As shown in fig. 2, the rotating assembly 20 includes a shaft 21, an impeller 22 and a rotating disc 23, one end of the shaft 21 is rotatably connected to the closed end of the crown 12, the other end of the shaft 21 extends out of the cover plate 17 and is fixedly connected to the rotating disc 23, the impeller 22 is fixedly sleeved on the shaft 21, and blades of the impeller 22 are disposed opposite to one end of the water inlet channel 13 and one end of the water outlet channel 14.

When water is introduced into the water inlet channel 13, water flow flows to the inner cavity of the handle 12 along the water inlet channel 13, the impeller 22 can be pushed to rotate under the action of the water flow, and then the rotating disc 23 is driven to rotate through the shaft 21; during the rotation of the impeller, the water flow flows along the axial direction in the handle 12 together with the impeller until reaching the water outlet channel 14 and then is discharged from the water outlet channel 14.
