor of the fingertip can detect the mass of the weight in real time, and the purpose of pressure controllability is achieved by adding weights with different quantities. The subject slides along the sample belt direction on the sample belt 2, so as to drive the object stage 1 and the slide rail 9 to move, so that the spring 8 generates corresponding elastic deformation, and the corresponding friction force can be obtained through measurement.

The test subject can replace a new sample band after one experiment is finished, so that the mutual influence of different experiments can be prevented. Multiple experiments with different pressures were performed on the same subject, and the measured friction force would reflect the different stimulus sensations of the finger on the same object at different pressures. And abundant tactile information sources and complete expression of tactile signals are realized.
