A DC lighting system for a duct rail, which is used by being attached to a hollow duct rail formed in a long shape having a cross section of approximately コ letter shape and opening downward, and in which conductor lines extending in a longitudinal direction are provided inside two opposing side walls, respectively, and in which two guides extending inward from the opening edges of the two side walls in the longitudinal direction and having an opening therebetween are provided,

the DC lighting system for the pipeline guide rail comprises:

a power supply unit for a duct rail, which is attached to the duct rail;

a DC light emitting unit which obtains DC power to emit light; and

a DC light emitting unit mounting plug that mounts the DC light emitting unit to the duct guide,

the DC light emitting unit mounting plug has:

an insertion portion inserted into the hollow from the opening; and

an exposed portion exposed to the outside even if the insertion portion is inserted into the hollow,

the insertion portion has a retaining projection formed to have a width capable of being inserted from the opening and to come into contact with an inner side surface of the guide when rotated in a horizontal direction to retain the guide,

the exposed portion and the insertion portion are provided with through holes through which conductor wires electrically connecting the DC light-emitting unit and the power supply unit for a duct rail can pass, so as to penetrate the exposed portion and the insertion portion.

2. The DC lighting system for a duct rail according to claim 1,

the through hole is provided at the center of rotation of the DC light emitting unit mounting plug in the horizontal direction.

3. The DC lighting system for a piping rail according to claim 1 or 2,

the exposed portion has a rotation locking body protruding in a direction 90 degrees different from the protruding direction of the retaining projection in a plan view,

the rotation locking body has an engagement claw that engages with the end edge on the opening side of the guide when the retaining projection is rotated in the horizontal direction to a position where the retaining projection is retained in contact with the inner surface of the guide.

4. The DC lighting system for a duct rail according to claim 3,

the engaging claw is formed to have substantially the same width as the width of the opening.

5. The DC lighting system for a piping rail according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the power supply unit for a piping rail has a DC power line electrically connected to the DC light emitting unit,

the DC power line is provided on a duct guide side of the power supply unit for a duct guide and is housed in a hollow interior of the duct guide.

A DC light emitting unit with a DC light emitting unit mounting plug, which is used by being mounted to a hollow duct rail formed in a long shape having a substantially コ -shaped cross section and opening downward, wherein conductor lines extending in a longitudinal direction are provided on inner sides of two opposing side walls, respectively, and wherein the duct rail is provided with two guides extending inward from opening edges of the two side walls and extending in the longitudinal direction and an opening therebetween,

the DC light emitting unit with the DC light emitting unit mounting plug comprises:

a DC light emitting unit which obtains DC power to emit light; and

a DC light emitting unit mounting plug that mounts the DC light emitting unit to the duct guide,

the DC light emitting unit mounting plug has:

an insertion portion inserted into the hollow from the opening; and

an exposed portion exposed to the outside even if the insertion portion is inserted into the hollow,

the insertion portion has a retaining projection formed to have a width capable of being inserted from the opening and to come into contact with an inner side surface of the guide when rotated in a horizontal direction to retain the guide,

the exposed portion and the insertion portion are provided with through holes through which conductor wires electrically connecting the DC light-emitting unit and the power supply unit for a duct rail can pass, so as to penetrate the exposed portion and the insertion portion.

7. A power supply unit for a duct rail, which is used by being attached to a hollow duct rail formed in a long shape having a substantially コ -shaped cross section and opening downward, and in which conductor lines extending in the longitudinal direction are provided on the inner sides of two opposing side walls, respectively, and in which two guides extending inward from the opening edges of the two side walls in the longitudinal direction and having an opening therebetween are provided,

the power supply unit for the duct rail has a DC power line electrically connected to the DC light emitting unit,

the DC power line is provided on a duct guide side of the power supply unit for a duct guide and is housed in a hollow interior of the duct guide.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a power supply unit for a duct rail, which is mechanically supported by a duct rail laid on a ceiling surface or the like and is electrically connected to the duct rail.

Background

The duct rail (wiring duct) is elongated and has a substantially コ -shaped cross section and is open downward, and guides slightly protruding toward the other open end and extending in the longitudinal direction are provided to extend from the open ends of the two opposite side walls of the portion having a substantially コ -shaped cross section, respectively, and a hollow rail having an opening is provided between the guides. The conductor lines are laid continuously in the longitudinal direction at positions opposed to the respective inner side surfaces of the two side walls of the pipe guide rail. Each conductor line is connected to an indoor wiring. Thus, the lighting fixture and the like can be installed at a desired place on the duct rail using the duct rail plug which is mechanically supported by the guide of the duct rail and can be electrically connected to the conductor wire.

Here, since AC power is supplied to the duct rail and DC power is used for the attached lighting fixture, an AC/DC converter is incorporated in the lighting fixture for the duct rail (see patent document 1). Further, since the lighting fixture for the duct rail is a lighting fixture using such an AC/DC converter, it is necessary to receive a suitability check of the PSE.

However, since the light emitting devices such as LED billboards indicating the store names are not mass-produced, and are often produced only by 1, it is not practical to accept the suitability check by the PSE with a time and cost for each production. Therefore, in the present situation, when installing a lighting device such as an LED signboard which is customized and produced in a small number of 1 or less according to the needs of a user, even if it is not easy to install a duct rail, another power supply process is performed.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an appropriate DC light emitting system for a duct rail, which does not need to be subjected to a suitability test by PSE even if the shape, design, or the like of a light emitting device is changed, and which can be easily attached to the duct rail.

Means for solving the problems

The present invention is a DC light emitting system for a duct rail, which is used by being attached to a hollow duct rail formed in a long shape having a substantially コ -shaped cross section and opened downward, and in which conductor lines extending in a longitudinal direction are provided on inner sides of two opposing side walls, respectively, and in which two guides extending inward from opening edges of the two side walls and extending in the longitudinal direction and an opening between the two guides are provided, the DC light emitting system for a duct rail including: a power supply unit for a duct rail, which is attached to the duct rail; a DC light emitting unit which obtains DC power to emit light; and a DC light emitting unit mounting plug which mounts the DC light emitting unit to the duct guide, the DC light emitting unit mounting plug having: an insertion portion inserted into the hollow from the opening; and an exposed portion that is exposed to the outside even if the insertion portion is inserted into the hollow, the insertion portion having a retaining projection that is formed to have a width that enables insertion from the opening and that is retained by abutting against an inner surface of the guide when rotated in the horizontal direction, the exposed portion and the insertion portion being provided with through holes through which conductor wires that electrically connect the DC light-emitting unit and the power supply unit for the duct rail can pass, the through holes being formed so as to penetrate the exposed portion and the insertion portion.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an appropriate DC light emitting system for a duct rail, which does not require acceptance of a PSE suitability check even if the shape, design, or the like of a light emitting device is changed, and which can be easily attached to the duct rail.
