Examples

The trash can compacting device of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes: the pressing mechanism is arranged on the main support 1; the pressing mechanism comprises a barrel pressing plate 6, an adjusting rod 4, a connecting rod 5, a rotating arm 3 and an electric push rod 2; the barrel pressing plate 6 in the embodiment is long, so that the two sets of adjusting rods 4, the connecting rod 5, the rotating arm 3 and the electric push rod 2 are used for keeping balance, and the barrel pressing plate is symmetrically arranged according to actual needs.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main stand 1 is made of a steel plate, and the top and bottom thereof are bent to form a C-shape; one side of the C-shaped opening of the main bracket is provided with a reinforcing plate 9 and a support lug 8; the bucket hanging teeth 11 are fixedly arranged on the other surface of the main bracket. The reinforcing plates 9 are provided with 4 channels in total and welded on the main bracket 1. The support lugs 8 are welded on the rectangular bottom plate 10, and the rectangular bottom plate 10 is welded on the main support 1. Each lug 8 is formed by two L-shaped steel plates with a certain gap between them, which can accommodate the connecting rod 5.

As shown in fig. 9, the screw 53 is provided in the middle of the adjusting rod 4, the knuckle bearings 51 are provided at both ends, the knuckle bearings 51 at both ends are connected to the screw 53 in a screw-fit manner, and the screw-thread directions of the knuckle bearings 51 at both ends and the screw 53 are opposite, so that the length of the adjusting rod 4 can be adjusted by rotating the screw. A grease nipple 52 is attached to a side surface of the joint bearing 51. Further, the knuckle bearing 51 has a nut 54 inside for locking the length of the adjustment lever 4 after the length adjustment is proper. The swivel bearing at one end of the adjustment lever 4 is connected to the swivel arm 3 at a position close to the shaft 61.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the connecting rod 5 is composed of two long strips arranged in parallel at intervals; one end of each of the two strip plates is welded with the shaft sleeve 13, and the other end of each of the two strip plates is connected with the shaft sleeve 14 through a pin shaft; the cam 12 is located on the outside of the connecting rod and is welded to the sleeve 13. The cam 12 has a hole; the knuckle bearing at the other end of the adjustment lever 4 is connected to the cam 12 by a bolt through a hole in the cam 12. The connecting rod 5 is mounted with the lug 8 by passing a bolt through the lug 8 and the sleeve 13, and the bolt functions as a shaft and cooperates with the sleeve 13 so that the connecting rod 5 can rotate about the bolt.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the barrel pressing plate 6 includes a pressing plate 7, a flow guide plate 15, reinforcing ribs 16, a shaft 19, and a hook plate 18; the guide plate 15 is a steel plate with two sides bent upwards to form a C shape, and the pressing plate 7 is fixed at one corner of the lower surface of the guide plate 15, which is close to the barrel hanging teeth 11; the four reinforcing ribs 16 are uniformly welded on the lower surface of the flow guide 15 plate and are fixedly welded with the shaft 19; the hook plate 18 and the L-shaped plate 17 are welded on the shaft 19; wherein, the welding position of the hook-shaped plate 18 corresponds to the cam 12, and the welding position of the L-shaped plate 17 corresponds to the connecting rod 5; the gap between the two strips of the connecting rod 5 can accommodate the L-shaped plate 17. The shaft 19 is matched with a shaft sleeve; the shaft sleeve is provided with a connecting block 20 in interference fit; the periphery of the connecting block 20 is provided with mounting holes which are fixed with the reinforcing ribs 9 through bolts. The shaft sleeve and the connecting block 20 are provided with corresponding through holes, and the through holes of the connecting block 20 are provided with grease nipples, so that grease can be injected into the connecting block 20 to lubricate the shaft sleeve and the shaft 19. Portions of the reinforcing ribs 16 are in contact with the pressure plate 7 and welded together.

And then, the barrel turning mechanism of the compression type garbage truck turns to the garbage dumping position according to the requirement, and the barrel turning and dumping operation is completed.
