1. A guide bar hanger, comprising:

The guide bar hanger according to claim 3, wherein a mounting through hole is formed on the guide bar hanger body, one end of the second fitting member is inserted into the mounting through hole, and the other end of the second fitting member is connected to the first fitting member in a rolling manner.

7. The guide bar hanger of claim 6, wherein the second mating member comprises:

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of warp knitting machines, and particularly relates to a guide bar hanging frame and a warp knitting machine with the same.

Background

The hanger of the existing warp knitting machine is combined by adopting a fixed steel sleeve, the hanger, a hanger small shaft, a ball frame and accessories thereof, when the hanger is used, the ball frame needs to be frequently oiled, and lubricating oil can drip down to pollute the cloth surface when the guide bar is transversely moved after oiling. In addition, the stroke of the hanger small shaft is short, the width of the flower pattern is limited, and the steel balls in the ball rack can rotate together when the hanger moves, so that the hanger belongs to sliding friction and has large resistance.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.

Therefore, the guide bar hanging frame has the advantages of being convenient to transversely move, reducing transverse moving resistance, being beneficial to high-speed operation and the like.

The invention also provides a warp knitting machine which has the advantages of high production efficiency, high product quality and the like.

A guide bar hanger according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the mounting frame extends along the horizontal direction, and a first matching piece is arranged on the mounting frame along the length direction of the mounting frame; the guide bar gallows body, be equipped with on the guide bar gallows body with the corresponding second fitting piece of first fitting piece, the second fitting piece with first fitting piece roll connection is so that the guide bar gallows body is in sideslip on the mounting bracket. .

The present invention was invented by the inventors based on the following facts.

Fig. 1 shows a prior art warp knitting machine hanger structure.

As shown in fig. 1, the conventional warp knitting machine hanger comprises a fixed steel sleeve, a hanger small shaft, a ball frame and accessories thereof, and has the following disadvantages that (1) the ball frame needs to be frequently oiled; (2) lubricating oil can drip downwards in the guide bar shogging process after oiling, so that the cloth cover is polluted; (3) the small shaft of the hanger has short stroke and the pattern width is limited; (4) when the hanger moves, the steel balls in the ball rack rotate together, so that the hanger belongs to sliding friction and has large resistance.

Based on this, the inventors of the present application have conducted long-term creative efforts to arrive at the following inventions.

The guide bar hanger 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 2 to 12, a guide bar hanger 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a mounting bracket 10 and a bar hanger body 20.

Specifically, the mounting bracket 10 extends in a horizontal direction, the mounting bracket 10 is provided with a first fitting piece 11 along a length direction thereof, the guide bar hanger body 20 is provided with a second fitting piece 21 corresponding to the first fitting piece 11, and the second fitting piece 21 is connected to the first fitting piece 11 in a rolling manner so that the guide bar hanger body 20 is transversely moved on the mounting bracket 10.

In other words, the bar hanger 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is mainly composed of the mounting block 10 and the bar hanger body 20, the mounting block 10 extends substantially horizontally, the first fitting member 11 is provided in the length direction of the mounting block 10, and the second fitting member 21 is provided on the bar hanger body 20. The rolling connection between the first fitting element 11 and the second fitting element 21 is enabled, i.e. the friction between the first fitting element 11 and the second fitting element 21 is rolling friction when moving the bar hanger body 20.

Therefore, the guide bar hanger 100 according to the embodiment of the invention combines the mounting frame 10 and the guide bar hanger body 20, and rolling friction is adopted between the mounting frame 10 and the guide bar hanger body 20, so that the guide bar hanger has the advantages of small friction coefficient, small resistance, benefit for high speed and the like, does not need to be oiled, and eliminates the hidden trouble that lubricating oil pollutes the cloth surface. In addition, compared with the guide bar hanger structure in the prior art, the guide bar hanger structure has the advantages of reducing the load of the shogging component (the guide bar hanger body 20), reducing the failure rate and the like.

