1. A laundry formulation comprising:

2. Laundry formulation according to claim 1, wherein R in the general formula (I) is a branched C13Alkyl and G in the general formula (I)1Selected from xylose, arabinose, glucose and mixtures thereof.

3. The laundry formulation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the at least one lipase comprised in component (b) is selected from the group consisting of fungal triglyceride lipases (EC class 3.1.1.3).

4. Use of components (a) and (b) according to any of the preceding claims for at least partially replacing compounds of the general formulae (IIa) and (IIb) in a laundry formulation containing lipase, wherein the general formulae (IIa) and (IIb) are:

5. Use of at least one compound of the general formula (I) for improving the degreasing properties of laundry formulations comprising at least one lipase on textiles at a washing temperature of < 30 ℃, wherein formula (I) is:

G1selected from the group consisting of ketose residues and aldose residues, wherein the ketose and/or aldose residues have 5 or 6 carbon atoms;

6. Use according to claim 6, wherein the degreasing properties of fat deposits comprising fatty compounds with a melting temperature >30 ℃ are improved.

7. Use of a surfactant mixture consisting of component (a) and at least one compound of the general formulae (IIa) and (IIb) for improving the degreasing properties of lipase-containing laundry formulations at washing temperatures of < 30 ℃, wherein the general formulae (IIa) and (IIb) are:

8. Use according to claim 7, wherein the degreasing performance of a laundry formulation comprising at least one fungal triglyceride lipase is improved.

9. Use of at least one fungal triglyceride lipase (EC class 3.1.1.3) to improve the degreasing properties of a laundry formulation at wash temperatures ≦ 30 ℃, wherein the laundry formulation comprises at least one compound of the general formula (I):

10. A method of removing fatty deposits comprising fatty compounds having a melting temperature >30 ℃ from textiles, comprising the step of contacting at least one fatty compound having a melting temperature >30 ℃ deposited on a textile with a laundry formulation according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the contacting occurs at a temperature ≤ 30 ℃.

11. Use of components (a) and (b) according to any of claims 1 to 3 to solubilize and/or dissolve and/or disperse solid fatty compounds at a temperature ≤ 30 ℃.

12. A method of reducing redeposition of fatty compounds on textiles during a wash at a temperature ≤ 30 ℃ comprising the step of contacting at least one fatty compound having a melting temperature >30 ℃ available in the wash liquor with a laundry formulation according to any of claims 1-3.

13. A method of cleaning textiles comprising the step of contacting a fatty compound deposited on the textile with a laundry formulation according to any of claims 1 to 3 at a cleaning temperature ≤ 30 ℃.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the cleaning is performed by a washing machine.

Examples

The degreasing properties of laundry formulations comprising two or more compounds of the general formula (I) and at least one lipase are demonstrated by the degreasing test (example 1), by using a Launder-ometer (Launder-o-meter) (example 2) and by using a washing machine (example 3).

A component (b): the lipase used was a lipase according to SEQ ID NO 2 of US 5869438, which is characterized by the amino acids T231R and N233R.

Staining sample used:

(1)C-S-101: butterfat on cotton

(2)C-S-611: tallow on cotton; conditioned (removed from sealed package and stored open at ambient conditions (1013 mbar, 23 ℃, 80% relative humidity) for 24 hours)

(3)C-S-621: lard on cotton, conditioned (removed from sealed packages and stored open for 24 hours at ambient conditions (1013 mbar, 23 ℃, 80% relative humidity))

(4)C-S-781: soybean oil on cotton

Error of each sample is in accordance with CFT1Analysis of published errors in Swatchbook, version 5.286.
