The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing powder containing salicylic acid microcapsule slow-release fragrance for hair of claim 1, wherein the powder part comprises 35 parts by weight of corn starch, 64.99 parts by weight of beta-cyclodextrin and 0.01 part by weight of sodium benzoate; the water phase part comprises 5 parts by weight of glycerol, 3 parts by weight of silicone emulsion and 102 parts by weight of ethanol aqueous solution; the addition amount of the hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution is 0.5 to 3 percent of the total mass of all the raw materials; the adding amount of the essence microcapsule is 5-10% of the total mass of all the raw materials; the addition amount of the salicylic acid microcapsules is 3-6% of the total mass of all the raw materials.

3. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing awning powder for hair of slow-release fragrance containing salicylic acid microcapsules of claim 1, wherein the mass concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 50-60%.

4. The method for preparing the oil-controlling and dandruff-removing awning powder for hair of the slow-release fragrance of the salicylic acid-containing microcapsules as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1): preparing corn starch, beta-cyclodextrin and sodium benzoate into powder; preparing water phase from glycerol, emulsified silicone oil, ethanol and pure water;

step 2): dispersing the hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution into the water phase, uniformly stirring, then adding the mixture into the powder, and fully and uniformly stirring the mixture to be pasty;

step 3): drying the mixture obtained in the step 2), crushing and sieving;

step 4): adding the essence microcapsules and the salicylic acid microcapsules into the powder obtained in the step 3), and uniformly mixing.

5. The method for preparing the oil-controlling and anti-dandruff fluffy powder for the hair with the salicylic acid-containing microcapsule slow-release fragrance as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stirring speed in the step 2) is 100-500r/min and the stirring time is 5-10 min.

6. The method for preparing the oil-controlling and dandruff-removing awning powder for hair containing salicylic acid microcapsule slow-release fragrance as claimed in claim 4, wherein the drying temperature in the step 3) is 30-35 ℃.

7. The method for preparing the oil-controlling and dandruff-removing powder for the hair with the salicylic acid-containing microcapsule slow-release fragrance as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step 3) is carried out by sieving with a 200-300 mesh sieve.

Background

At present, oil-absorbing powder products for hair appear in the cosmetic market, the effects of the oil-absorbing powder products mainly comprise oil control, hair filling and the like, great concern is obtained, but some problems still exist. The invention aims to improve the product, and increase the functions of slow release and fragrance retention, effective oil removal, bacteriostasis and dandruff removal and the like.

The successful application of the microcapsule technology in the scientific research of cosmetics brings revolutionary changes to the cosmetic industry. The invention relates to a cosmetic, which is characterized in that an additive in the cosmetic is coated by microcapsules, so that the reactivity, the durability (prolonging the storage time of volatile substances), the sub-sensitivity, the heat sensitivity and the photosensitivity of encapsulated substances, the odor control release and the like of the encapsulated substances are improved, and the product performance is more excellent.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the cosmetics in the prior art have the technical problems of short fragrance retention time, excessive grease, dandruff breeding, scalp itching and influence on the effect of the cosmetics.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an oil-controlling and dandruff-removing fluffy powder containing salicylic acid microcapsule slow-release fragrance for hair, which is characterized by comprising a powder part, a water phase part, a hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 0.5-5%, an essence microcapsule and a salicylic acid microcapsule, wherein the powder part comprises corn starch, beta-cyclodextrin and sodium benzoate, and the water phase part comprises glycerol, emulsified silicone oil and an ethanol aqueous solution.

Preferably, the powder part comprises 35 parts by weight of corn starch, 64.99 parts by weight of beta-cyclodextrin and 0.01 part by weight of sodium benzoate; the water phase part comprises 5 parts by weight of glycerol, 3 parts by weight of silicone emulsion and 102 parts by weight of ethanol aqueous solution; the addition amount of the hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution is 0.5 to 3 percent of the total mass of all the raw materials; the adding amount of the essence microcapsule is 5-10% of the total mass of all the raw materials; the addition amount of the salicylic acid microcapsules is 3-6% of the total mass of all the raw materials.

Preferably, the mass concentration of the ethanol water solution is 50-60%.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the oil-controlling and dandruff-removing fluffy powder for hair containing the salicylic acid microcapsule slow-release fragrance, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1): preparing corn starch, beta-cyclodextrin and sodium benzoate into powder; preparing water phase from glycerol, emulsified silicone oil, ethanol and pure water;

step 2): dispersing the hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution into the water phase, uniformly stirring, then adding the mixture into the powder, and fully and uniformly stirring the mixture to be pasty;

step 3): drying the mixture obtained in the step 2), crushing and sieving;

step 4): adding the essence microcapsules and the salicylic acid microcapsules into the powder obtained in the step 3), and uniformly mixing.

Preferably, the stirring speed in the step 2) is 100-500r/min, and the stirring time is 5-10 min.

Preferably, the drying temperature in the step 3) is 30-35 ℃.

Preferably, the step 3) is performed by 200-300 mesh sieve.

The essence and the functional raw materials are coated and sealed by adopting a microcapsule granulation technology, so that the essence and the functional raw materials are powdered, the stability of the essence is improved, and the problems of short aroma retention time, poor solubility, strong liquid volatility and the like of the product are solved: most essence is liquid substance, which can not be added into the fluffy powder or is influenced by phototoxicity and stability, so that the performance of other products is limited, and the prepared emulsion or liquid has the problems of quick volatilization, inconvenience, cool feeling and the like.

Polysaccharide polymers (such as corn starch and modified starch) are mainly used for absorbing hair-coat grease, keeping hair fresh and fluffy, and increasing the safety and the anti-sensitivity of products: modified starch is mainly used as a main substrate, and powder post-treatment technologies such as dispersion treatment, appearance treatment and the like are adopted to ensure that the product powder is fine and smooth and has good stability;

the antibacterial substance raw material and the dandruff-removing and itching-relieving raw material, namely the salicylic acid microcapsule are added, the salicylic acid has a bidirectional cutin regulating effect, and on one hand, the cutin is loosened, the hyperkeratotic cutin metabolism can be promoted, and the medicine absorption can be promoted; on the other hand, the expression of filaggrin can be promoted, the barrier function repair is promoted, so that the dandruff generation is effectively inhibited, the problems of dandruff increase and scalp itching of similar products in the market are solved, the growth and the propagation of malassezia are inhibited, grease is adsorbed, and the problems are solved in the dandruff generation process; compared with the prior art, the invention has remarkable technical progress. The powder raw material is natural and safe, and the microcapsule coating technology is added, so that the fluffy powder has excellent performance, is convenient to use, greatly reduces the consumption of the preservative, enlarges the types of novel products free from washing off the head oil, and provides reference for the application of the microcapsule technology in cosmetics.