As shown in fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the guide bar hanger body 20 is located at one side of the mounting bracket 10, and the side of the guide bar hanger body 20 adjacent to the direction in which the mounting bracket 10 is located is provided with the second fitting member 21, which improves the mounting efficiency of the guide bar hanger body 20.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, further, the mounting bracket 10 is formed as a strip-shaped member, the number of the first fitting pieces 11 is 2 or more, the number of the second fitting pieces 21 corresponds to the number of the first fitting pieces 11, one first fitting piece 11 is disposed on the upper top surface 12 of the mounting bracket 10 along the length direction thereof, and the other first fitting piece 11 is disposed on the lower bottom surface 13 of the mounting bracket 10 along the length direction thereof, that is, the first fitting pieces 11 are respectively disposed on the upper end surface 12 and the lower bottom surface 13 of the strip-shaped mounting bracket 10, so that the shogging rate of the bar hanger body 20 can be increased, and the stability during shogging can be improved. It should be noted that, since the second fitting members 21 correspond to the first fitting members 11, one second fitting member 21 is located above the mounting frame 10 and is fitted with the first fitting member 11 on the upper top surface 12, and the other second fitting member 21 is located below the mounting frame 10 and is fitted with the first fitting member 11 on the lower bottom surface 13.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, alternatively, the first mating member 11 is formed as a guide rail, and specifically may be a guide pillar structure, as shown in fig. 3, 8 and 9, the second mating member 21 is formed as a rolling bearing, and when being installed, the rolling bearing is installed on the guide rail, and an annular sliding groove is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rolling bearing, and at least a part of the guide rail is inserted into the annular sliding groove.

As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, an inwardly recessed groove 26 is formed on a side of the guide bar hanger body 20 adjacent to the mounting bracket 10, and the mounting bracket 10 is inserted into the groove 26 along at least a portion of a width direction thereof, that is, the guide bar hanger body 20 can be mounted in the groove 26 when the mounting bracket 10 is mounted, and the groove 26 can provide a certain degree of clearance for the guide bar hanger body 20, thereby improving the compactness.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the guide bar hanger body 20 is provided with a mounting through hole 22, one end of the second fitting member 21 is inserted into the mounting through hole 22, and the other end of the second fitting member 21 is connected to the first fitting member 11 in a rolling manner, that is, the second fitting member 21 can be mounted by providing the mounting through hole 22, so that the protruding length of the other end of the second fitting member 21 can be controlled.

As shown in fig. 3 and 8 to 10, further, the second fitting member 21 includes a mounting portion 23 and a rolling portion 24, the mounting portion 23 is formed as a cylindrical member, one end of the mounting portion 23 is inserted into the mounting through hole 22, the other end of the mounting portion 23 is located above or below the mounting frame 10, the rolling portion 24 is sleeved at the other end of the mounting portion 23, the rolling portion 24 can rotate around the axial direction of the mounting portion 23 and is fitted with the first fitting member 11, the specific fitting manner can be determined according to a specific structure, for example, when a sliding groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rolling portion 24, a sliding rail is formed on the first fitting member 11.

As shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, optionally, the second fitting member 21 corresponding to the upper top surface 12 further includes an eccentric adjusting block 25, the eccentric adjusting block 25 is disposed at the mounting through hole 22 and sleeved at one end of the mounting portion 23, and the distance between the two second fitting members 21 corresponding to the upper top surface 12 and the lower bottom surface 13 can be adjusted by using the eccentric adjusting block 25. One end of the mounting portion 23 may be fixed by an eccentric adjusting block 25.

Further, the number of the second fitting members 21 corresponding to the upper top surface 12 and the lower bottom surface 13 is two, and the eccentric adjusting blocks 25 are respectively arranged in the two second fitting members 21 of the upper top surface 12, so that the structural stability can be improved.

In summary, the guide bar hanger 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention employs the mounting block 10 and the guide bar hanger body 20 in combination, which has at least the following advantages:

(1) the oil is not needed to be added, and the hidden trouble that the lubricating oil pollutes the cloth cover is eliminated.

(2) The distance between the second fitting members 21 on the upper and lower sides of the guide bar hanger body 20 can be adjusted, which is advantageous to eliminate the gap in the movement.

(3) The guide bar hanger body 20 and the mounting frame 10 move relatively through the bearing (the second fitting piece 21) and the guide pillar (the first fitting piece 11), and the guide bar hanger belongs to rolling friction, has small friction coefficient and small resistance, and is beneficial to high speed.

(4) The load of the shogging member (guide bar hanger body 20) is reduced, and the failure rate is reduced.

(5) The guide bar hanger body 20 can be long or short without being affected by the pattern width.

The warp knitting machine according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the guide bar hanger 100 according to the embodiment, and the guide bar hanger 100 according to the embodiment of the invention has the technical effects, so that the warp knitting machine according to the embodiment of the invention also has the corresponding technical effects, namely rolling friction can be effectively realized, the resistance is reduced, and the hidden danger that lubricating oil pollutes the cloth cover is eliminated.

Other structures and operations of the warp knitting machine according to the embodiment of the present invention are understood and easily accomplished by those skilled in the art, and thus will not be described in detail.
